Perfect location. Great views of the harbour, a couple of minutes walk to the seafront or any of the other restaurants and cafes in Lunenburg. Lovely comfortable room with additional sitting area on the landing. Great shower, nice fluffy towels. Easy check in and check out process.

The room was clean and we had a great view of the harbour.

Management was appalling. We never received any information from the property owner on the code for the exterior door. We stood outside in the rain for 1/2 hour trying to contact the property owner via phone and messaging, but received no response. The voicemail box was full. The only way we got into the building was due to other guests leaving and kindly sharing the access codes with us. Once inside, we discovered that keys were in the locks of the vacant rooms, so we had to guess which room we were supposed to be in. Also, it was only after we were in the building that notice was provided about the severe seafood allergy of the cleaner.

L’emplacement du logement est plus que idéal. Il est au dessus de la rue principale et a une rue du bord de mer. La chambre est très spacieuse avec une grande salle de bain ainsi que d’un frigo. Le lit est très confortable!

L’isolation du bâtiment est un peu minime, ce qui fait que nous entendons les personnes au dessus et ceux de la chambre d’à côté quand ceux-ci parlent assez fort.

Excellent location, with lots of eateries nearby. Jacuzzi bath that we didn't get to use.

There are 4 rooms for guests with parking for just 3 vehicles, it's a very small parking area.

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt auf der Hauptstraße aber dennoch ruhig. Schönes Ambiente in einem alten Haus, Parkplatz direkt hinter der Unterkunft.

Location was great, as was the view from the bedroom window.

We booked this property thinking it had free parking, but later discovered there were limited spaces for the number of rooms. The air conditioning unit was too noisy to leave on overnight and unfortunately the windows were jammed shut. There are a lot of written rules around the room, probably because there is no-one on site to check you in. As no breakfast is provided, it would be helpful to have a kettle and toaster provided (they are not expensive).

Super Lage direkt in der besten Straße, schönes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung und Whirlpool- Badewanne.

Das einzige kleine Minus war, dass wir mit dem Pickup nicht auf dem Innenhof parken konnten.

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt direkt hinter der Promenade am Hafen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shops und Restaurants sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Im oberen Stock gibt es vom Zimmer aus einen schönen Blick über Hafen und gesamte Bucht. Parkplatz hinter dem Haus.

Reisegepäck muss über Außentreppe in den oberen Stock getragen werden. Parkplatz ist bei voller Besetzung eng.

The cost is high. Parking can be tricky unless you arrive early enough!

the parking was a bit crazy and a tight squeeze which was a bit hard to manage but we did, it was also quite hot through the night as the ac doesn’t really blow at the bed

Très très bien situé. Un stationnement à l’arrière de la maison nous a permis de tout faire à pied. Nous avons apprécié tout l’équipement fourni, de la cafetière à la vaisselle, des petits chocolats aux bouteilles d’eau. La facilité d’accès à la maison avec le code envoyé par courriel. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet établissement.

Parking is erg krap, er is wel voldoende parkeerplaats aan de straatkant, maar zeker niet op een drukke zomerdag in juli! Enorm luidruchtige airco, Blinden aan ramen verduisteren niet voldoende! Tv werkt met een code die we niet kenden, niet hadden gekregen. 😓

Confusing check in as we didn’t have the entry code to enter the building or room number in advance and no staff on site to help. The bed & pillows were very uncomfortable…more so the plastic mattress cover that was noisy and uncomfortable.

Great stay overall! The host was very good and communication was always clear. The location is excellent and the place itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable.

The only downsides were that the room gets quite bright as there are no blackout curtains, and the AC is a bit noisy. Other than that, everything was great and I would still recommend staying here.

The accommodation was great, location perfect for downtown restaurants, shops and harbour.

The bed was very comfortable BUT the protective plastic covering on the mattress was absolutely rediculous, you couldn't move a muscle without it rustling loudly, hense very little sleep. I appreciate you want to protect the mattress but 40 years ago when my children were young you could get silent waterproof mattress covers. Due to this comment alone you haven't got the 'excellent' review.

The room was pretty and had a lovely view. The bathroom was very nice.

The room check in was for 3pm and when I arrived at 4:15pm the room had not been cleaned or prepared. The owner put us up in the hotel behind for the night and said the room would be ready by the 11am check out of the place she put me up in ( I was staying two nights) but it wasn't ready until shortly after 11am. I had asked for late check out on the final day due to the fact that I shouldn't have had to check out the day before at all but I was ignored.

We stayed in room 2, which had a few maintenance issues-a sink in the bathroom out of service and most of the side panel of the bath missing. The property advertises 3 parking spaces for 4 rooms but in reality there are only 2. You can get 3 cars in if you cooperate with the other guests

Plastic on the bed was extremely uncomfortable and disruptive. Every small move made a loud crinkling noise. You can also feel the plastic with every move. Could also hear all the other tenants quite clearly as well as a loud running water noise throughout the night.

This location is centrally located to the wharf with several restaurants within 10-minute walk. Great spot!

Best location in Lunenburg! The room was luxurious and exceptionally clean. Check in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

Only downside was being able to hear other guests at the inn when they came and went, due to the heavy wooden doors.

The online entry with assigned entry code failed to work. The email contact help was not attended to for another 8 hours. We had to seek phone help from a small business 2 doors away where I eventually got through to the proprietor who gave me a new code. Very frustrating & not off to a good start. I prefer there to be a host so if you encounter problems there is someone located on the premises or at least nearby. The bed unfortunately was not comfortable, too hard with a plastic mattress cover which was noisy.

Very cute room with an amazing view, lots of space and a huge bathroom. Excellent location close to shops and the waterfront, everything is within walking distance.

It did advertise as a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast available. Lots of great coffee shops close by though so we had no problem finding something for breakfast.

Choisir une chambre au deuxième étage sinon la vue sur l'eau est "entre deux builings", la chambre pourrait être facilement mieux équipée, aucune insonorisation (très bruyant). Rapport qualité-prix très moyen.

Location is awesome. Walk everywhere and take in the quaint houses, great Ocean views and the many churches of historical interest.

The bed was comfortable but the mattress protector was made of plastic material which we found strange. There were exactly 2 small plates, 2 large plates, 2 bowls, 2 teaspoons, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 wine glasses......but no sponge, no dish cloth, no tea towel. There was a bottle of detergent and paper towel. I did send a message about it on our first day, but did not get a response.

No breakfast?? Room was comfortable and clean but it is on second floor, narrow stairway and no emergency exit available on that floor.

Outside parking area had lots of construction wood, nails. Very small We had to call to get a code to open the outside door. Nothing was pre arranged.

Location was in the center of town— amongst all the restaurants and bars. Lively during the day, but dead quiet after 10 pm. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom.

Only a suggestion to the owners. Guests enter through a porch at the rear of the building. Porch was dirty, unswept, peeling paint, mildew on siding and a large bag of trash. Does not make a great first impression. The interior was immaculate and lovely.

A few notes was taped to desk a D front door saying very tersely that no seafood was to be brought onto premises. Apparently the person that cleaned the room was allergic . Get a new cleaner. You are in the heart of seafood nation. Very unprofessional poor coffee set up .
