The location was stunning and the accommodation pleasant

The toilet seat was cracked and the kitchen was laid out a little strangely being split in two

The only thing we didn't like was that our three nights were over far too quickly!

There was an 8-seat bench outside with fantastic view. The house was very clean. Kitchen has everything needed (altbough the setting is unusual with sink and dishes at the entrance, and oven/hob and fridge in the middle of the unit. Everything was spotless. Ardara is only 5 min drive away, and the busiest village in rural Ireland we have ever seen! It has few nice take away as well.

Not that we didnt like, but just as head-ups : There was a larger house in front, and one attached which door was from back of the house. The back house has 2 bedrooms, one has a small double bed, and the other bedroom has bunk beds. While both bedrooms have great views, the living room is very small with one 3-seat sofa. There is one small dining table with 4 chairs too. So if you are travelling with kids or more than 2 adults, you will find the back house very small. However, the bathroom was spacious. We stayed for 4 nights, 2 adults, and were only given one bath towel each, which we struggle to stretch using them !!! So bring your owns or ask for extra while booking the place.

We loved the location, the cleanliness, the comfort and the fact that a busy family had the option to cook, wash laundry etc. Very important for us as parents

There was nothing that we didnt like. Everything was super. We only have recommendation that more toilet paper and extra pillows or blankets would be big plus

Needs a coffee pot Needs shelves and new toilet seat and expel fan in bathroom. No where to place toiletries. Roof is damp and paint peeling. Kitchen lay out is bizarre. Cook top and fridge are in living room.

We stayed here for 3 days with our family and absolutely loved it. The house was clean, comfortable, and had the best view. Everything was well taken care of, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended.

The location is stunning and it is only 5!minutes driving from Ardara. Everything mentioned about the view in the description match the reality.. The property offers everything for a comfortable self-catering stay. We had an everything that we needed. The owners are friendly and helpful.

the view was amazing - on entering the hall and lounge looked nice and the kitchen also looked nice until you opened the cupboards

cutlery and cooking utensils had to be washed before using - out of date food in cupboard eg opened mustard BBE september 2022 - opened tartare sauce BBE august 2022 which makes you wonder when the kitchen cupboards were last cleaned!!! a george foreman grill was thick with grease and could not be used. The bath had such high sides and no grab handles and was dangerous to try and climb into to have a shower - one of our party was unable to shower all week. Also workmen working in the grounds 7 out of our 8 days which took away your privacy especially when walking by your bedroom window - unable to use bbq are because work being done in this area. Rubbish bins overflowing in garage and had to ask for these to be emptied.

Great location with excellent views of the mountains. House had all we needed. Annie was helpful in advice on local attractions and points of interest. The local town of Ardara is lovely and the people are very friendly.

It was lovely of the host to leave milk and have the kitchen well equipped. She was very easy to contact as well. Very fast response via phone call. Everything was very clean. Beautiful location n viewpoint. Loved the well lit home.

The place was a bit tighter 2-3 adults or 2 adults with children is fine. The place was beautiful but unsure how to get access to the edge to the shore. Also the food is not served after 8pm at nearby pubs. But many other options available.

Fantastic few, great location. Very spacious house. Very clean, fantastic owner, couldn't fault it.

No WiFi

The location: the apartment is situated less than 4km from Ardara, a lively village with stores and pubs. Also the beautiful Assaranca waterfall and Maghera beach are a short drive away. The host: we had good communication with Annie and she met us on arrival. The bed: it was very comfortable.

While the property is solidly constructed it could be better maintained. For example, there are burn marks on the kitchen cupboards, some plaster is missing the bunk bedroom and the TV is rather dated (although functional). There is a rather eclectic collection of utensils and we missed a small cutting knife. We knew in advance that there would be no wifi, but for the price it really should be available.

Lovely little property with stunning views.

The hosts were very responsive through the Bookings.com app. They are very friendly and attended immediately to our questions.

We enjoyed our stay so much, We don't have any complaints. We didn't get super cell phone reception at the location (which, can also be seen as a good thing be be disconnected). I had to take a couple business calls and download a document, which was a challenge. If Internet is available, that would be a nice add for some guests. Otherwise, perfect place to bring a book and enjoy!

Couldn't walk to the beach. Decking needs replacing as child fell through it.

The view from the accomodation was out of the world and an amazing start to the day. The apartment was compact and had everything we needed for our stay. A short drive from. Assaranca waterfall, relatively quiet location with a few neighbours. Beds were super comfy.

it was very tidy and clean, well looked after.

Double bed was very hard. Could do with a few sharp knives in the kitchen, there was nothing to cut bread, cheese, meat etc considering there was a cooker and oven. Apart from that, place is top notch!!

There was good communication with host and easy arrange our arrival. Owner meet us at house. There was tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge.

There was not much to like about this property. except the how clean it was.

1) It was out of the way and a 20 min drive to nearest town. 2). The beds were hard and uncomfortable. 3). the bedrooms faced on to cars parked parked from the next door . 4). There were no views at all, I mean - back had view of brick wall and front had views of parked cars. It did have a distant view of a sea inlet which was mostly with the tied out, However, it was a view of some sort. 5). the layout of the property was clearly not thought about. i.e. the lounge approx 9mts Sq had a 2 person settee, table with 4 chairs, TV and fridge ( should have be turned around to have access from the kitchen area. No Garden, only Pebble/ stones area with make shift tables of Cable Reels and no seating. Next door area had a perfect Garden area to eat out. Finally, This property is missed described on booking .com. The photo view that you see on booking.com is of next door. (Misleading). It forms part of a larger unit, with connecting door to next door. Next door clearly has all as described and more, with proper front door and garden. Would definetly not recommend and would not stay again. .
