We stayed one night in Greymouth and had such a wonderful experience. The house is absolutely beautiful—much nicer than we expected. It was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed, especially a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, which we really appreciated. The host was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. They even left us some chocolates, which was such a lovely touch! Overall, we were beyond satisfied with our stay—it truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Greymouth.

We were a group of 10. Seven were allocated one property but remaining 3 members were dormitory which was 0.8 Kms away which is inconvenient.

Very spacious and modern with a good kitchen. Perfect for our group. Set in a nice residential street close to amenities and enjoys evening sun.

The house is clean and roomy, has both washer and dryer.

Kitchenware, pots and pans are too old. Too many scratches on nonstick pot that has cancer risk. No kitchen towel clothes.

We only had one night.

Comfy beds, close to town,clean, free snacks were a nice touch.

All of the signs all over the home took away the homely feel. Especially all the fire / exit signs. But the main one were the two signs in the dishwasher saying “do not wash any of the crockery with gold on it in the dishwasher.” The cupboard was filled with gold crockery!!!! Maybe a cheap dining set that can go in the dishwasher might be a good idea. Plastic on the dining table also wasn’t very classy. When we were unloading our car and the neighbour behind us was extremely rude and impatient as we were trying to unpack quickly in the rain.

Excellent accommodation in prime location. 25 minute walk from railway station. Tracey was excellent host and kept in touch for updates on arrival. Under floor heating and 3 bathrooms. Very clean and little extras like chocolates and beer and drinking water

The host were friendly; beds were very comfortable.

Fantastic apartment with nice kitchen and great living room. Cozy sleeping room and wonderful bathroom. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it very much.

The stay was too short but i hope to come back soon.

Having a sofabed in the garage Description says there were 3 single beds in one of the rooms, but only had 2, and family member wasn't happy with having to sleep in the garage.

Using a garage as a bed, the floor is noisy and very uncomfortable for sleeping.

A really lovely house that was a great overnight stay for a work cohort trip. The added sweet touches of drinks and nibbles provided with complements of the host was a real win after a 14 hour day!

So comfortable, heated bathroom floors, super comfortable beds and extremely clean. Showers have great pressure and ample warmth for the 5 of us to take short showers. Tracey was responsive, positive and prepared the house for us so it was nice and warm.

Lock box entry was easy and the hosts provided clear information for access. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable. Heated bathroom floors were a delightful inclusion. The beds were very comfortable and the access to a washer and dryer were wonderful for a travelling family. Thoughtful touches throughout the home created a welcoming atmosphere and were enormously appreciated after a long drive.

Some of the notes placed around the rooms were a bit off putting, whilst there was no information about heater settings in bathrooms, what was required to do on check out and what to do in and around Greymouth. We also were unsure if we could use the garage or not for parking as the driveway was very steep and shared.

Loved the property, plenty of space, nice furnishings and appliances, everything was very clean. Location was perfect with bush views and everything close by.

Nothing we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Very clean and smelled of bleach confirming a high standard. Also nice personal touches such as chocolates on the pillows.

Walking distance to supermarket and other facilities

Unexpected treats from our host were a lovely touch and the lamp on and lights on under kitchen cupboards on made it very welcoming coming especially if you arrived at night.

a small thing however felt there should be cushions on the furniture in the living/lounge area just to make more inviting and mirrors in the 2 bedrooms without an ensure would be handy as would a mirror in the toilet room. A lot of signs on the walls made it feel very authoritative.

Everything about this property was wonderful. Very clean, spacious, modern, comfortable and afordable. Worthy of an 11 score.

Clean, comfy and quiet place. Plenty of space in the living areas. Nice bathrooms. The snacks provided were a nice surprise. A short drive to get to the main street.

Strict rule of no shoes to be worn inside. The bed covers were a bit dated. Limited space for luggage in some of the bedrooms.

Safe, comfortable and spacious. Many crime thrillers in the house and assorted NZ-related magazines for perusal.

Small issue of the lack of a new sponge. Everything else was great.

We loved our stay at a touch of class. It was comfortable and perfect for our family.

We did not have the best success with the kitchen - something glitchy with the oven, the hosts advised. Just bad luck, we decided to eat in for one night of our trip, and that night and location, the oven wasn't working. The microwave for a family meal for five was not a good option.

The Internet password wasn’t correct and the satellite TV didn’t work.
