Its a clean property and value for money.there is 3bedrooms ,so would be comfortable for a big family or if you are staying with friends

In kitchen there was no washing up gel/ dishwash soap. You have to climb stairs so I wont suggest this for people having any difficulty with mobility or disability

Air con wasn't cooling enough for one bedroom, other was fine.

We had booked the apartment for 2 nights during our visit to Kumarakom for a medical conference. The apartment is located centrally and in close proximity to all major Kottayam spots. The hosts were very welcoming and their customer service was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms were well maintained and the stand out point was the outside courtyard. An ideal personal terrace. The breakfast provided by the hosts was also great. All in all it was a great stay. Shall return

New property, super clean. Managed by an awesome family who made us really supa comfortable. Fresh Hot home made breakfast prepared and served by the owners was incredible. For our late night arrival the family welcomed us with warmth and love.

Fabulous Holiday home well maintained and operated by super friendly and polite host Mr. Binu. All the required facilities are provided keeping up to the quality standards. We stayed in their 3 bedroom apartment and enjoyed their hospitality very well. The most important thing is they are not compromising on the quality of the products and services. The delicious home made breakfast is worth to be mentioned. Great ambience, location is good and safe for family. Highly recommended.👍

We really enjoyed😊 staying here we stayed for five nights and what a pleasent stay it was just like home felling breakfast was so nice👍 it was so so nice they gave aus a worm well come. The place is so nice and clean. We are planing to come back because this place is second to none I strongly recommend to anyone any time my best of luck to you and your family for treating us.
