A beautiful house with lots of history. Amazing to learn about the connection to the Bronties. Good information provided for food and entertainment. Great room with doors leading into the garden very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.
Breakfast not great, a bit skimpy. 1 sausage supplied was overcooked. Tea was cold when served replacement tea was good and hot. Brown bread supplied was awful
Charlottes way B&B is a beautiful stay in Banagher. Easy to find and not too far from pubs takeaways etc.Rooms lovely, ensuite had plenty of space.Hostess was lovely and accommodating ensuring my stay was perfect. Breakfast was lovely and freshly prepared with plenty to choose from. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Very comfortable, friendly and clean
No tea making facilities in room
Beautifully decorated house. Hostess lovely. She shared the history of the house which was very interesting. Superb breakfast in amazing dining room. Her dogs also made us feel welcome. Super.

Charming historical home with a terrific story and a great restoration. Breakfasts were delicious. We stayed during some of the hottest days this summer. Nicola is an incredible hostess and her recommendation of a swim in the outdoor pool in River Shannon was a refreshing lifesaver. She also made wonderful recommendations of places to go and things to see. My wife and I truly enjoyed getting to know Nicola (and Faith & Lottie).
Maybe could use a fan in the room for those rare exceptionally hot days.
Wonderful house, beautiful atmosphere and packed with history. Housekeeper (Ms Nicola) and her two gorgeous dogs were gracious hosts throughout our stay. Will definitely recommend a visit.

The useful local recommendations and Banagher location
We genuinely had no complaints. Charlotte’s Way was comfortable, welcoming, and full of character, and Nicola made the stay especially enjoyable.
Check in time was 15:00 but only managed to check in after 16:30 as there was no one to let the people inside the accommodation place, the lady came after one hour and a half to check us in.While we were waiting to check in a couple came and there was a construction guy that came out and assisted them by locking their luggage and he advised that the manager will be here after 30 minutes, they left their luggage and had to go without checking in. The TV had no signal as well.
The house was beautiful with lots of character and interesting things in it.
We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend
It had history, was beautifully decorated and so close to everything.
Pretty garden
Breakfast was awful! Was served fruit where the strawberries were soft and mouldy, the orange juice was so acidic clearly gone off! The yogurts were 8 days out of date! The "fry" was a half of small hash brown, a timble of beans, the sausages seemed like they were already cooked and re heated in microwave, the pudding was cut so thin they were like crisps, and the brown bread was stale. I never had such a bad breakfast, needless to say I didnt eat it went to a garage for deli food so disappointed.
the host was fantastic couldnt have been friendlier and more accomodating, breakfast really good.
price for a family of four was a little on the steep side, very reasonable for a couple only.
Lovely historical house, convenient location, very comfortable
Nothing really charming
Fantastic period property with a wonderful host .
It was perfect
Host and the house

Breakfast
Great breakfast, fantastic host.
Nicola was so lovely and helpful told us where to eat and some great ideas as to where to go. She made us feel right at home.
There was nothing we didnt like.
Calm relaxing atmosphere, lovely Irish breakfast, friendly dogs.
Old carpet but well kept clean.
It amazing place the landlady was very happy and friends 🧡
Excellent breakfast. Host was very friendly. Lovely house.
Location
Room a bit cold
Very friendly
Quirky lovely building. The owner has done a fantastic reclamation. Interesting to hear about the history and connection to Charlotte Brontë.
It is was it is A slightly bigger bed would be nice but the room size prevents this.
Beautiful house withing walking distance of all the amenities in Banagher. We had a lovely home cooked breakfast and were made feel very welcome. Authentic warm and welcoming host.
Breakfast ingredients
Breakfast could have been a little more generous
Nothing
They denied check in
Breakfast good location very good
No complaints about b and b service and stay was good
Stunning accommodation, friendly owner with 2 gorgeous dogs to welcome us, breakfast and coffee were delicious, comfortable beds, short walk into local pubs and restaurants
Nothing
Excellent breakfast ...air fried and eggs from the house hens.
En suite bathroom very tight.
Christmas feel and nice open fire in living room
My room was freezing cold. Had to sleep with my clothes on. Didn’t sleep well because of the cold. I’ve travelled for many years with work but this has to be the coldest room I’ve ever stayed I’m afraid.
Perfect location and Nicola was the perfect host and her two gorgeous beautiful ‘fourlegged creatures!’ Faith and Lottie made the visit for me! Perfect temperature in the rooms and not roasting like lots of places. I loved breakfast with everyone eating together.
Nothing!
The bedroom was very cold. Towels were not replaced every day. There were no facilities for drying the towels, which meant you had a cold wet towel for your next shower. The breakfast was badly cooked. Dogs walk freely around the house. We cut our stay short and returned home. I would not recommend this property.
Excellent
The open fire.

Amazing place friendly people and dogs

Loved the history and decor ..Breakfast was delicious
The room was so lovely but small..
Liked everything, beautiful house and grounds. Hostess so friendly and informative. Room was lovely and cosy. Breakfast was great. Grapes were amazing.
Wished we could have stayed longer. Nothing that we didn't like.
The location relative to the town centre
Bathroom was a little bit small but that would be nitpicking
Historical landmark
Loved the history and charm. Plus an added bonus as it was only a short walk into town for dinner and live music.
It was elegant and spotless
Some areas too dark - to bedrooms - lighting poor
The property was lovely & Nichola was lovely
Super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich sehr willkommen.
Nice breakfast, charming host, lovely dwelling with loads of character.
One small issue was the bed was not level and too springy.
Historical house with period features
The place tells history at every corner.A true Georgian style house, very impressive in all its details. This ensure a real b&b experience :) We had a comfortable room in the first floor and a very nice breakfast and our host was quick in reacting to all uforseen situations. She also gave us a good piece of advice for the dinner and allowed a late check out.Thank ypu for all...ps. ask about the history of the house if you are interested in those details :)
Full Irish breakfast every morning was delicious. Owner was a great hostess and looked after everything very well.
The bathroom was a little tight to get into. I would have liked more shelf space in both bathroom and bedroom.
Breakfast was great , Nicola was fantastic always will to help in anyway she could
My stay was to short
This is a fabulous 18th century house. It's decoration gives such an interesting vibe. Host is super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. I would defo stay again. The pub down the road is a must go and only about 10 min walking distance. Great spot!
