Location is great. Franks coffee was so handy and I liked the fact it was open past 5 so I could get something after I finished work. Location to supermarket is really handy as well. I like it has a kitchen and laundry facilities

TV would be good to have chrome cast. Room didn't appear to be made up daily. Maybe not what you offer though. Aircon said filter needed changing. A bit noisy but seemed to work ok

Central location and free car parking under the building with restaurants below. The staff are friendly and the checkin was easy.

The place is very run down, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom stunk when the door was opened (smelly drain or something) and there was chunks out of the walls with marks all over. For this price point it should be cheaper given the quality and how run down the place is. The iron was burnt and needed cleaning and the kettle had wires exposed.

Central to ski fields and town. Respectful reception staff, free parking, washer & dryer, huge 2 bedroom apartment, close to shops & airport.

Some cookware were unclean I had to run the dishwasher upon arrival.

I think the length of the kettle cord versus the height of the PowerPoint made me grumpy enough to write a bad review. How are you even meant to use this. Otherwise room was tired (could do with a paint and deep clean) and noisy.

Very clean and room service done every day. Had my own washing machine and dryer in the room and that was very convenient. Not a coin operated one-so easy.

Although there were notices in the rooms saying not to operate the driers after 10 cause they were noisy-my neighbors did it. Told receptionist to do something about it. No results. Same bother the next day. Disturbed my sleep till after midnight

Good location for us. Close to the Remakables for skiing. A short walk to the supermarket, cafes, shops, the Silky Otter cinema and the Remarkables Market for weekend gift shopping. Loved the balcony which made the whole space feel much bigger than a usual hotel room. A well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and the pillows were super comfortable. Great cafe downstairs that did great bfst lunch and dinner options.

A small disappointment was that the 2nd bedroom didn’t have lamps on the bedside tables. And the soap dispenser in the shower was hard to use as it appeared to be mounted too close to the wall to use properly.

Great location near the airport. All important amenities including a shopping center in walking distance. Plenty of dining areas on the property itself. Dedicated car parking (though it may fill up at times).

Very minor maintenance work was needed in the bathroom. We had informed the staff but nothing that would normally be a deal breaker.

I was so impressed by absolutely everything. The views were spectacular the some of the most breathtaking views you can get in a town setting.

Perfect location for a stop over on way to early morning flight to Aussie. Walkable distance to airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Original room was TERRIBLE. Had an on going buzz noise which I think was something to do with the heating/boiler system extremely noisy. Staff member came upstairs and agreed that it was a terrible ongoing noise and we were given another room which was much better.

Comfortable studio room with kitchen and laundry facilities close to the airport. Staff were so helpful and friendly in every interaction. Great area to grab a bite and close walk to The Silky Otter Cinema and drive or walk to Frankston shopping district. Would highly recommend

Rooms weren’t made up daily , having to grab a key to use the toilets in the hotel downstairs seemed pretty average when we were staying there !

Basic, affordable accommodation. Reception during staffed hours were pleasant and very helpful.

The room was sunny and spacious, very clean. The kitchen had most things that we wanted. The balcony was a lovely spot to watch the planes coming and going. Its close to the airport

couch was scruffy, the bathroom had built up black grime base of the door & flaky paint, no bedside light and one bulb was flashing. Check in was 1 hour later than agreed, no apology. Missing art on walls.

We had a really enjoyable stay at Ramada Queenstown Central. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located, making it a convenient base for exploring Queenstown and the surrounding area. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated the welcoming service. Overall, we had a lovely experience and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Queenstown. We would definitely stay here again!

Windows streamed with condensation and window joinery was mouldy . I don't think staff check behind the curtains. Carpets need cleaning as white socks became dirty when in room without shoes on. Grrrr

The heater wasn't working. There was a flickering staircase light. The photos of the room were misleading, as I booked for 2 adults and 2 children, and there was only 1 bed.

The property was a good location for the airport but that’s where the positives end. Our room was so dirty. Huge stains on the carpets, floors were sticky in the bathrooms. The staff was nice. Our tv wouldn’t work and two different staff members came to help. Location and staff were great. Room was terrible.

I have been waiting for a follow up call since reaching out my first night. When checking out, I let the receptionist know all the issues and still have not received any follow up. This is the first Ramada ive stayed at that was terrible. I will be requesting a refund for this horrible time.

隔壁房间空调化霜的声音非常吵，常在深夜间歇性地传来(我的房间空调没开)。第一晚我房间里的冰箱也很吵，后来我把冰箱的制冷强度调低了一些才有所改善。我房间大概紧挨着设备间或储藏间，早晨六七点钟我还没睡够的时候就传来搬东西或整理物品的声音。

The staff, no privacy at all . I am not going to come back , they even stay with my money for one night even though I cancelled

Gym needed more facilities

The staff were great, the views are nice if you’re facing out toward the Remarkables.

The first room I was put in was very small even though it was still a 1 bedroom apartment, I ended up getting out into another 1 bedroom apartment which was laid out better. The clothes dryer in the room didn’t work, I found out after washing my clothes. The staff let me use a vacant rooms dryer to dry them.

Room was great. Corridor leading to room was a bit shabby - carpet in hallway very stained and walls in need of paint.

Wasn't expecting a big flight of stairs to my room, and as a single female having to carry the bags this wasnt enjoyable. Also there was a strong cooking smell in the foyer

Needs better sound proofing. Room was just above the cafe and thud of music didn’t stop until the cafe closed around d 9pm. Also being close to the stairwell the door constantly slammed when people came through it. Annoying.

Excellent. Especially our warm welcome. We were extremely tired after a day of travelling and it was the perfect place to relax.
