Las dos villas que alquilamos estaban super bien, con una cocina central muy grande y una mesa donde te traian el desayuno, la habitación grande ,el baño grande, todo estupendo y encima piscina privada

La entrada no es la más bonita pero cuando llegas a las villas todo cambia

Très bon petit déjeuner, personnel agréable et très gentil. Location de scooter possible. Lit confortable. Nombreux restaurant pas chère à proximité. Fontaine à eau à disposition

Mauvaise wifi, nous étions au dernier bungalow donc nous ne captions pas la wifi. Mauvaise isolation, on entendait tout le monde parlé. Les bungalows se situent à proximité des maisons des locaux donc on entendait parler jusqu’à tard.

Seul bémol la porte de notre salle de bain glisse très mal et réveille l’autre personne qui dort lorsqu’on va aux toilettes.

Los dueños eran majísimos. Nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo. Nos planificaron el viaje, nos proporcionaron taxi, buscaron las excursiones, nos facilitaron cualquier duda que teníamos. Se portaron realmente bien con nosotros. Ha sido un placer. Ubicación buena también. Y la villa era increíble.

La localisation des bungalows n’est pas claire, les photos sont celles de plusieurs établissements que possède le propriétaire, ce qui explique les différentes photos, les différents prix et les différentes localisations, une clarification serait bien !

Le logement correspondait parfaitement aux photographies. La literie était très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié de pouvoir louer un scooter directement auprès du propriétaire.

La relación calidad-precio es espectacular. La habitación es cómoda, sencilla y tiene todo lo necesario para descansar después de un largo día recorriendo Ubud. Si vienes con la idea de conocer la zona y pasar el día visitando lugares, es una opción perfecta: descansar bien, disfrutar del desayuno y empezar con energía una nueva jornada. Muy buena elección para alojarse en Ubud.

Un endroit calme à l’écart du bruit de la ville et du centre. Piscine très agréable et joli jardin bien aménagé. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, nous avons pris les pancakes à la banane !

Cela ne dépend pas de l’hôtel mais comme il est dans la nature il ne faut pas craindre les insectes !!

Quite location, good breakfast, lovely staff who were always available to help, clean pool, well maintained gardens, safe environment, large and comfortable bungalow, good air-conditioning.

As this location is away from central Ubud, there are limited eating options and the walk into central Ubud is 45 to 60 minutes. No currency changers nearby either. You can get a Grab taxi into Ubud but it is something to be aware of. I ate at Warung Bintang and another cafe down the road but the lack of decent dining options was a real drawback for me.

La ubicación, está un poco apartado en un lugar tranquilo pero súper cerca del centro. En moto llegas en 5 minutos. El personal es increíble, súper atentos, tiene motos para dejarte y te dan un desayuno completo

the big double house concept, inside a traditional Balinese family complex. the middle covered kitchen part is excellent. good wifi. great location for exploring Ubud activities, a bit away from Ubud city center trafic.

the house is not that easy to access with luggages, but as most of Ubud places I would say.

Beautiful quaint cottages in a small village north of Ubud. It was away from the chaos of Ubud centre yet close enough for us to visit. The family hosted us so well and were there to answer our questions our whole time there. Their warmth and hospitality was incredible!

The property was very quaint, and tucked away from the hustle of Ubud. There were nearby scooter rentals and shops which made everything easily accessible. The bungalow itself was spacious and the bedroom was clean. Very lovely staff and delicious breakfast!

Struttura molto accogliente fuori dal traffico del centro di Ubud ma al tempo stesso molto comoda per visitare questa zona di Bali. Il proprietario e lo Staff sono stati deliziosi. La camera molto ampia, la piscina a disposizione, la super colazione proposta, hanno reso il soggiorno un’esperienza da ricordare. Davvero consigliato!

El personal es encantador, el desayuno es bueno y la ubicación perfecta (si quieres evitar el centro). Además, tienen alquiler de motos en el propio alojamiento y un servicio de lavandería en la acera de enfrente.

We hadden de villa met privé zwembad. Het was lekker rustig en we hadden voor de eerste keer een hele schone badkamer met warme douche.

Persoonlijk vond ik het huisje zelf erg kaal ingericht net als de tuin. Hierdoor was er wat minder sfeer. Ook liepen er wel veel mieren op de richels van het hout in het huisje.

No reserveis en este sitio. Llegamos a las 11 de la noche del aeropuerto, habiendo hablado con los propietarios de la hora que llegariamos. Al estar en la puerta de la villa no habia nadie, no nos contestaban al telefono, dejandonos tirados de noche al medio de la nada. Fatal la comunicación y todavia estamos esperando una respuesta.

Lo mejor es la amabilidad del personal. Siempre con una sonrisa, preguntando qué tal todo y súper atentos en todo momento. La habitación era grande, hacían las habitaciones y fue muy barato. Te llevaban el desayuno a la habitación. La zona estaba bien, ya que no estaba en el centro.

Muchísimo ruido todas las noches. A pesar de ser un sitio tranquilo al no estar en el centro, había muchísimo ruido por la noche de madrugada.

2 fijne huisjes met privézwembad op het terrein van erg lieve mensen. Fijn zwembad met 2 ligbedden. Buitenkeuken met grote tafel, waar je gebruik kan maken van de koelkast en water kan pakken. Fijne bedden, ruime kamer en badkamer. Kamer heeft fijne gordijnen, waardoor het lekker donker is. Kleine kaart voor het ontbijt, maar wordt met liefde gemaakt.

Eigelijk niks. Afstand naar het centrum is te doen, wel druk hoe dichter je bij het centrum komt, maar check even goed waar je je in het centrum af laat zetten. Het centrum is één richtingsverkeer, waardoor het lang kan duren voor je op de plek van bestemming bent, terwijl je je ook aan de rand af kan laten zetten en een klein stukje loopt om in het centrum te komen, dan ben je redelijk snel in het centrum met een Grab taxi waardoor de prijs van de taxirit ook goedkoper is.

L’endroit est très calme, cadre magnifique avec une belle piscine et un jardin fleuri magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel est très sympathique comme le propriétaire et la cuisine est bonne. La chambre est bien confortable et tout équipée. Parfait !

Everything about our stay was great. It’s around 10 min to city center - so this place makes it very peaceful paradise, without any noise. Breakfast was delicious, including fresh juice and fruits. They did daily cleaning as well.

Maybe the mosquito net above the bed should be washed, as it’s stained and dusty.

Beautiful people& lovely atmosphere

We were extremely dissatisfied with our stay. First of all, the bathroom was very dirty. The sink area, toilet area, and overall cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. The location was also very difficult to find. The information shown on Google Maps and Booking.com did not match, and even the property name appeared differently. We tried to contact the property manager several times for assistance, but our calls were never answered. Instead of helping us directly, he kept sending messages telling us to contact the staff. As a result, we were left waiting on the side of the road trying to figure out where the property was. The customer service was very poor from the moment we arrived. The manager seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. During breakfast, while guests were being served, he was lying down nearby rather than attending to the property or ensuring guests were comfortable. His attitude was rude and unprofessional, and it gave us the impression that he only cared about making money rather than providing a good experience for his guests. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay, we were disappointed by both the service and the management, and we would not recommend this property to anyone. We also paid for a private driver service arranged by the property. Whenever the driver called the manager to confirm arrival times, the conversations were on speakerphone, and we could clearly hear shouting and complaints from the other side. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional impression. We chose this property because of its highly positive reviews, but unfortunately we felt completely misled. The reality was very different from what was advertised. The property is visibly run-down, poorly maintained, and the management is one of the worst aspects of the experience. Overall, the quality of the accommodation and the way it is managed do not reflect the ratings it currently has.

There were very minor cleaning things. Picky but corners of ceilings and floors needed a proper clean. And there wasn’t a living/common area that we did initially want/and booked to congregate as a group.

Beautiful traditional cottages. The breakfast was generous. The staff were lovely, of course.

A few issues with the air conditioning. Unfortunately, Google Maps told me I had arrived, but there was no signage in that vicinity. After riding up and down in the rain, and asking various people if they knew it, someone told me it was about another 1km further along the road. It would be really helpful if they could find a way to switch the geo-location details to the entrance, rather than the actual buildings.

Ben üçlü ev tarzı havuzu olan kısımda kaldım. Kahvaltısı beğendim. Çok rahat huzurlu sakin kendine ait mutfak kısmı var banyolu, büyük bir oda Ubud geneline göre. Yatak rahat yağmur yağdımı insan devamlı uyumak istiyor :) huzurlu biryer. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Fiyat olarak uygun

İlk girdiğimde iki küçük su bırakılmıştı sonraki günler su vs. Bırakılmadı markette yakın yok. Günlük temizlik yok. Havlular kokuyordu. Banyoda yerler taş olduğu için su hemen gitmiyor o koku yapıyor. Gelirken otelin yerini zor buldu taksici.Konum olarak çok kötü yerde pirinç tarlası ve fil Safari için iki gün kalınabilir.

The bungalow was very cozy and welcoming, with a lovely little pool right in front that made the atmosphere feel peaceful and relaxing. The place had a beautiful traditional style and a very nice overall environment. The staff were extremely hospitable and kind, always making me feel welcomed during my stay. A lovely place if you are looking for a quiet and authentic atmosphere in Sidemen. The only thing I would improve is the bathroom cleanliness. It was decent and generally clean, but it could definitely be improved a little.

Bliskość Ubud, ale zakwaterowanie z dala od zgiełku, całkiem dobre śniadanie i wygodne łóżko. Pomocni właściciele, załatwili nam taxi, wypożyczyliśmy od nich raz skuter wieczorem, mogliśmy pożyczyć od nich też suszarkę i żelazko :)

Gdyby ktoś planował wynajęcie skuterów od właścicieli, to niestety, ale kaski są bardzo poniszczone, w tej cenie można wypożyczyć coś lepszego w okolicy. Przydałoby się wyprać/wymienić baldachim, bo był bardzo szary i mało zachęcający do spania pod nim. Za łóżkiem też jest sporo kurzu.

Little paradise, close to the Ubud centre, with beautiful villas and excellent and clean pool. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Tout était parfait

Le meilleur hôtel du séjour. Etant à 8, pour des raison de dispo, nous avions pris 2 chambres et la villa privée. Sans chercher le confort absolu. C'était LA villa privée !!! 2 immenses suites, de chaque côté de la piscine privée elle aussi. La cuisine extérieure au milieu. Le paradis pour nos filles qui ont pu dormir ensemble, en toute sécurité, et s'éclater dans la piscine sans gêner personne. Le petit déjeuner ? Incroyable. Le service ? Formidable. Les arrangements et excursion proposées par le boss ? Extra. Merci Pitu notre super chauffeur. Tout est parfait.

Séjour exceptionnel au sein de teba cottages and villa. Nous étions deux familles, et nous avons pu profiter du séjour ensemble, bien que nous ne soyons pas dans la même partie du complexe. Les enfants ont pu dormir ensemble, en aménageant les chambres en ce sens: ce qui les a rendu les plus heureux ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux (un des meilleurs que nous ayons mangé en 3 mois!) Le propriétaire nous a organisé l' ensemble des excursions que nous avons fait, avec un chauffeur attitré durant 3 jours. Notre transfert au port a également été organisé par ses soins et des prix plus que corrects.!

A comfortable stay with a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can rent a car with a driver at a reasonable price to explore the surrounding area. Our driver was incredibly kind and sweet. I would like to give a special thanks to him.

Logement incroyable ! Le lieu était parfaitement propre, le personnel très gentil, le lieu paisible et magnifique, un écrin de verdure calme et très beau. Petit déjeuné délicieux, le matériel dans les chambres était très bien, seul notre petit frigo ne fonctionnait pas mais cela peut arriver. Seul petit conseil : peut être ne pas réserver de transfert en ferry avec l’hôtel, ce n’est pas de leur faute mais arrivé au port la confusion est chaotique avec tout les arnaqueurs qu’il y a devant le port, ils repèrent les touristes qui n’ont pas de compagnie attitré (réservation via hôtel sans compagnies attitrée juste avec un voucher qui indique que le prix de la traversée a été payée) donc facile de se faire arnaquer de cette façon … sinon tout a été parfait lors de notre séjours et le logement est vraiment idéal. C’est un peu éloigné du centre qui est très bruyant et dans l’agitation donc parfait pout être au calme et pour se reposer, mais seulement 5 minutes en scooter donc très facile d’accès pour tout !
