The serenity of the location; the grandeur of the house; the comfort and luxury of the rooms; the delicious full Irish breakfast; the friendliness of the host, Jean; and even the gorgeous dog Jules! All contributed to a lovely stay at Noan Country House.

The Noan Estate is a beautiful, well decorated home. We stayed in the large front bedroom, with a very comfortable four poster bed and a huge en-suite. The breakfast was fabulous and Jean, the proprietor, went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

We loved everything about this property.

My brother and I loved our stay at Noan Country House. Jean is so friendly and accommodating, and our room was large and very comfortable. The house and surroundings are lovely, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. All guests eat around the same dining table, so come prepared to chat!

This is a gorgeous, peaceful country house set within lovely grounds. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Most importantly the host Jean was friendly and generous. Would 100% recommend!!!

Un luogo da fiaba, immerso nel verde e lontano dal caos. La struttura si trova vicinissima alla celebre Rock of Cashel, ma abbastanza lontana da essere completamente circondata dalla natura. Un elegante viale alberato conduce alla bellissima residenza, caratterizzata dalle tipiche finestre a ghigliottina, che si affacciano su ettari di verde dove pascolano mucche, pecore e cavalli. Già dall’ingresso sembra di essere entrati in una favola: tutto è curato con grande gusto e attenzione. La padrona di casa è una persona squisita, calorosa e molto accogliente. L’arredamento è raffinato e ben pensato, perfettamente in armonia con il carattere della casa. La nostra camera era spaziosa, molto ben arredata e soprattutto pulitissima. La colazione è un’esperienza speciale: viene servita attorno a un unico grande tavolo, dove tutti gli ospiti fanno colazione insieme, creando un’atmosfera davvero magica e conviviale. E i prodotti serviti sono semplicemente buonissimi. È stato davvero un dispiacere lasciare un luogo così magico, curato in ogni dettaglio e immerso nella tranquillità.

Everything about this property , driving up and seeing this beautiful building /home, the rooms are gorgeous , the hosts were amazing and went above and beyond. The grounds are beautiful, we walked around the property and their three beautiful dogs joined us, wish we could have stayed longer, so relaxing , can’t speak highly enough of Noan

A truly beautiful manor house in the Midlands. We had an exceptionally spacious room, and the bed was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Breakfast was a delight. Served at a large table shared with the other guests, it created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There was, of course, a traditional Full Irish Breakfast, excellent tea, and fabulous homemade scones. Yummy! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this wonderful place without hesitation.

Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Zimmer und Bäder waren traumhaft und der Blick über Landschaft erinnerte an ein Gemälde! Es war eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir in Irland hatten! Das Frühstück war hervorragend und wurde liebevoll von der Gastgeberin angerichtet und serviert!

Après avoir visité plusieurs demeures historiques, quelle joie de dormir dans l’une d’elle. Si vous rajoutez un excellent petit-déjeuner et une hôte très accueillante, on atteint la perfection.

The grounds of Noan Estate are beautiful. Relaxation was easy to come by as one over looks the gardens and farm setting. The interior is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and the host was a great conversationalist.

Absolutely charming house sitting at the farmland. Surrounded by nature. Quiet, peaceful and all rooms filled with light. The host was so welcoming and generous. Exceptional breakfast. Very spacious room and huge bathroom. Our bathroom was external, but it did not bother us - just a few steps along the corridor. Probably the best B&B we ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Super friendly dogs - that was an absolute bonus!

Da es die erste Übernachtung unserer wunderbaren Irland Reise war, war es schön beim Frühstück nette Menschen aus der Gegend kennen zu lernen, die uns viele Tipps gaben. Das Haus ist echt ein Hingucker und war teilweise wie ein Museum für uns. Auch die direkte Umgebung ist super. Totale irische Landidylle mit Viehweiden und Tieren. Die großartigen Hunde des Hauses durften wir auch kennen lernen. Ein super Auftakt unserer Reise.

The house is set in stunning farmland and is quiet and beautiful. We felt like we had stepped back in time, but still enjoyed all modern creature comforts. Jean was a fantastic host and made us feel like part of the family right from the beginning, bringing us afternoon tea in the lounge room. The breakfast was perfect! We didn’t want to leave.

This was such a lovely place to stay!! An easy drive into Cashel, but a countryside feel. Our stay could not have been more comfortable, the hostess nicer, or the wonderful canine welcoming committee any cuter! Not to mention the light through those windows in the morning! We had such a nice stay, would love to come back!

The Noan Country House is one of the finest inns I have ever stayed in! The hospitality provided by Jean and her family was purely charming and the house is a piece of history come to life with all the comforts of home. My family of four fell in love with the grounds and the real Irish countryside.

The property was absolutely incredible. The owners' dogs were so adorable and greeted us upon arrival. In addition, in the morning, we went for a walk and got to say hello to a horse, a bunch of sheet and adorable cows. The house was absolutely beautiful and breakfast was spectacular, although, would have been really cool if all rooms had breakfast at the same time. The host was also absolutely magnetic and made us feel truly at home. We expected pretentious, but were happy to know it was really down to earth and cozy.

Water pressure in the shower could have been stronger and the water out of the bathtub was brown with flakes, so we opted not to bathe.

The location, the uniqueness of the place, the breakfast, and the incredibly kind owner made the stay truly special.

The Noan Country House was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful- as were the common and dining areas. The house dates to 1815 and has a lot of character. Our hostess was charming and gracious and her breakfast was just heavenly.

Where to even start. Absolutely gorgeous house and grounds. When you drive in, a super friendly dog greets you outside the house. The interior is just perfect. Every detail is well thought through. We had a bathroom across the hall, but it didn't feel weird or uncomfortable. (it was specified in the booking) The bathroom was spotless, spacious and smelled amazing. Our bed was super comfortable, enough pillows for a pillow lover, but also small enough if you prefer less. We also had a sink in the room which was super handy. Again, some amazing furniture and decor. Last but not least, the breakfast. The best - and homemade! - scones I've ever had. Selection of jam and marmalade. Fresh orange juice and water with lemon. There was also cereal, but! the host offered us fresh fruit, with yoghurt and granola also. And for the main event, full Irish breakfast, or scrambled with bacon, anything your heart(or stomach) desires. I have to point out also, we were offered tea when we arrived, and that came perfectly served, with some kind of bread cake which was delicious! This place truly exceeded our expectations and would and hopefully will come back again ♥️

We had the most wonderful two-night stay at Noan Country House B&B while attending a wedding in Cashel Palace and honestly, we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Jean made us feel so welcome, there’s such a genuine warmth about the house that instantly helps you relax. The property itself is absolutely stunning, full of character and beautifully restored, with the most peaceful countryside setting. It felt like a proper escape. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and so comfortable, with gorgeous views of the surrounding fields. Every little detail was thought of, and you could really feel the care that goes into the whole experience. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight fresh, delicious, and plentiful (the homemade touches really stood out!). We only wish we could have stayed longer. If you’re attending a wedding nearby or just looking for a peaceful, special place to stay in Tipperary, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Noan House is stunning--no other word for this beautifully restored and furnished historic country home. Bedroom and bathroom were huge, overlooking peaceful, green farmland. Breakfast was excellent, and in the evening, we were treated to pots of tea and decaf coffee by the fire in the drawing room. Our host was very welcoming and helpful.

Noan house is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I was there after a stressful week and it was like getting the biggest hug which is what I needed. It has stayed with me. I was passing through and it was a stop on my journey but I intend to go back in the Spring and stay for a weekend. It is a very very special place

This is a beautiful old house in great repair on a fantastic farm and estate. We stayed here as we were at a wedding nearby. A very comfy bed and lots of beautiful fresh food and cooked breakfast the following morning.

Die Gastgeberin hat uns immer wieder begeistert. Dieser Aufenthalt war ein echtes Erlebnis und gehört auf die Bucketlist von jedem der nach Irland reist. Der Ort an sich ist schon mystisch und versetzte uns in eine komplett andere Zeit. Die Weite der Weiden, der Stil vom Haus und die Ruhe waren absolut der Hammer.

Très jolie demeure, au milieu d’un grand parc, le lieu est superbe! Les lits sont très confortables, les chambres bien décorées. Superbe accueil sur place, très sympathique! Petit déjeuner au top, avec de bons produits faits maison

Vraisemblablement une erreur dans l’attribution des chambres. Nous avions réservé une chambre double avec salle de bain et on nous a donné une chambre avec salle de bains extérieure (privative certes mais extérieure à notre chambre). Je pensais que l’erreur venait de moi lors de la réservation mais non, nous avions bien fait la bonne réservation. Nous l’avons mentionné lors de notre départ et n’avons pas eu de retour ensuite sur un remboursement (le prix de la chambre n’est pas le même). Même si le lieu est superbe, clairement nous n’aurions pas séjourné ici, surtout pour ce prix, pour une chambre avec salle de bain extérieure. Dommage!
