the host left a selection of tea coffee a d treats for us for out late arrival and called us to see we were settled in she also kindly gave us some advice on local places of interest and to eat

A lovely cottage well organized convient for Letterkenny

A noisy road and cars going fast next to cottage. Letterkenny a bit of a bottle neck for traffic.

Really cosy comfy beds and sofas.

It is a lovely cottage with two bedrooms which is great for two friends travelling.

It seemed a shame that a few little things - cobwebs, dirty windows and linen and pillows that are past their best - could be easily updated and make this place totally wonderful. Just a bit lacking in 'finesse'

Location was perfect for us

Very nice cottage, well maintained and tea, coffee, crisps provided which was a nice extra.

Cosy traditional cottage

Very large cottage, very clean and easy check-in. The bed was confortable and had a very firm mattress. The owner was very helpful during the check-in process.

The kitchen had very old pots and pans and the coating was scratched and coming off. Made pasta and only had one deep pan so we had to make the pasta, clean the pan, then make the sauce in the same pan. There was only one beer glass, and we had to drink using wine glasses. This is a minor complaint, however for what we paid the owners could have gone to Duneln and purchased some new glasses and pans for the Cottage! Also, the cooktop was really old and very difficult to control the heat.

The communication was brilliant. The place was clean and it had everything you need. Everything was working perfectly. Really enjoyed staying here. I have recommend this place to friends and family.

The smell when we first went inside the cottage. The toilet didn't have a lock and the knob came off.

The property was clean, well equipped with good off road parking.

The second bedroom is small and I think it’s a three quarter bed that’s in it.

Great location! Very quiet and comfy place. I liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom and privacy. Great price to boot ! Highly recommend

Lovely cottage. Clean, comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were well equipped, location was great for accessing the local area and host was was very helpful!

Lovely cottage with everything we needed for a short stay.

The road noise could be a problem but we were ok with it.

Very comfortable and clean cottage. Owners very attentive, couldn't do enough to make our stay more comfortable. Very close to Letterkenny town and lots of choices of place to go. Breath taking views and beaches.

The second bedroom was a little on the small side. Would be difficult for two adults to sleep comfortably. Very close to main road and lots of traffic.

Very comfortable, cottage was exactly as shown on website. Gave really good access to north of Donegal which suited us as we had been to the South previously.

Road was a little busy, some noise but it stopped early enough.

The location was excellent and the cottage was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly helpful as well.

Couldn't ask for a better wee cottage spotlessly clean & a excellent host who is always on standby to help.

the closeness to the road, and the house has had animals in it there was hair on blankets etc. The TV remote ocntrol n the bedroom didn't work

Loved my stay here, fed up with hotels and hotel food, was able to cook, relax after hard day at work, will definitely rebook

Great location, easy to access, Was perfect for us to travel into Letterkenny town each day of our stay. Host was very helpful as there was snow and icy conditions while we were there, and they provided salt for the walkways and ensured the heating was adequate. Would return again with family if we are traveling that direction in the future.

Beautiful little cottage close to all amenities in Letterkenny, wonderful accommodating host! A great little nights break away for myself and hubby. Very comfortable and everything we needed was provided.

The best holiday cottage we've ever stayed in.

Self catering, privacy, well appointed kitchen, extremely comfortable beds, ample and comfortable sofas, dining set, plenty of storage for clothes, pristine ensuites and towels supplied, beautifully decorated, warm and cosy. Outdoor seating and dining, also tastefully decorated for the Christmas season inside and outside. The Hostess is extremely helpful and made us very welcome, her focus is on the guests needs and we felt we were front and centre! Our dog was approved to stay also and we appreciated that greatly, A home away from home, loved the experience and will definitely return for our next trip to Letterkenny.

I can't think of anything negative about this property, It's an ideal location and met our needs spot on!

Cosy cottage in an ideal location for us, well equipped and nicely decorated- this is the second time we have stayed here. There is a great little farm shop nearby too!

I loved the location out of town, it was quiet, peaceful and spacious. The cottage had a lot of character and everything I needed for my stay. I would have loved to light the fire, it just wasn't cold enough.

I would have liked to have opened the front windows, I wasn't sure if the flower pots would have fallen off.

Friendly and quick responding host, extra goodies pack was a welcome bonus for us 👍 thank you! On first appearance the location feels a bit strange but the house is lovely, very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Only one night but worked in well for us.

No big deal as we’ve found this in most of Ireland but the shower water pressure is not what we are used to at home.🤣🤔🤪 the shower was hot and did the job but nothing beats heaps of hot water showering over you after a day out hiking and exploring new places.😎

Was far enough out of town that you weren’t overcome with noise; yet still close enough to get to all the local attractions, eateries and shops. Cottage was well laid out and very clean.

It is a very cosy cottage and near the main attractions at Letterkenny. Beautiful and warm when the fire was lit. Contained everything that was required. Comfy beds.

Cozy , relaxing cottage, near the town .Ideal base for anyone wanting to exploring North Donegal.Also would suit a breakaway for couple .

Could not find fault at all .

Good location for access town (only a tenner taxi home) and well equipped kitchen. Good value for money for four people. Heating worked well and two ensuites was good.

No obvious eating area made meals a bit tricky and one bedroom a little bit cold.

Convenient to the town, (by short journey 2-4 mins in a car). Pert friendly. Footpaths along the roads for walk. Quiet location. Had all facilities, loved the open fire. Very homely.

Weather was unusually v cold (-2C) took property a while to warm up. Definitely needed to light the open fire.

It is a very cute cottage, with beautiful decor to suit style. Open fire is great (host could leave a starter fire for bonus points but fuel available nearby). Towels a plenty! And face cloths. Small attention to detail evident everywhere and appreciated. Secure parking at rear of property is excellent addition. Location is perfect to access town or to avoid it entirely.

If you look at the location, you will be aware the property is near a busy road but in all honesty, I stayed on a Friday night and it was very quiet. One word of warning would be that if you are bringing a dog, make sure they are watched and well behaved as fence is low so escape to road would be a risk.
