Die Gastgeberin war super nett. Hat uns recht herzlich willkommen geheißen. Die Lage des Hotel war super. In der Nacht auch nicht laut. Ihr Frühstück war gut, sie hat sich viel Mühe gemacht.

La ubicación excelente, justo al lado de la plaza principal del pueblo, donde había muchísimo ambiente, así como de las calles principales con tiendas y restaurantes y bares para comer y salir. A 10 min de la playa y accesible a la salida a la carretera. Destaco principalmente la hospitalidad de los dueños y el desayuno.

Sehr nette Chefin, sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt!

Die Lage war gut - Strand und Restaurants waren in Kürze zur erreichen. Das Zimmer wurde immer gründlich gereinigt.

Die Unterkunft ist "in die Jahre gekommen". Die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Balkon war in einem desolaten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist schon hübsch angerichtet, aber man traut sich gar nichts zu nehmen, da die Anderen dann erstmal nichts mehr haben...es wurde schon irgendwann aufgefüllt. Ein Kanne Kaffee ist für die Menge an Gästen einfach zu wenig!

The hotel was nice and so was the room. It had a lovely terrace for breakfast. The breakfast had a nice variety and was very tasty. The hotel owner, Cristina, was a super nice and lovely lady that loved to chat with us and really made us feel like home. Tip for everyone going there: Try the jams for breakfast. Cristina makes all the jams herself and they are super tasty.

El trato de Cristina es inmejorable. Se preocupa y no le falta nunca una sonrisa. Ojalá todos los sitios fueran así. Desayuno muy bien aunque sencillo y todo muy limpio

No me voy a quejar de nada. Si algo gusta menos ya solo con el trato de Cristina lo compensa.

Good value for two rooms, 25 minute drive to Lagos, the area behind the property had a great nightlife with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops open late, but the rooms were totally quiet. Nice dining area including a courtyard.

Worn facilities, very basic accommodations, delayed check in if your timings are not concrete, breakfast not served until 9, so we missed it.

Adorei tudo a limpeza o conforto e a simpatia e disponibilidade dos colaboradores. Fiquei com muita vontade de voltar. Os pequenos almoços são simplesmente deliciosos.

It is in the center of Alvor and near the beach where there is a huge parking lot where we have always parked since parking was tricky in the streets considering it was peak season when we were there. Our room was just like how it was advertised here. We noticed that our trash bins are always emptied out which was nice. The breakfast was okay and decent. It starts at 9 kind of late for us who loves to start the day early even on vacation. Great service by Cristina who was very hospitable.

We had a hard time finding it at first because for some reason apple maps and google maps kept sending us to a different location even though we have put the address indicated here.

Location - so close to everything

Die Zimmer sind komfortable, ein kleiner Balkon, Klima und genügend Platz für Gepäck. Das Bad ist klein, Dusche mit Vorhang. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Gastgeberin Christin macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderen. Sie ist sehr bemüht, spricht alle Sprachen, nimmt sich Zeit für jeden Gast. Sie ist die perfekte Gastgeberin. Es war ein ganz toller Aufenthalt

Schön wäre eine Duschkabine, statt eines Duschvorhangs. Sonst gibt es hier nichts zu meckern.

Wow, what a fantastic find. Christina is such a wonderful host. She made use feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She is ready to help with anything you may need, from advice on best places to eat to places of interest. Our room was large will a great balcony and sun loungers. Breakfast was delicious eaten inside or outside in a lovely tranquil courtyard. Will definitely stay here again. 10 * Carmel & Robert UK

Lo mejor es la dueña del establecimiento, es encantadora y facilita la vida. El dueño es más callado pero del mismo estilo. Muy recomendable para cualquier situación.

Super Lage im Puls der Stadt. Kurze Wege zum Strand sowie zur Gastronomie-Meile aber trotzdem so ruhig gelegen, dass man vom Treiben nichts mitbekommt und sehr ruhige Nächte verbringen kann. Christina und das restliche Personal sind super nett, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich sehr ihre Gäste. Das Frühstück hält jeden Tag ein kleines Highlight bereit. Frühstück gibt es ab 9.00 Uhr, könnte für den ein oder anderen Frühaufsteher schwierig sein.

Location is great and the host is the best. Fresh made breakfast was a plus and they make a delicious fresh orange juice. Even tho the accommodation is really close to the main street, which are very busy by night, the street is super quite and we had great rest. Highly recommended!!

The shower is quite small and with the curtain we had water all over the bathroom. I'd recommend to have a glass shower box instead. The breakfast is plenty and fresh made, but as we are both vegetarian we couldn't find much.

De não ter televisão própria no quarto.

A simpatia e a arte de bem receber dos Anfitriões, é sem dúvida o que distingue de outros alojamentos. A decoração, o espaço do quarto, o conforto das camas e a limpeza são fatores para salientar e valorizar. E o pequeno almoço, é diferente em muitos sentidos, uma autêntica prova gastronómica. E por falar em gastronomia, a localização tem um sabor agri-doce, porque fica no centro de Alvor perto de tudo, da restauração, do mini-mercado, do estacionamento público grátis, da praia. mas também perto da animação noturna. Sendo uma rua muito movimentada, existe muito barulho durante toda a noite. A jjanela do quarto onde ficámos, tinha vista mesmo para essa rua, como não tem estores e a cortina bloquedora da luz é mais pequena que a janela, mesmo durante a noite, entra muita claridade... resumindo, o descanso foi pouco, mas soube à mesma a férias.

Realmente me senti em casa durante a estadia. A acomodação é muito acolhedora e ter uma cozinha disponível para guardar e preparar nossas coisas fez toda a diferença. A localização também é excelente, bem no centrinho, o que facilita muito para fazer tudo a pé. A senhora Cristiana é super simpática, atenciosa e nos recebeu muito bem. Foi uma experiência muito agradável!

Não tenho nada a reclamar da acomodação. Tudo atendeu muito bem às minhas expectativas e me senti muito confortável durante a estadia.

L'hotel è in una via perpendicolare alla via centrale ma non vi è molto passaggio si riposa bene, inoltre la spiaggia è a 10 minuti a piedi. La titolare Cristina è molto gentile e farà il possibile per farvi sentire a vostro agio. I letti erano comodi e la stanza pulita.

L'orario della colazione alle 9 è troppo tardi e prima che venga servita sono le 9.15. Tutto molto ben presentato ma c'è solo una scelta di dolce in quantità ridotta. Purtroppo essendo così tardi tutti arrivano allo stesso momento finisce praticamente tutto e il riassortimento è lento.

La ubicación es el fuerte del alojamiento, sin lugar a dudas. Bastaba con salir y recorrer veinte metros hacia la izquierda para acceder a la calle principal, la cual albergaba todo el ambiente del municipio, con infinidad de bares, restaurantes y pubs.

Las camas eran, por lo general, incómodas.

Pyszne śniadania przygotowywane przez właścicielkę Christinę, która codziennie rano wita gości i oferuje świeży sok pomarańczowy lub owoce. Pokoje na 2 piętrze mają większe balkony/tarasy z widokiem na ocean. Do tego jest również duży taras do wspólnego użytku. Do centrum Alvor z restauracjami, barami i sklepami są dosłownie 2-3 min, hotel jest blisko obok głównej uliczki. Do plaży odległość ok 10 min pieszo.

Coup de malchance mais coupure d’eau chaude et d’électricité dans les chambres uniquement. Petit dej simple, nombreuses confitures maison mais peu de choix pour les intolérances (gluten notamment). Attention paiement en cash obligatoire…

The location is excellent - close to the town and beach. Also close is the Ria de Alvor Nature Reserve - a brilliant walking/running route. The room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Cristina is the most fantastic, warm and welcoming host. The breakfast was delicious with lovely homemade touches.

If you are in a room facing the street and like sleeping with open windows then it can be a little noisy - however this was easily rectified with some earplugs.

Cristina is so warm and welcoming..it is absolutely spotless..beds very comfortable..very central.

Very central

Excellent location. Minutes walk away from all the popular bars and restaurants. The host Cristina was a true lady, so homely. The breakfast was beautiful, cereal, meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt, breads, with lovely little personal touches and well laid out. No greasy typical cooked food which was great, as I don’t eat many fries etc.

Although we had a lovely large room, the shower was tiny and the drainage in the sink was extremely slow, making a small task like brushing your teeth or washing your face a bit of a challenge to avoid flooding the place. There was a kettle in the room and bottles of water supplied every other day. The one thing that would really make a huge difference would be a mini fridge.

La ubicación, cerca de tiendas y restaurantes, pero con la suficiente distancia para descansar. Cerca de la ría y a un pequeño paseo de la playa. Y resaltar la calidad humana de la anfitriona, Cristina, que te hace sentir casi en un hogar con su simpatía y sus maravillosas desayunos.La salida del hotel el dia de partida es a las 11 de la mañana, pero si te quieres quedar por el pueblo hasta la tarde, puedes utilizar las instalaciones de la planta baja; comedor, cocina, baños...Eso nonse encuentra en ningún hotel. Lo mejor de Alvor.

Los colchones son mejorables. Yo duermo siempre con tapones en cualquier lugar y circunstancias, pero si eres delicad@ para dormir , las gaviotas graznan al amanecer un rato. Por lo demás, la tranquilidad absoluta.

The breakfast was great and original, with so much attention to detail from Kristina. She had more than 20 different types of her own homemade jam, everything was laid out so artistically. Kristina went over and above with making us feel at home, recommending places to eat or to go. She was such a lovely lady and great fun. The location was great, 10 minutes walk from the beach and right beside the main drag with tonnes of restaurants. The room was big, clean, comfortable. It had AC, wifi and a balcony where you could lounge in the sun. We will be back and we would recommend Kristinas place to anyone

Magnífica estancia. Disfrutamos mucho de todos los servicios y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de Cristina. Nos hizo sentir como en casa. Sin lugar a dudas volveremos pronto.

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijke, en de locatie was prettig. Het is een half uurtje rijden van het populaire lagos, waar alvor iets meer rust biedt maar niet steeds voldoende faciliteiten heeft, plus een heerlijk strand.

We hadden op het begin onze twijfels bij de betaalmethode, we werden gevraagd dit over te maken terwijl we dachten dat dit niet gangbaar was bij booking. Echter bleek dit gewoon te kloppen.

Pequeno almoço incrível, com muita variedade. A localização era óptima sem necessidade de voltar a utilizar o carro, fosse para ir à praia, às compras, tomar as refeições ou vida noturna.

Parking can be tricky.

A localização é muito boa, próxima da praia e também da zona de restaurantes e animação. Facilidade de estacionamente nas imediaçãos do alojamento.

Não gostei do pequeno almoço. Os colchões eram bastante duros e como não há persianas no quarto, apenas cortinas blackout, acabamos por acordar sempre muito cedo devido a luz que entrava no quarto.

L'accoglienza é stata fin da subito molto calorosa, iniziando da Cristina che sa parlare diverse lingue e con l'italiano se la cava molto bene. 😉 Ogni mattina ci dava un super buongiorno con la sua fantastica colazione, preparata con cura nei minimi dettagli e con un tocco di colore e originalità! 🌸 Passando tra i tavolini del cortiletto interno scambiava due paroline con ciascun ospite, assicurandosi che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento. Carinissima anche la ragazza spagnola. 😀 É stato davvero un piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura, che conserverà un pezzetto della nostra anima. ❤️ Valentina ed Emanuele

La struttura e' ben curata e pulita. La signora e' molto gentile, la colazione preprarata da lei e' deliziosa , ha una varieta' infinita di marmellate homemade, e piccole porzioni di tutto.La camera e' spaziosa con un letto grande e comodo .

Nulla ma se devo dire qualcosa il bagno era carino ma senza finestra non aveva la ventola funzionante.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 3 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. L'ambiente è accogliente e curato, ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità. Un plauso particolare va alla colazione che, nella sua semplicità e genuinità, ci ha soddisfatto pienamente. Si percepisce chiaramente che molti dei prodotti sono preparati in casa, con cura, passione e ottimo gusto, rendendo ogni mattina un momento piacevole e autentico. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Cristina, che con il suo sorriso, il suo buon umore e la sua disponibilità ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La sua allegria trasmette serenità e fa sentire gli ospiti subito a casa. Una persona davvero accogliente e ospitale. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce z gospodarzami a nie pośrednikami.

Sehr nett, man wurde persönlich mit Namen angesprochen. Man bekam eine gute Einweisung wie alles funktioniert wie das so zu handhaben ist.

Der einzige Mangel, den wir festgestellt haben, dass am Essen der gespart wurde, obwohl sehr viele Gäste da waren. Es war allerdings alles sehr, sehr frisch, sehr sehr gut, allerdings sehr klein portioniert. Die Frühstücks Uhrzeit wäre auch ein bisschen anpassbare. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Unterkünften, die wir hatten was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war die Gemeinschaftsküche und die Sauberkeit darin. Also es war im Gänze schon okay. Allerdings waren zum Beispiel die Putzlappen oder Spüllappen sehr abgegriffen und sah nicht so einladend aus. Hier muss man wirklich sagen, Verbesserungsbedarf das hatten wir in anderen Unterkünften deutlich besser erlebt. Vor allem bei dem Preis.

Het ontbijtbuffet was gevarieerd en lekker. Niks op aan te merken. De kamers waren proper De gastvrouw was vriendelijk..

Op kamer 5 lag er een slechte matras, en in plaats van een boxsprings lag er een houten plank onder de matras. Waardoor ik opstond met rugpijn. En het ontbijt kan pas vanaf 9 uur ,wat ik vrij laat vind en het was niet mogelijk om vroeger te ontbijten, ook al hadden wij het gevraagd.

O bom gosto com que foi desenhado e idealizado. A limpeza, o conforto, o excelente pequeno-almoço, a paixão com que nos tratam. Sentimo-nos parte integrante deste belo espaço. Cristina está de Parabéns.

Alvor est très touristique. Mais l'hôtel est au calme, côté lagune. Les chambres du second ont une (petite) vue sur mer mais une belle terrasse. Super accueil de Christina très sympa.

We liked Everything. From the location right in the village near all the shops restaurants and bars to The friendly welcoming host in Cristina who could not do enough for you to the lovely breakfast each morning with daily "little surprises" added, beautiful homemade jams and different breads. All she wanted to do was make sure you had an enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.
