Niamh our host was superb, great contact, tips and recommendations. Central location, comfy beds, lots of thoughtful little touches that made Inglenook really cosy and homely. Great to have safe parking so close by.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Kontakt zum Vermieter vorab und auch zwischendrin bei Fragen über die Message Funktion! Es ist an alles gedacht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, ... war alles vorhanden. Die Lage war optimal! Man ist sofort fußläufig beim Einkaufszentrum und in der Stadtmitte! Kinsale ist ein wirklich zauberhafter Ort mit seinen bunten Häuschen und den schönen Pubs. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen! Vielen Dank!

Great location in town, walking distance to everything. Great base to see Kinsale and surrounding area for a few days.

No dedicated parking, but there was a large free lot several hundred yards away.

Parking is a challenge

We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. We parked and never needed to move the car. Cafes and pubs right there. Perfect to have super valu steps away. We loved having breakfast and evenings in the backyard.

Hervorragende Lage: diverse Pubs, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Busstation in Gehdistanz. Ruhig, obwohl sehr zentral. Küche komplett eingerichtet mit Mikrowelle, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher. Kleiner Sitzplatz. Gute Matratzen, Haarfön, sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Badezimmer und Dusche war eher klein, das Licht im Badezimmer musste man mit einer Schnur anmachen (dran ziehen) wie auch die Toilettenspülung, was ich persönlich nicht so hygienisch fand. Die Kopfkissen waren nicht so bequem.

Great place. Everything was super clean and in working order. The place was very comfortable and well supplied, and the location can't be beat, only about 100 meters from the center of Kinsale.

Small thing, but communication was spotty. Host called me (Ireland->U.S.!) a week ahead to tell me about check-in, no written follow-up. She told me I could text with questions, so I texted to confirm details once in Ireland and got crickets in response. Texted again, same result. I had no written check-in instructions. Luckily, I remembered (correctly) from our brief conversation. My advice is to skip the call and do it in writing so there's a record. Luckily, it worked out, but it could have been a real cluster if we couldn't get in.

Location was excellent. Property was clean, nicely decorated and pictures and knick-knacks added to its charm. The kitchen was very well equipped.

The bathroom was a little tired but clean and perfectly functional.

zentrale Lage im Ort, Parken hat besser geklappt als befürchtet (direkt vor dem Haus oder hinter der gegenüberliegenden Hausreihe)

da es sich um ein typisches englisch/irisches Stadthaus handelt, ist alles sehr eng und winzig, insbesondere das Bad. Man hat keine Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schlafzimmern, kein Platz für Stuhl oder ähnlich.

There was nothing we didn't like

Sehr tolle Wohnung am Rande von Kinsale. Das Ortszentrum war in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Viel Platz in der Wohnung. Sogar eine kleine Terrasse gab es. Parken konnten wir auf einem ca. 5 Minuten entfernten Parkplatz am Ortsrand. Tolle Ausstattung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Great location - close to shops bars restaurants . Very comfortable - everything there that you could need - host really really helpful and very quick to respond to questions before arrival and during - given lots of info, she really is brilliant.

Clean and comfortable property in a great location in the centre of town, yet also very quiet. Check in process very easy. The owner was easily contactable if needed. Superb décor, the owner has a real eye for detail and great taste in art. Good selection of books.

It was all great

Excellent location. Near store and easy walking to many sites, pubs, shops. Back patio very nice. Overall we had a fine stay.

Bedrooms small for 2 couples and suitcases. Steep staircase to small bathroom and bedrooms.

The location was fantastic, opposite a smashing morning cafe, close to pubs and a supermarket. Good back yard catching the sun. Tvs in lounge and bath bedrooms. Niqmh was a fabulous host, attended to any slight issue admirably

Love the quaintness of this little house. The location is perfect. Just a short walk from the centre & all the shops, bars & restaurants.

Only thing I would have like is a toilet downstairs.

So cosy and comfortable, everything was so close by. The apartment had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer !!

It was so close to everything and we could walk everywhere. The house was comfortable and charming.

Parking was a little challenging, but once we found a space we left it and walked.

This is a frecvented place on the street. There is a suparmarket near here and the street is cosi for us. The most people is very nice and friendly. Truely we didn't meet anyone has not attitude like this. Kinsale is a beautiful little town and authentic. House was almost perfect for us...

We loved everything about the house, location, decor standard of furnishings. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well equipped. Parking was problematic and we would have liked some complementary hygiene products in the bathroom.

The bathroom was very small. Larger guests might have trouble moving around.

The upstairs carpet needs to be changed. It is quite soiled and musty. The kitchen dining table and especially the fridge needs a proper clean.

In the heart of Kinsale! Walking distance to everything. The property had a cute cottagey feel and was so homely. The beds were so comfy i could have slept in all day!

If i was really critical the TV could have been a bit bigger, the shower wasn’t very powerful and the fridge didn’t get very cold. So, could do with updating.

Fabulous location in the town centre - just a short stroll from pubs, shops and everything we needed.

The house was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect - we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit in Kinsale. The host was very friendly and helpful both before and during our visit. I would happily return and would recommend Inglenook to others.

Location excellent in the town, shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. House beautifully presented, furniture, equipment, pictures, books, maps, all good. Outside courtyard at rear very nice to sit outside. The welcome was great and Kathleen gave us good tips on parking and where to find music and food.

A source of great amusement was the shower. We were all smallish people, maybe not as slim as we could be, but the access to the shower was a challenge, we had to really hold out tummies in the get in. Definitely not viable to a big person.

Town centre location. Cosy house with open fire. Comfortable bedrooms. Very good contact with the owner

The location of this cottage is unbeatable, right in the centre of town just steps away from fantastic pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is cosy and welcoming, very well equipped, comfy beds with lovely bedding. We had a really great stay and would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

The location is perfect, and the property is very cozy and feels very home-y! Great for a family. :)

Parking wasn't the easiest, but it was end of August so still during the busy season.

A lovely little house - perfect location in the town, with a very comfortable sitting room. Kathleen, who met us on our arrival, was a lovely lady, and very helpful.

The bathroom was very small, and the shower was tiny and quite awkward to negotiate if you were not a small person!
