The gentleman taking care of the villa was amazing, very helpful and arranged the tour for us and was just fantastic. Villa was clean and very beautiful and accomodating. Will like to book there again if we ever travel back there.

Great property. Clean. Pool is well maintained. Neighborhood felt very safe. The property manager Lon was very helpful during our 2 night stay, including helping us with transportation when needed. There is McDonald’s 5 minutes away if desired. Grab for transportation or even food was easily accessible using the app. Great for bigger parties if you don’t want to book multiple rooms at a hotel or resort. Can accommodate a larger group.

Location was convenient. We walked out to the nearby supermarket to get groceries and also got a day pass for White Sands hotel which was just across the street.

There were mosquitoes in the rooms on our first two nights.

Massive & spacious villa Walking distance to grocery shop, nail salons, restaurants & a lot of things to see (if you like walking) Quiet, convenient & secluded All of the facilities like washing machine, oven, hob was there And of course! Kuya Lon was amazing!

That we left 😩 No dishwasher in the kitchen but doesn’t rly make much of a difference

The villa was amazing in all aspects, location was great , staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed it so much had it been available we would have booked again for when we return for the last part of our trip ☺️

The friendly care taker just popping in from round the back and not knocking on front door which would give my friend a fright as her bedroom was next to the pool. In hindsight think we should have told him not to do it.

The place is amazing. It’s so big and the whole group really enjoyed our stay. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. If something breaks, they fix it immediately. Pool is super nice and the place is very safe and secure.

Very unique house design and attractive landscaping. The contact person at the site - Lon, is very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also very quiet and secure. Bathrooms are spacious especially the master ensuite! The location is in Mactan which is away from the hustle and bustle of metro Cebu. Members of my family spent a lot of hours on the massage chair.

Some pool lights bulb need replacement. Couldn't park inside the driveway but this was not really an issue. The streets were spacious enough and the entire neighborhood is very private. Only saw a few vehicles inside the subdivision throughout our stay.

Beautiful Villa, very big and clean and has many amenities. Lon, the property manager, was great! He took care of any needs expeditiously and even arranged for us an island hopping tour

The villa has many expensive amenities and definitely detailed focused . However -it is missing a coffee/espresso machine. Most people enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning with their breakfast. The powder coffee is not that good. It’s an easy and inexpensive fix.

We loved the space for our family, the pool was amazing with the inflatables it made it really special for my son. I loved the walk in wardrobe and it is v spacious. The highlight was the massage chair.

The house is great! Very suitable for big family like us or a group of people together. There is even an electric massage chair in the entrance. We really enjoyed staying here.

We noticed pieces of what looked like tissue paper floating on the pool. We certainly didn't drop those there ! Made us wonder where they could have come from. I hope no "plumbing" issues from the toilet if that would make sense !

Amazing well kept property. Big fence so it felt very private. Lon was very responsive and helpful. The property itself has everything you'd ever need. It's also huge so if you want some space from your friends it's easy to find.

A great place for a family or group. You will feel at home and the place has a chill vibe.

It’s inside a gated community and a bit far from restaurants and shops by foot if you want to go out to eat or buy something. You either need to take grab or rent a car. Good thing food deliveries are available. Overall the stay was wonderful. My parents really enjoyed it.

Wonderful villa with a personal pool and waterfall. The kitchen is well equipped and the landlord is generous to provide washing machine, water cooler, cooking condiments, coffee and sugar amongst many others amenities. Perfect if you rent a car if you’re planning to go many places but getting a grab is easy as well. The caretaker Lon is always so helpful and readily available. He even had lalamove arranged to pick up my guitar when we were out shopping. Awesome chap and he keeps the house clean. Highly recommend this place with a big group(up to 10).

The location, though secure and safe, but is in a protected community. that makes it hard to get to shops and beaches. you really got to have some form of transport to go around. but it's a trade-off since security is also an important consideration.

Seriously the best!!! Everything was great, the room the shower the facilities the service the shower. This place got everything we expected and if there’s any chance, I’ll definitely come back again👍🏻

We loved the villa a lot! Very amazed by the facilities of the house. We spent most of time at the indoor pool in the evening but didn't know how to work the waterfall despite following the manual. Everyone just camped in the master bedroom to marathon a series on netflix before heading to bed. Everything was so comfortable so all of us got a good night sleep! Lon, the housekeeper was very helpful. He was there to welcome us and send us away the next day. He also helped to get in touch with a driver because we couldn't get a grab ourselves.

It was unfortunate that we only managed to check in late because of out activities and had to check out early the next day at 10am because they were other guests checking in after us! Wished we could have stayed longer.

The size of the house was perfect for my family. Everyone had their space and ample room. The beds were adequate and comfortable. The house was relatively new with good upgrades and accommodations. There was a washer but no dryer. Love the semi-indoor pool. Best part of the house was the personal concierge service we had in a gentleman named "Lol". He attended to all our questions and concerns. We ordered Christmas dinner and he picked it up and brought it to the home without any concerns or worries. Even got fresh pandesal with butter a few mornings. The owners were kind and easy to contact with any questions. We loved our stay in Cebu.

It is located in a safe and gated community, but not easily walkable to any nearby shopping areas. Need to get a ride to these places. But this isn't a major issue.

A large, comfortable house with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors leading directly to the waterfall pool. The water was a bit cold. A very helpful employee who you can contact if you have any questions.

the property’s rustic design was amazing, exactly our dream design… and it’s like living that dream all of a sudden. facilities are top notch, toilets in every room n private pool was amazing

Love this villa it’s best villa I ever stay in Cebu city everything was amazing and very clean the staff was so kind the help us for food and transportation 10/10 I recommended for families and couples you will really enjoy your time.

Located in a secure area away from the noises of the area. Beautiful Villa with many rooms and spacious. If you are a homebody, this location would suit you well as there is much to do and enjoy without leaving the Villa.

Couple of appliances needed repaired like the stove and ice maker in the fridge.

- Pressure of the shower wasn't as strong - Host was not able to provide us with umbrellas for the wet weather but the caretaker came in to let us borrow his

Kuya Lon, the staff, was very nice and accommodating. I like the villa as it was very comfy, spacious and clean. Also, the owner Kuya Harry was really nice that he even met us before we checked out. I would definitely recommend this house/villa for family vacation or barkada staycation.

Whole downstairs is wow

Swimming pool super cold water. The aircon of big bed room upstairs not working well amd also the shower water alwais cold.. Hard to take shower

Customer service was exceptional. Beautiful home. Great for families. Wish we stayed longer.
