У отеля хорошее место расположения, в пешей доступности от океана, кафе, ресторанов, магазинов. До торгового центра Beachwalk 15-20 минут пешком, на первом этаже этого тц находится очень вкусный японский ресторан Sushi Hiro (вход со стороны набережной), до торгового центра Mal Bali Galeria минут 10 на байке. До океана от отеля минут 7 пешком, но необходимо учитывать, что данный район совсем не подходит для пляжного отдыха.

Great location, close to everything and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. staff were lovely. And my massage and nail girl was amazing. They also surprised me with a cake and some balloons for my birthday and we also got a welcome drink which was lovely 😎. I would definitely stay here again! 🥰🇮🇩❤️

The only downside was the noise at night. It was quite loud, and I had to wear earplugs to sleep every night.

It's my fourth time staying at Solia. If you want to be in the heart of busy Legian and be close to supermarkets, loads of good eateries and bars with a 10min walk to the beach then this hotel ticks all the boxes. A large swimming pool on ground floor and a rooftop spa pool and bar. Super well run, with clean, comfortable rooms and ofcourse the ever smiling, amazing staff that will attend to your every need or request. The in house dining offers a full menu of well cooked, delicious options and the in room only brekkie is fab. The eggs benedict a top fave of mine. Many, many thanks to Yasa the manager and his wonderful staff, Anies, Andi, Asta, Sari and all the others. I'll be back next year for sure!

The traffic noise was quite loud especially at night while sleeping.

Nice little hotel in great location, clean rooms and wonderful staff.

The breakfast options were very average with not a great amount of choice and the tiles in and around the upstairs pool and in the downstairs pool need some caring for also.

The pool area needs new bed lounges and a bit of maintenance generally and safety to get in and out of the pool as the steps were wobbly for older guests. The top level pool is unsafe and easy to slip if you’re not careful.

Originally requested a room with minimal road noise and the room I was given looked out to a blank wall hence no sunlight into the room so after a night I requested to be moved to a room with more sunlight, new room was much better and the noise from the road was same same. However it still is VERY loud, room next door were also consistently extremely loud at night and it was impossible to get onto staff to note about the noise, Things were frequently missed when cleaning the room (toilet paper or towels we had to consistently ask for) but housekeeping staff were always lovely

Location good for bars / restaurant and shops Room was modern but balcony wasn’t worth it for a pool view , Could not see any pool due to high wall ! Staff very nice and pleasant.

Breakfast was very poor , eggs ok , had to ask for bacon which was cold behind the counter. No pastries, cakes dry , muffins looked like a child had made then ! No choice . Butter was actually margarine! Coffee was not nice . Spa was over priced , double price than next door had one and not impressed ! No water given to drink and oils not washed off post massage .. room made was poor, 6/7 days we had to call him due to not replacing items ie, towels /water /toilet roll. Yes we didn’t pay a high price but that was due to a discount ! And the stars it give did not match the service . Pool was ok / spa looked tired and seating cushions were ripped and dirty . Went to a DJ sunset night ? No DJ just music from the bar man as all ways ? Didn’t stay in the hotel much due to these issue .

Stop a very friendly and helpful

BEWARE They charged me $462 AUD for 3 nights after I changed my booking from 8 nights (which was $637 AUD). When I realised this I tried to cancel the booking I was told I was too late and would pay a penalty of $ 232 AUD.. A friend booked in there on our arrival day and paid $63 AUD. We feel completely ripped off. Then it was very noisy due to main road.

The traffic noise is really loud until early hours of morning. Linen is stained and looks dirty. Breakfast is very average.

Pool rooms are good and staff are very accommodating

During our stay in June the pool room airconditioners were not working properly and it was hot but they assured us they were working on the problem

Great location right on the border of Kuta and Legian. We had a suite room so it was very roomy. The staff are ALL AMAZING, seem to enjoy their jobs and super helpful. The driver who took us to the airport was so kind and drove safely. 🙏🙏 The main pool is nice and clean. Water and tea/coffee provided. Once again the staff are the heart of this hotel.

Now this isn’t a criticism as such more a statement of fact. The road is VERY VERY NOISY seemingly all night. SO we used the earplugs supplied and a ‘red noise’ track on Spotify to sleep. Bring your headphones/white noise app and you’ll be fine. The air conditioner was also very noisy and dripping BUT I turned the fan down to half speed and the temp UP TO 20 degrees. NO AIR CON SHOULD BE ON 16 or 18 degrees. It just won’t work efficiently! It hummed quietly and was actually COOLER once I’d made those two minor adjustments. Also this is a personal thing—the seating in the room is weird. There’s 1 comfy chair and one desk chair. It was too noisy on the balcony and at the pool area but to just relax and chill in our room meant one person had the comfy chair and the other had to sit on the bed or the desk chair that’s not at all comfortable. 🤷‍♀️ it’s like the person who designed the furniture didn’t think about actually using it. Some sound rated curtains would be an affordable help with the road noise.

Small thing is the sound of the street at 2 am motor bikes but the hotel give you ear plugs. And the gym kinda disappointed not clean small. Overall I like my stay .l

It is close to everything in Legian.

It’s on a major toad and every sliding door has a 1cm gap-I know this because we changed rooms and the new room had the same. I had to ho yo reception and request a change of rooms as I was facing the road. They were very accommodating and said that is there main challenge with guests is the road traffic. Trucks, bikes you name it zoom past at all hours making sleep very difficult. I’ve stayed in Bali over 20 times and never had a hotel supply ear plugs in bathroom/ now I know why. Breakfast well and truly below average and not worth it. It got good reviews which is why I choose it , but fo yourself a favour there is much better out there. Sleep is importsnt!

Zwembad was goed. Daarnaast is de locatie van het hotel uitstekend. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam.

De kamer is flink verouderd en zaken zoals de kraan moeten echt dringend vervangen worden. Het ontbijt zag er in eerste instantie veelbelovend uit, maar het eten smaakte helemaal nergens naar en er was geen fatsoenlijk beleg te bekennen. Tot slot duurde het uitchecken onnodig lang.

ROOM - Premier room with Balcony facing ground pool. Breakfast not included. This hotel was recommended to me by a friend as safe for a single female, generous size rooms, great staff and excellent location. All of these attributes were spot on. The hotel has lifts for those who cannot use stairs. The balcony is long and skinny width wise. Just fits two chairs and a small table. Also has a clothes drier rack for bathers etc. There is a pool on the ground floor and one on the top floor. I did not swim in either however I did visit the top pool later in the evening, as the small bar up there always seem to have someone appear to take my drink order. Relaxing way to finish off the day. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I did a yoga class and the Canang offering class and both were very enjoyable. A special mention to Sunya for suprising me with a different towel animal everyday and Miss Julie and Pashia for introducing me to Canang offerings and how to make them. Excellent Location This hotel has an entrance out to Jl Legian and another onto Jl Sriwijaya. The Jl Legian entrance has a spot for sitting and watching the world go by while having a drink and meal if you want to partake. On Jl Sriwijaya both to the left and right are minimarts. To the left is a great Spa for massages (Marcelin Spa), a BMC money changer and a laundry. PROs - Shower water was hot and strong. CONS Rain shower head did not work, a service person attended quickly. Unfortunately the rain shower only worked for one shower after that. I did not bother reporting again and used the hand held shower head. The sink did not drain and the plug had to be completely pulled out to drain the water. Door folds back onto sink, so you need to shut the bathroom door to use it. Small inconveniences however others may find these quirks annoying. Road noise may be annoying also to some. Ear plugs are supplied but i did not use. Overall I found this hotel excellent value for the price point. Would I stay again at this hotel - yes, I would and I have already booked for our next upcoming trip.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The bed was so comfortable, which made for a really relaxing stay. The only thing that wasn't quite as expected was the bathroom. We found it difficult to get the overhead shower working, and the handheld shower was really the only one we could use. We didn't mention it to the staff during our stay and just worked with what we had. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here too!

Everything about this place - especially the proactiveness of staff! Rooms were modern, bathrooms amazing. We picked Solia randomly after having a disastrous stay at Jayakarta Resort.... and boyyyy we were not disappointed. Cheaper and 1000x better. Also they had daily dinner specials... which were awesome.

The location wasn’t too bad. 10 minute walk to the beach five minute walk to garlic Lane.

It was on a one-way road so when you got in the car you had to go around the long way it was in a very busy road which made the traffic extremely noisy. Also the pool wasn’t very clean and didn’t get a lot of sun.

Solia was centrally located in Legian. East walk to beach, shops, cafes & bars. The hotel was very reasonably priced with friendly staff. We had massages which were amazing!

Brekky was ok

The staff were incredibly kind, humble, and attentive. Prana, Andi, and the entire team made us feel so welcome with their warm hospitality. The genuine kindness of the Balinese people truly shines through in the way they care for their guests. They also arranged a beautiful room decoration with small cake piece for my sister's birthday, making our stay even more special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the late check-in, as our room was ready around 3:30 PM. On departure, we were given only a 30-minute late check-out. Since the room was provided late, it would have been appreciated if a 1 to 2-hour extension could have been offered. The breakfast was good, but it could offer a little more variety. It would be great to have options like Eggs Benedict and chicken sausages available every day for guests who do not eat beef or pork. We found ourselves mostly eating bread and eggs, as many guests do not prefer chicken curry or other gravy dishes for breakfast. Also, charging extra for machine coffee during breakfast was surprising, as it is usually included at many other hotels.
