Great communication from Deb. Property was modern, spacious and clean. The shower was amazing! Fantastic views from reserve across road.

A wee bit further from town than realised, $26 uber ride, but handy to the Marina and all that offers. Cafes, Wine tasting etc.

Fabulous place to stay, right on the lake, close to Airport and CBD. Very cosy and warm, especially when it was -1 degrees outside, very welcoming.

Easy walk to local eateries and convenient to airport. Beautiful views of lake and mountains. Thoughtful presentation of amenities and decor in the studio. Bed was comfy, good pillows and quality bedding.

Great location, saved one day car rental as walk distance from airport without aircraft'noisey, lake front, bus stop 600 meters away, easy reaching city as well.

The house was easy to find. Instructions to find keys given and able to enter unit. The unit was nice and cosy. Studio type with lots of facilities. More than adequate for a 1 night stay. Close to the airport for me to check out early and return car hire and head for departures. The house opposite a lovely view of the lake in Queenstown. I went for a walk along the pathways. Not far from New World Coles for supplies. The host, Deb, very welcoming.

As i only had a 1 night stay I didn't have anything to complain about.

Very spacious and luxurious bedding. Amazing shower. Great views across the lake, easy to find and away from Queenstown traffic. Our dealings with Deb were very good, even though we didn't actually meet her. She went above and beyond to accommodate our rubbish memories (organising to allow us to collect stuff we'd left by mistake)

The planes overhead were a bit of a surprise initially, but they weren't that often and stopped completely at night.

Excellent location with Lake Views as promised, easy to find. All furniture and fittings were of high quality and very comfortable. Great initial communication from Host (Debi) and very prompt to respond to our later queries.

Only thing we could fault was the lack of bowls, side plates and utensils for eating breakfast. A toaster would also be handy. I appreciate there are no cooking facilities provided so would not expect to cook a meal, however many people travel with breakfast essentials (cereals, bread etc).

Such a lovely clean space, great area and perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely recommend!

Debbie has been very polite. She offered us a very comfortable accommodation and helped us in finding solution to continue our journey. The studio is very tidy and clean; it’ s a pleasure to stay here.

Woken up by noise each morning just prior to 7am as main household got ready for the day,showering etc and a young toddler and parent talking - hard to ignore, unfortunately not a lot of sound insulation

Nothing really but just note that if you’re sensitive to sound as I am, you can hear the cars and the planes but the windows are very well insulated (for sound, coldness and ventilation). I could sleep without issues.

Accommodation was in a lovely spot with a nice park over the road, room was cosy and exactly as pictured it had everything we needed, the shower was amazing don't believe me go and try it. We also met Debi at the property, she is kind and friendly and also dropped us at the airport on the morning we were leaving, which was greatly appreciated as it was 5.30am. All in all a short stay but thoroughly enjoyed.

Awesome location and morning view. Close enough to Uber into Queenstown or drive to Wanaka/Arrowtown. Deb was lovely to deal with. The shower was amazing, and the room temperature was perfect. Much better than hotel accommodation.

I only wish I could stay longer! The studio is perfectly located—close to the airport, Frankton bus station, and shopping areas, plus it’s right next to the lake. It’s spotlessly clean and modern, and the water pressure in the shower is amazing. Debbie is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Loved everything. Host Deb was absolutely beautiful. Nice and private area and super clean! Perfect location, lake view and the house had everything you could need for a break away. Comfortable beds, beautiful accommodation and we were so sad we could only stay one night. Great value for money you wont be disappointed x

Absolutely spotless well maintained beautiful property. Great view of lake. Owner is upstairs and very nice. Close to airport but long walk to Queenstown along the lake (short drive). Some restaurants in the immediate area. Fridge and essentials in room. Fabulous shower.

Great shower, very clean, beautiful garden and lake views, nicely set up room.

No airflow at night, unless you leave the front door open to the road. No air con or fan either. This would be fine during cooler weather. Unfortunately we had a very hot day and no breeze. Also aircraft noise starts from 7am. Again fine if you don't want to sleep in. No milk supplied. That was a bit of a bummer, if you don't like black coffee.😐

We liked everything about Lake View Studio, it is a gem. It is newly designed and the cleanliness exceptional. For us the location was great, the views amazing and the decor and designer ensuite beautiful. A spacious, warm & flawless studio with a large comfortable bed what else could you ask for. It was perfect.

I was unsure if I was at the property, even though I had the correct address. A simple sign directing to the studio and the key lockbox, would have been helpful.

It would have been helpful to have a set of utensils and a bowl or plate. There was no knife fork or spoon with which to eat breakfast, no microwave, no toaster. It would have been useful to be able to have breakfast at the studio. There were no nearby cafes open at the time that I needed.

The room is neat and clean with a beautiful lakeview.
