Keeraun Hill B&B was such a beautiful place to stay. The cleanliness was exceptional and there was nothing that we could fault. The room we were allocated was wonderful, very spacious and the decor throughout the property was amazing. Geraldine our host was such a lovely lady and recommended some places to eat in the town which was a lovely walk in. The breakfast choice was great and a cooked breakfast if you required one. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation. Luxury at an affordable price. Thank you Geraldine for being such a wonderful host 🙏

Einfach super, super, super! Ein mega tolles B&B, sehr grosses Zimmer und super sauberes Bad und neu! Wir bekamen sogar früher unser Frühsrmtück, da wir früher losfahren wollten. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Danke Geraldine!

Wunderschönes und im Vergleich mit anderen B&Bs sehr großes Zimmer, tolles Bad, alles neu und sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz vorm Haus, nette Gastgeber.

Wir hatten einen sehr freundlichen Empfang, und am nächsten Tag gab es ein frisch zubereitetes Frühstück. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Ausstattung!

Comfortabele (grote !) kamer, heel hygiënisch, heerlijk bed en douche. Maar vooral een heel vriendelijke gastvrouw. Wij kregen direct informatie over wat er te beleven valt in Banagher en omstreken, alsook tips voor pubs en diner. (Het is wel zo’n 20min stappen naar de hoofdstraat.) Het ontbijt was lekker. We konden onze keuzes doorgeven.

Far enough out of town to be quiet. Perfect for a stay with a motorcycle. Clean, warm and tidy. Room had a great layout. Geraldine and Joe welcomed us into their home. Slept well. Great breakfast freshly cooked in the morning

The property is very clean and comfortable and the hostess was very welcoming. It is within an easy walk of town. We had a delicious breakfast . Will stay again if in the area

The room was very comfortable, with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. Géraldine is a great host, the B&B is spotless and easy to find. The town is small but we had a great time a the JJ Houghs pub! We will definitely come back ☺️

Very handy location for visiting Co. Offaly. The B&B was easy to find with off street parking. Geraldine, the owner, was very friendly and welcoming and her home was clean, bright and comfortable. For breakfast, she provided a choice of cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad and a most delicious cooked breakfast with perfect scrambled egg. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. There was a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.

Das Frühstück war super und entsprach voll unserer Erwartung. Leider haben wir die Gastgeberin Geraldine nicht angetroffen, da Sie aus familiären Grunden nicht anwesend war. Trotzdem war alles perfekt organisiert und Geraldine hat uns ausreichen informiert. Die Empfehlung für das Abendessen war sehr gut. Lough Derk und der Shannon River sowie Clonmacnoise Monastic sind direkt in der Nähe.

Nur ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Schlüsselbox bzw. die Codeeingabe hat nicht funktioniert, da wir die Box nicht öffnen konnten, auch die Gäste die uns die Tür geöffnet haben gelang dies nicht. Trotzdem, alles gut gelaufen und zur Not hätten wir ja die Nummer anrufen können, welche uns Geraldine gegeben hat.

Geraldine, la proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un late check-in senza problemi. Stanza molto confortevole e colazione preparata e personalizzata per ciascun ospite. Consigliato!

Una presa della corrente per attaccare l'asciugacapelli anche nel bagno (problema diffuso in quasi tutte le strutture).

Abbiamo soggiornato qui alla fine della nostra settimana in Irlanda prima di rientrare a Dublino. La casetta è perfetta, tutto pulitissimo e c'è tutto quello che serve. La padrona di casa è splendida, gentile e sorridente ( come tutti gli Irlandesi che abbiamo incontrato ♥️). Colazione ottima che ci è stata preparata prima dell'orario perchè avevamo necessità di andare via presto. Posto super consigliato! Il cagnolino è il valore aggiunto :)

Sehr sauber, gepflegt und hochwertig. Herzliche Begrüßung, sehr gutes Frühstück, absolut empfehlenswert. Urige Pubs und Restaurant im Ort erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Haus.

Geraldine is a wonderful host. Her place is very comfortable, well located and easy to get to. The shower has great pressure and is large for Ireland standards. The breakfasts were yummy and her little dog Rosie is a charmer! Bonus - it is walking distance to Banagher.

Großes Zimmer, großes Bad. Sehr ruhig. Alles schien kürzlich renoviert. Wunderbares Frühstück, freundliche Gadtgeberin, die Zeit für eine Unterhaltung hatte. Der Ort Banagher war in ca. 15 min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Ca. 20 min. Autofahrt zum Kloster Clonmacnoise.

Lovely room, very spacious

The breakfast choice was excellent. Fruit, cereal, full Irish, toast and brown bread. Geraldine waa the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location for our wedding venue.

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön, äußerst geräumig, modern hergerichtet mit großem Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns Tipps für die Reise gegeben. Auch das frisch zubereitete irische Frühstück war wunderbar.

This accommodation was really a pleasant surprise! Both bathroom and bedroom were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We book it last minute and finding such a big and soft bed was fantastic for a good rest! We had an Irish breakfast in the morning freshly made by the host, it was delicious! The host is super kind and welcoming, she made us feel really good here and we cannot recommend Madison House enough. Hopefully we will stay again here in the future!

We stayed at Keeraun Hill for a wedding and it exceeded our expectations. Our host Geraldine was so kind and friendly and really made us feel welcome. The full Irish breakfast was delicious and rooms were spotless. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Geraldine

Geraldine ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber. Sie hat uns einige wertvolle Tipps gegeben. So haben wir sogar noch einen tollen Irish Pub mit Livemusik kennenlernen dürfen ☺️. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war super.

Zum zweiten Mal übernachteten wir im Keeraun Hill und waren sehr zufrieden. Das irische Frühstück ist ausgesprochen lecker und es gab eine grosse Auswahl an Cerealien, Brotaufstrichen und Früchten. Das Zimmer ist angenehm gross und das Bett sehr bequem. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll dekoriert. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Die Gastgeberin Geraldine war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat auf Anfrage meines Mannes sogar einen Blumenstrauß für meinen Geburtstag besorgt. Besser geht es nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr stilvoll und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Beim Frühstück ging Geraldine auf unsere Wünsche ein, es war ausgezeichnet und liebevoll zubereitet. Auch gab sie uns tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin gerne weiterempfehlen. The Keeraun Hill B&B is a beautiful property near Banagher that was a convenient base for our visit to several nearby historical sites. Our friendly on-site hostess met us upon arrival and showed us our spacious and comfortable room. She then provided information about severa local evening dining options. In the morning, she served a delicious.full Irish breakfast in the guest dining room along with a variety of fresh fruit, toast, and jams. Tea and coffee were also available. We would definitely stay at the Keeraun Hill B&B again.

Excellent ! Found a gem of a place to stay. Very Clean , anf comfortable plus Geraldine very welcoming I can only say good things about this B&B. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Everything was so good, esp. the host and the lounge. I can't see what more you could want from a B&B. Tasteful decor, clean, comfortable bed and great breakfast.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Everything spotless. Breakfast was both delicious and huge (if you want the full Irish!). Host Geraldine was lovely, very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. House easily accessible from main road and plenty of parking. Was visiting friends, but plenty to do in and around the area and nicely central for this purpose.

The Irish breakfast was catered to our wants and had other options if you didn’t want a hot breakfast. Geraldine and Rosy couldn’t have been more welcoming and generous with sharing her home. Shower and beds were fabulous.

The room was large and clean. There was great breakfast and tea and coffee was avaliable through the day. The B&B had adequate parking for guests. There was free wifi with albeit slow upload speed less than 1Gbit. There are pubs restaurants and store less than 5 minutes from the B&B

This would have been rated a 9 if there was adequate heating in the room. The heating was often turned off. When you come in from a rainy cold outing into a cold room, not that nice.

Warm & welcoming. It was like staying with longtime friends.

A lovely Guest House. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The Irish breakfast was delicious and the location was very central. Geraldine was a wonderful host and Rosie the Jack Russell was very cute.

My 12 year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay with Gearldine at the end of August for 3 nights when visiting family in the area. It couldn't have been better. Gearldine was so welcoming and friendly. The accommodation is beautiful and the breakfast was excellent each day. We would highly recommend it.
