The restaurant was excellent, staff were fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay.

The beds were a little uncomfortable.

Wow this place was amazing and beautiful. The staff were all incredible, the dining was out of this world amazing for both dinner and breakfast, the on site facilities such as the pool were also great, the room was really good, the bathroom was incredible, huge with great lighting, a huge towel warmer, giant soaking tub (unfortunately I did not have time to use this but it looked amazing!!!), overall loved my stay and would recommend this place to everyone

the hot tub could've been warmer and you had to wear a swim cap in the pool and since I didn't have one I had to buy one, the shower did have some spillage over onto the bathroom floor which made it a little slippery

We were put in a disabled room which we thought was strange and also the lighting is very bad in the room we were in. TV kept losing signal as did wifi. Food was very nice as were the staff

Works going on at hotel caused some noise disruption but it was minimal and staff make every effort to ensure no disruption

Booked dinner in restaurant for 8:30 after being rang from hotel wanting to know if I wanted to book dinner ,hotel rang back when I was enroute to hotel about 2 hours later to say restaurant was busy with golfers so cancelled my reservation , asked them to just cancel my booking and I would book somewhere else but they wouldn’t do that as it was within 48 hours of stay, just really unhelpful and couldn’t understand why when staying at a hotel that you might expect to get a dinner after booking it ,when we landed then we were put into a disabled room that we hadn’t booked , after an hour of a row in lobby eventually got my money refunded and went to a different hotel , all could have been avoided if either they honoured my dinner booking or cancelled booking altogether like I had requested before I arrived ,

Beautiful apartment

The heat in the apartment was unbearable. One bedroom had double doors onto the balcony, it was still unbearably hot. My daughter had to sleep in the sitting room as the other bedroom had no windows. It was like a sauna. We did request extra fans, which we got promptly. I know it was an exceptionally warm day but there really needs to be better fans or air conditioning.

The decor was exceptional. Staff very friendly, food and drink service 100%. Facilities excellent

All interactions with the staff were positive. The manager , Johnny, went out of his way to make us feel welcome always asking how we were doing and reassured us if we needed anything he and the staff would be pleased to accommodate !

Second bedroom in the Penthouse Apartment had no nature light (high Velux window only)and smelt quite musty.

Hotel was excellent, great room and facilities.

Meal in the bar , quality was great, but slightly small portions.

Spa was very nice. Breakfast was good.

Service in the bar wasn’t very good. Hard to get served. Tv in room wasn’t working. Not the best value for money.

The spa was excellent

The shower was very weak and disappointing, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was too warm, the waiting staff in the bar were understaffed, the continental breakfast was only ok and overall it was quite disappointing. I would say it's more like a 3 star hotel

The hotel and property are stunning! But the best part was the staff. They were so warm, friendly and welcoming!

Beds and pillows where uncomfortable and I was let down with the set menu.

No air conditioning in the superior room - it was extremely hot - window only opened about 1/2 inch - silly little fan in room about 6 inches in diameter if that which was full of dust and useless

Close to golf course as we were playing. Very clean & attentive staff.

We had dinner in bar & very disappointed, we had kofta & prawn cocktail for starters. About 5 prawns & dish full of lettuce & sprinkle of maryrose sauce. Kofta was dry & bland. Mains were only slightly better.

The property itself was amazing. Beautiful interior and exterior was very clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and helpful .

Bar food very poor no effort put into it charged 18.50 for suppost to be main and tbf it was starter size waiting staff and manager agreed fish main not good chips overcooked no garnish on plates charged 6euro for approx 3 pieces of brocolli .i normally do not complain but nx night was as bad so we ate 3rd night else where .

Beautiful clean ,staff so amazing, very young but so friendly, contented lady in the bar didn't get her name ,really looked after us ,heritage should be so proud of their staff ,room was spacious, comfortable fabulous hotel

The Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the young girl on front of house for the breakfast, she had a lovely manner and made each guest feel welcome as she seated them and explained the process

Bar food was terrible, for the price point it should have been so much better. My wife and myself ordered different dishes and both were poor, the couple alongside us in the bar commented to the waitress that they would not eat there again and at breakfast we also heard 2 other couples reiterating similar comments about the bar food. It was so poor that we ate in the bar down the road on our second night and the food was of a much higher quality

Lovely hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Lovely room with a great ensuite. Breakfast cooked to order and they were delicious.

A bit of a mix up with dinner order on first night. Wsited almost an hour for our food. The food was disappointing when we eventually got it. They did apologise for delay. There seemed to be issues with other guests too. These things happen. Everything else during our stay was perfect.

Exceptionally clean

Good breakfast - golf course great and Spa also really good although there was an extra charge for the Spa facilities. Suite was well set up and comfortable and the apartment was well equipped - both had wonderful views over the golf course and countryside.

The Seven bar ran out of 3 beers, 2 local draft ones on the menu were not available which was disappointing. The suite main bedroom had very little storage space so if you had several people staying for a few days you would be stuck living out of your bags. The facilities list for the suite stated two bathrooms but that turned out to be one bathroom and a separate toilet, two would have suited our family group better.

Service in the bar was very poor - lots of staff but not coordinated at all. Food quality was poor too. Meals were not hot served.

Access to the pool for children is very limited I ordered a salad which was expensive but not nice it was bland and I could made a better salad at home it was just not nice , soggy , tasteless and overpriced for what it was

The location is very convenient for many parts of country to meet friends.

The bar food menu could be more varied in choice .We would have happily ate there for the duration had that been the case. Instead we went to a restaurant in town the 2nd night ....Treacy's bar and restaurant which had an extension good choice .

Immaculately Clean Friendly and Helpful Staff Excellent Service

We attended a wedding. The only thing that could be improved was the wait for the meal in between courses and extra mash and veg as there wasn't enough for the amount of people at our table. When we asked for more. It was forgotten about so a few people only had the meat for their main course

We had a fantastic time. The hotel is lovely and the staff were very nice especially Luke at the bar. He was so friendly and made amazing cocktails!

The bedroom was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was large, well appointed with a free-standing bath-tub. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent, good choice and very attentive customer service. Lunch was also very good, but the choice was a bit limited. The hotel bar was very comfortable and welcoming, and service was excellent, as it was throughout the hotel and its facilities. The swimming pool (in a separate spa area but free to guests) and the spa (not free, but reasonably priced for use) were both very clean and well maintained. There are enough EV chargers, and they are well positioned in the car park. There is a 5km walking trail in the grounds, which is handy as the roads around the hotel aren't really safe for walking.

The room didn't have air-conditioning, which I know hasn't been a major requirement in Ireland in the past but given the way the temperatures are going in summer it might be necessary to look at this - the room was uncomfortably hot on one or two nights (despite the welcome inclusion of a fan) and the windows (4th floor) wouldn't open more than a fraction, presumably for safety reasons.

Fabulous premises, mostly clean and extremely comfortable. The food in the restaurant was superb. Staff were more than helpful and absolutely fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable

There were 3 room service tray left in the hallway from when we arrived at 4:30 until the following morning. The door in the bathroom was getting stuck as you closed it. We had no bathrobes in the room when we arrived and asked when we returned from the spa and were told they arrived at 6pm to the room, yet the spa closes at 7
