The rooms are very small for a 4 member family though it was offered as family room. They built a separation of ceiling with steps to climb and sleep for 2 on wooden plank where they laid beds. The steps are right in your way on one side of bed and if you are sleepy or slipped one can get hit these bottom edges of wooden stairs hard and get accidentally damage their head, these steps need to be covered with baby proofing sponge type material thays widely available online to prevent accidents to guests. There literally no space to put even a chair in the room with bed available, quite cramped even move around the room. Where as you are getting a 5x8 feet bathroom which is quite a waste of space in my view that could have been addded room living space. Basically you are paying for facilities outside of the small room than inside, like library or board games or open fire place and garden and food. The location is another challenge which very Deep inside colonies and literally its not possible to get anything unless you walk 2 KM through the ups and downs of hilly road. Its even difficult to spot hotel for first timers. Ooty has its own challenges which adds more complexity to this location. I understand that hilly areas we can't get large rooms in hotels due to space constraints but this room is not good for 4 member family for the price i have paid in off-season for tourists during second week of June. There was literally no place to hold water kettle and plug points not working, so we had to hold kettle with hand while its getting heated.

Better to improve Geyser to avoid waiting time between person to take bath since taking 15 ~20 min for the next person to step in.

The rooms are clean and offered with all inroom facilities like toiletries and towels. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Nice location and happy they provided complimentary camp fire.

Had a great stay at Paradise Perfect, Ooty. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Near and tidy room. Located at drivable distance to lake and boat house, botanical garden and rose garden. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the.small camp fire in the evening with kids and family. There is a small play area for kids.and few indoor games. Overall a nice relaxing comfortable stay

Overall, we had a pleasant one-night stay at Paradise Hotel during our trip from Coimbatore to Ooty. Before booking, I carefully read the reviews and looked through the photos. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was its policy of allowing only couples and prohibiting alcohol, which created a peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were courteous, helpful, and responsive. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The washroom needs better maintenance. In our room, there was an unpleasant odour coming from the toilet, which affected our overall comfort. In addition, the bathroom amenities were incomplete. Toiletries and body lotion were not provided in advance, and we had to request them separately. Unfortunately, the room telephone was also not working, so we had to call the reception using our mobile phone each time we needed assistance. The requested items were delivered one by one, which could have been avoided with better preparation. I would recommend that the hotel conduct a thorough inspection of each room before handing it over to guests. Ensuring that the telephone is functional, all toiletries are stocked, and the washroom is clean and odour-free would greatly enhance the guest experience. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a little more attention to these details, Paradise Hotel can provide an even better experience for future guests.

The inside property atmosphere is good and clean.. All the staff are also very helpful.

The location is very remote. Without personal veh you cannot survive . No restaurant . Only breakfast given by the property as a complimentary. No market place nearby. As a result of the dinner problem..

It was raining & cold. There was no heater in the room. There’s geyser to heat water which takes about 20 mins to heat but once you fill about 60% of the bucket, hot water stops. There was no hair dryer. Kettle was provided on request but was leaking a bit.

The staff is really excellent and nice.., I would give more than 1000 stars to all the staff from end to end.. The room is very clean and perfect... I would suggest everyone must visit this place.. I would like to say a big big big thanks to the hotel staff Daniel sir, Shankar sir, shibu sir, and food served akka in the restaurant. Definitely next time I will visit this place for sure... 😍😍

If you are going for honeymoon/ tour with family. It is one of the best hotel in Ooty. But some rules like , No alcohol, no smoking, no unmarried couple , make it safest place for family.
