Had a wonderful stay at two seas recidency villa. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious and thoughtfully furnished with all basic amenities. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was hygienic. What stood out was the hospitality — The manager Mr Naveen and staff were polite, responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. Peaceful environment, easy check-in/check-out and great value for money. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. Will definitely visit again!

Hot water flow was not sufficient in bath rooms. Stained buckets and jugs . 1st day of stay there was smelling from wash room, I complained then they rectified in the second day.

We had an amazing stay here, the bedrooms are huge and our family had an amazing time.

Property is good with clean and neat atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and supportive. Food provided (with extra charge) is of good taste.

Beds are not very comfortable. Should be changed. Food is bit costlier despite of the taste. Basic utensils with induction should be provided or included within the cost allowing families to stay for longer duration.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the stay was perfect. The location of the property is around 300-400mtrs from the market area but nestled in a bylane which ensures you stay away from the bustle of city. The rooms are huge with all basic amenities, while the living room cum dining area has cutlery, dinnerware and sofas. The staffs are very cooperative and help in all aspects. We ordered breakfast and dinner at this property and it was very tasty with home cooked food. Overall it was very good stay, will definitely come back again.

May be put a fan in bedrooms as it can get little stuffy sometimes inside closed room.

Everything was upto the mark

The stay was wonderful, a classic hall and the amenities were good enough to accommodate families. I would like to highlight the behaviour of Mr. Naveen, indeed a gentleman and so friendly he is, and his staff were so helpful. A quality property with an affordable price, very near to the botanical garden. Bathrooms were very tidy with a continuous hot water supply. Daily housekeeping and homemade-like food can be ordered within the property (which was so tasty and affordable compared to local restaurants) is a plus point.

1." Breakfast in the room" as mentioned in the bookings.com is not free, its chargeable. 2. Indeed rooms in ooty doesn't need an AC but a ceiling fan with low speed can add some breezy feeling when sleeping. We were 2 family in two rooms .so I requested an additional pedestal fan since there was only one in the hall. But doesn't get. Any way Its not a big deal.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good, in the city. Didn't have to drive too much to go anywhere. I booked the Venus/honeymoon suite. The room is big and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

The main reason I booked the Venus suite is for the bathtub, but it doesn't work. The room is also very cold with little to no insulation.

No proper cleaning service. Very old blankets and towels they didn't replace; even after multiple customer reviews, they are still using the same. An extra 500 rupees was asked for the firewood. No temperature control inside the room; if needed, need to pay. For Gas Cylinder need to pay extra amount.

Parking is available but they are telling like we want to park the car at conjested place..if we park our car at that narrow place it will scratch the doors..they didn't even understand the situation..one old house keeping man are very rude...they are taking rudely and they didn't understand what we are saying He scolding every tourist..who are all staying there at that time

Breakfast and dinner were superb. The manager Mr. Bhaskar and his staff are very helpful and polite.Stay was very comfortable. Fireplace was very helpful as nights were chilly due to some rain during our stay. Overall my family had very enjoyable experience at this Ooty hotel.

I have booked this place for a 4 day stay in nov 2025 ( Himalayan 2bhk)and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. 1. Location: Nearer to city center (as I was traveling with parents) 2. Rooms: Clean and tidy, best part is the living room with fire place 🔥 and kitchen utilities. Balcony view is also amazing. Clean bathrooms and car parking available. 3. Service: People are very friendly, prompt and attentive. 4. Food: Can pre-order food where they prepare home style pleasant food. This will be super helpful for people with elders and kids. 5. Cost: Very reasonable campared to other villa style stays.
