Kearney's Cottage B&B

Functional and private

No WiFi. Was told breakfast items would be left for me as I had to leave at 6.30 am but all that was there was a banana and a pack of Lidl pane au chocolate

nulla ;-)

Frühstück Ruhig

Zeer comfortabele, schone kamer. Fijn bed, goede douche.

Very friendly host, good location, nice room. Excellent for an overnight stay.

Clean & comfortable stay with a lovely hostess. Highly recommend.

Clean and convenient location for onward travel

No bin in kitchen to dispose of t bags etc. No facility to wash dishes. Felt bad leaving dirty dishes for someone else. Weather was hot would have been nice to have small table and chairs to sit outside.

Fantastic place to stay with amazing hosts that made me feel very welcome. The accommodation was perfect with a separate entrance for guests so you don’t feel that you are disturbing anyone when you come and go. The breakfast was lovely with so much on offer and the hosts checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend this B&B. Thank you.

Really spacious, clean and friendly host

Really spacious, clean and friendly host

Everything was excellent 👌

Very peaceful. Great parking, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, good shower, minor issue with sink fixed quickly.

A couple of comfy chairs would have been good. Some outdoor seating would have been lovely in the extensive garden when it was so hot. Only some watered down hand wash in bathroom but not a problem as I bought some the next day.

The rural location was great breakfast selection was very good no complaints atall

Excellent continental breakfast. Lovely fresh fruit and home made breads

House was just perfect, very comfortable and spotless. Owners could not do enough for us. Really enjoyed our short stay. Breakfast was so good too.

Could not fault anything.

Good continental self serve breakfast

Host was very welcoming and informative. Breakfast was extensive. Bed comfortable

A bit of noise from people walking around upstairs. Not too much of an issue tho.

Man entscheidet selbst , wann man frühstücken möchte.

Smaakte heerlijk!

The setting is in a nice location and very accessible to the heritage and local area.Plus the how the hostess dropped me up to reception. Thanks to everyone

Place was private spotless and great value for money compare to other places I stayed wasnt rushed to checkout and was very happy with the cleanleness

Only thing i could complain about is location but even then not a major thing to complain about as Id stay here again 100%

The surroundings are very calm but yet close by car to nice little towns. We really appreciated the breakfasts!

What a fantastic B&B. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It's just a shame that I didn't have more time here! Hopefully I can have an excuse to come back in the future. Thanks for all of your help.

Ex

Our stay was first class. Quiet, relaxed and hidden away in the countryside. I will definitely be recommending to our friends!

Good location and nice separate rooms from the private part of the house. Sweet owner:)

Hosts, food, cleanliness, everything!

Breakfast was appetizing and wholesome. The house layout ensured the guests have privacy and had separate breakfast room, entrance etc.

Camera essenziale, ben arredata, molto pulita, molto silenziosa.., Accoglienza, discrezione e cordialità dello staff.. Privacy, parcheggio, ingresso indipendente alla camera.

The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. The stay was extremely comfortable, and the cottage had a warm and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely sensational - fresh, generous, and delicious!

Everything was perfect. We wouldn’t change a thing.

Lovely clean spacious room, bathroom and communal breakfast area with lovely continental style breakfast with lots of choice. Cereal, bread, tea, coffee, yoghurts, lovely fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, more than enough. Private shared breakfast room for guests separate from rest of house so freedom to help yourself when it suits. Separate entrance for guests with freedom to come and go as you please. Lots of parking. Lovely peaceful countryside setting but only few minutes walk from village with pub restaurant and large hotel.

Couldn't fault it

Location, comfort and attention to detail.

Julie Ann & Ivan are such amazing hosts and it is a true home away from home!

The house is very clean. The room was perfect. The bed was perfect. It was easy to get in. The place itself is beautiful. Countryside, cows and birds. I had a great walk on a lovely local road.

Excelente alojamiento, moderno, tranquilo, limpio y muy espacioso. Desayuno rico y variado (embutido, yogur, salmón, pan, cereales, zumo,...). Los propietarios muy amables y atentos. Se puede aparcar sin problema.

Very welcoming, comfortable room which was very private. Gorgeous breakfast - would highly recommend

Clean, functional, welcoming and a lovely continental breakfast.

Needs landscaping to soften building into its surroundings.

Excellent - Julie Ann made everything very easy.

Super clean, friendly host and well stocked breakfast, cozy and quiet, hot showers

Lovely location, great breakfast, convenient parking, comfortable room.

No issues to report

Lovely host. Great continental breakfast. Coffee and chocolate on arrival. Bedroom was lovely and comfortable. Spacious rooms. Location was close to the Heritage hotel for attending wedding there. Owner even dropped us back to the wedding after check in!

Nothing - all good. Would come back again!

Beautiful property just outside of Dublin. We were exhausted and slept so well! Breakfast was such a treat with homemade Irish bread, yogurt, fruit and much more. Hosts were so helpful. Would go back!

Family atmosphere Hospitality Breakfast

Great welcome, clean and comfortable room in a private part of the house. Delicious homemade soda bread for breakfast!

Everything great host and breakfast 😁

Na

Beautiful house in lovely location.

Spacious, very clean, tidy. Good parking, easy access and communication.

Only minor feedback - the bedroom and kitchen area could really benefit from a bin.

Could not fault anything from arrival to lovley breakfast.

Struttura nuovissima

Lontananza dai centri abitati per la cena

Julie-Anne was there to greet us upon check-in she was so welcoming and lovely, she explained everything so clearly and even offered to drive us into town if we needed. The room was so clean, neat and modern. So comfortable and homely we felt that we were part of the family. The shower was amazing great pressure and heat to it. There was homemade bread available for breakfast (which was so tasty) along with yogurts, fruit salad and much more would definitely recommend and will most likely book to stay there again.

Warm welcome, breakfast was fantastic - home made granola, and even homemade scones and jam provided on arrival (which I wish I'd tried). Dinner available locally just a short walk away.

Vinyl flooring, so you'll need slippers, but spotlessly clean.

We had a great stay with Julie Ann and Ivan for a recent wedding in a nearby by hotel we didn't know the location and we're delighted when we realized how close we were to the hotel. We were blown away with Julie Ann and Ivan's generosity when we seen the spread for breakfast the next morning as we were getting ready to hit the road back for sligo we were delighted with a decent spread it was above and beyond my expectations thank you so much. And whilst walking back to the hotel the next morning Julie Ann's sister asked us were we staying with Julie and when we responded yes she said she was away and would always offer a lift and that she would drop us up so to the hotel for her so that was also a lovely touch thank you so much for yer kindness will definitely be recommending Kearney's Cottage.

Friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast

Everything was perfect

Julie Ann and Ivan are fantastic hosts. Their dogs are friendly and the property is quiet and centrally located to our sightseeing. They left us a tasty breakfast and made us fresh coffee. I would stay here again.
