I did not like anything about the property.

Poor customer service, I paid twice and booked twice because bank first payment did not approve. I informed immediately to cancel the two booking. Followed up for three days with hotel and hotel did nothing. Rooms are small and not worthy for the price they charges. Front office staff are very bad not at all supportive. Because of that I lost full payment of two rooms.

Rooms are very small and not worth the money. I mistake bad twice bookings on same day. As soon as I reached hotel. I requested them to cancel the double booking. Then they said they are ready to cancel but inform booking.com. When I informed booking..com and they agreed hotel immediately turned back and said they cannot cancel. Very bad customer service. Continuously I tried and requested them for three days not to charge be double. But they have me one word answer “decline”. No support what so ever. I request anyone who wants to book this hotel. Never ever book this hotel, there are so many other good hotels in mangalore. Nothing great about this. Worst front office staff I have ever seen, worst customer support.

Centrally located , with value for money rooms My first stay at Goldfinch .. which tuned out to be a most pleasant experience . The female staff namely Apoorva , the reception staff most charming and helpful . I must make a note on thr housekeeping staff. .. who did an awesome job . The negative point was , that the elevators need to speed up .

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms are quite spacious. The staff is polite and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is pretty ordinary, the food is very average and it can be improved. The buffet wasn't crowded yet the service was very slow, I asked the waiter to get me a plain dosa and he went about serving everyone else and when I asked him the second time after patiently waiting for 20 mins I had to remind him what my order was. They don't provide hand towels in the bathroom. The AC vent had some sort of mold/stains all over it.

Rooms no ventilation...balconies sealed...temp set at 18 degrees. No fans.We all 3 rooms fell sick

Excellent place to stay and enjoy with family, hotel is located right in the city Centre with nearby options of eatery, shopping and quiet evening strolls. Top class hospitality and food quality served is very good and sumptuous. Staff behavior is as over and above expectations and always willing to assist throughout the stay. Worth to mention we stayed with our infant kid and no issues encountered.

This was and still is one of the best hotels in mangalore as I know the place over the years... Due to a job change and relocation I stayed in there for about two weeks recently and the experience was very good.. Front office staff is always helping and responsive and treats you with warm greetings every time, especially Ms.Apoorva ... Whichever service we asked for was made available in quicktime across the stay. They have maintained the hotel in a great condition inside and across floors and the rooms as well.. and to top it all, they got a delicious breakfast fast menu and one of the best dine in restaurants in mangalore with tasty local cuisine.. Overall it would be in my top choices for a stay or staycation whether it's a business trip or family vacation !!!!!

The property is centrally located. Anything that you need is within reachable distance. The room service was nice and the staff were polite and friendly.

The services that is eligible for the room need to be given at one go and not once asked for. they need to improve on that front.

TV was giving trouble fixed it. Front lounge AC was faulty not blowing cold air and room temperature keep increasing and keep calling techs to make it working...I was feeling awkward to call room service to fix issues.etc., but still Rooms are very neat and clean and Family Suits are very Spacious.Room Service and house keeping were very of high standard so mine 4 Stars still there is a room for improvement.🙂

Lovely hotel. Well maintained and extremely clean. The restaurant Sanadige is a rooftop restaurant with good views of the city and excellent food and a great buffet breakfast. The staff is very polite. Also centrally located.

It was pleasant stay at the hotel. Very cooperative staff and restaurant and cafeteria called sanadike is the best cousine varieties and food was so sumptuous. Best stay option in Mangalore.

The location is easy to find and the atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. The rooms are comfortably sized with a king sized bed alongside various amenities offered. The room service was delayed at times, but the staff remained polite and helpful, making the overall stay enjoyable.

As usual stay was excellent and staff was very cordial. Apporva,Nikitha Josline were fantastic hosts with always smile on their faces

The ac is too chill, I usually prefer it to run at 26or 27 degree, but it ran at 23or 24..

The staffs are very meticulous. Especially, the front desk service and house keeping service was phenomenal. This was my first stay in the hotel, and I shall keep continue staying here during my Mangalore visitis.

Location is excellent, it is in centre of the city.. breakfast was good with a decent spread and rooms were tidy and clean. Staff were courteous especially Apoorva who greeted us with a bright smile and took take of our check-ins .
