You get the whole cabin to yourselves. The host, Ina, sent us caring messages about our reservation but we were not able to receive and respond in time due to travel with no reliable internet.

Wished we were notified that there wouldn’t be no shower towels in the cabin.

Meille näytettiin talon lähellä sijaitsevaa maatilaa. Lapsella oli hieno kokemus. Talo oli lämmin jopa kylmällä säällä. Tie oli aurattu lumesta. kauniita revontulia🥰

Die Hütte „Stilla“ ist ganz wunderbar im Wald gelegen, mit kleinem Fluss, der vorbei rauscht und großer Ruhe ringsum. Sie ist gemütlich und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein mit bequemen Betten, der Aufenthaltsraum ist groß und gemütlich, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Holzofen, der sehr schnell warm macht und einen vor dem Feuer träumen lässt. Ina ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, der Hof der Vermieter liegt ein paar Minuten entfernt. Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte dort, sonst hätten wir gern das Angebot angenommen, den Hof der Familie zu besichtigen. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Kirkenes kommen, werden wir hier sehr gern wieder zu Gast sein. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, man ist schnell in Kirkenes, zumindest im Sommer :-) Wir wären gern länger geblieben auf unserer Finnland-Rundreise.

We had two great days. The accommodation has everything you need. The owners Ina and Leif are hospitable people who are there for you. They gave us a tour of the farm. We were also allowed to taste the fresh milk. The location is great for seeing the northern lights. There are also many interesting sights in the area. Can definitely recommend this location!

Peaceful location. Comfortable, we’ll loved cabin with all the necessities. Our host, Ina, was easy to communicate with and showed us her farm.

The host was great and helpful. In addition, we were able to see their farm which was great. Overall a great and relaxing stay. I definitely recommend.

No shower towel

A very cozy cottage suitable for family vacation

The driving path to that cottage has almost no light, you have to be very careful driving in the snowy time and winter night time. Also, we need to put those pillow cases, duvet cases, bedsheets by ourselves, which look like a hostel service. Usually, B&B and private host prepared the bed for us upon our arrival (9 out of 10 hosts have done it in my last 30 trips). It was a freezing snow time (-3 degrees), thus, I remember we closed all the windows when we check-out the cottage.
