What a fabulous place. We experienced great hospitality from Cathy and she provided us with a most delicious, fresh and varied breakfast. The property itself is very spacious, attractive and was totally spotless. We can't recommend it enough.

Un immense merci à Cathy, Marseillaise expatriée en Irlande, pour son accueil chaleureux. Elle est pleine de bons conseils et fait tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. Mention spéciale pour le prêt de l'adaptateur 😉 ! La chambre est magnifique, spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, tout comme la salle de bain. Les parties communes sont très agréables, avec un réfrigérateur ainsi que du café et du thé à disposition. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions : des bonbons et un paquet de mouchoirs déposés sur le lit, ainsi que des produits de qualité dans la douche (shampoing, savon et même un soin pour les cheveux). Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement incroyable. Cathy propose plusieurs options au choix : nous avons dégusté les œufs pochés ainsi que les toasts saumon-avocat, accompagnés d'une délicieuse salade de fruits frais. Un vrai régal ! Et une fois la voiture garée, tout peut se faire à pied. Une adresse à retenir et à recommander les yeux fermés.

Very good breakfast menu to chose from. Location was very convenient for touring the area and just a short walk from town centre. Room was spotless and the facilities were very good.

It was absolutely the best accommodation we stayed at on the Wicklow Way. Cathy and Paul were the kindest people I have ever met. Everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, with incredible attention to every detail. And the breakfast – the best one we had! Cathy makes you feel like a member of the family. She is incredibly warm, loving and caring. Communication with her was easy, and she will do everything she can to make your stay perfect and meet your needs. Her husband picked us up in Clonegal after we finished the Wicklow Way, and the next day he even gave us a lift to catch our bus back to Dublin. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Cathy was a perfect host. She made us feel welcome and looked after every need. Breakfast was essentially whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted, made with fresh ingredients by Cathy. Cathy was there when we needed and not there when we wanted privacy. The location was near our friends outside of Enniscorthy. There was a great view of the Wicklow mountains from our room. The place was immaculately clean and secure.

It would have been better, if we could have spent more time there, but our schedule was fixed.

Warm welcome from Cathy and Paul. From start to finish our stay was amazing. We had a wonderful BBQ and an amazing breakfast experience. The room was comfortable and had all facilities. The seating area downstairs and outside were so comfortable. I would return again in a hearbeat..l can't praise this place enough it dererves every one of it's 5 stars

Wir waren eine Woche hier - und es ist das allerbeste B&B in dem wir je logiert haben. Angefangen bei den reizenden Gastgebern Cathy und Paul - Cathy bietet köstliche Frühstücksvarianten an, Paul ist für den leckeren Kaffee zuständig (eigene Rösterei) und fürs BBQ, wenn Sie ein von den beiden zubereitetes Dinner buchen (was wir unbedingt empfehlen). Dann das Zimmer (wir hatten das amerikanische im Erdgeschoss) - gross, Parkett- bzw. Fliesenboden, super bequemes grosses Bett, bestens ausgestattet (sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank für zB. Medikamente), das Bad mit einer grossen Walk-In-Dusche - einfach phantastisch! Daneben haben wir die hübsche Terrasse sowie einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück (mit E-Ladestation!!!) sehr geschätzt.

Cathy und Paul sind excellente Gastgeber, die sich viel Mühe geben..Wir empfehlen das von den beiden zubereitete Abendessen zu buchen. Auch das Frühstück war phantastisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und supersauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Tout était parfait ! Cathy a vraiment été adorable et la chambre ne manquait de rien ! Notre fille de 4 ans a été reçue comme une reine et était bien triste de quitter le cottage, nous lui avons promis de revenir dès que possible. L’emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans la région autour de Dublin et Cathy nous a conseillé des activités dans les Wicklow Mountains et nous avons adoré. Mention spéciale aussi pour l’exceptionnel petit déjeuner.

We had an incredible stay at Mon Petit Cottage and couldn't have asked for better hosts than Paul and Cathy! Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Cathy’s genuine warmth and wonderful welcome set the tone right away. Her hospitality is amazing, and the incredible breakfast she prepared for us was a real highlight! We were also blown away by Paul’s passion for his self-roasted coffee—it was so delicious that we simply couldn't leave without buying two bags to take home with us. Thank you both for such a memorable experience. We would love to come back!

Izjemna gostitelja, izjemen zajtrk, super sobe, oprema vrhunska in stilsko dovršena, zajtrk pripravlja gostiteljica osebno po naročilu, bolje kot v vsakem luksuznem hotelu, dobiš njuno doma praženo odlično kavo, ki jo lahko tudi kupiš, izjemna prijaznost in toplina. Absolutno vredno ponovnega obiska. Toplo priporočamo!

Cathy and Paul make this place so special, they are so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful room, spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast with so much variety. Basically everything you could want and the views just make it so special.

Fantastyczne miejsce, uroczy B&B, pięknie położony, czysto, dużo przestrzeni, ładny świetnie urządzony dom. Bardzo nam się podobało. Do miasteczka 7 minut spacerem, cisza i spokój. Rewelacyjne śniadanie. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele. Polecam!

Kathy, our hostess, prepared an absolutely wonderful hot/cold breakfast. We had about 5 different choices for a hot breakfast. I don't think anyone could be disappointed in this B&B.

Our host was very accommodating, cooked us a wonderful dinner and even had options for take-away lunch.

Booked the cottage for a week to visit family members, we were travelling with a 2.5 year old and the house was fully suitable and safe for families. Fully equipped with everything you would need, great kitchen, laundry facilities, nice touch of some toys, great wifi, lovely seating areas outside, host was very friendly and accommodating. Very short walk from the village for dining, playground, groceries, pharmacy etc. Ideal! Will be back next year!

As an EV driver top of the list for likes is the fact that there is a charger and costs were exceptionally low. Cathy is very welcoming and is happy to give advice on places to visit. There is an amazing kitchen breakfast room which can be used by guests for light meals with all facilities available to use. Room and bed were very comfortable.

Bellissima location, casa e b&b veramente stupendi, servizi e confort da 5 stelle, Cathy e Paul sono due persone stupende, cordiali, gentilissime e disponibilissimi. Nelle vicinanze di Bunclody ci sono luoghi ameni e stupendi da visitare. Tanto verde, natura rigogliosa, spazio e silenzio, tranquillità ovunque. Gli irlandesi sono persone molto cordiali. Cathy fornisce ottimi consigli, cucina benissimo ed è simpaticissima. Abbiamo cenato in un paio di pub storici, ne è valsa davvero la pena. Torneremo di sicuro. 👍

Niente, tutto più che positivo. Bisogna adattarsi un po' al tempo pazzerello, piove spesso ma schiarisce e fa sole altrettanto velocemente.

La verdad es que todo estaba perfecto, muy difícil mejorar la experiencia.  La hospitalidad, amabilidad y simpatía de Cathy fue fantástica.  La casa es maravillosa, huele muy bien, super limpia, acogedora y bonita. Tiene todo lo que uno necesita..Gracias por formar parte de un viaje maravilloso

Großzügige Raumaufteilung des Cottages, angenehmer Außenbereich, Ruhe, liebevolle Ausstattung im Detail, und besonders die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber Cathy and Paul.

An excellent breakfast & the owner catered for me being a coeliac very well. Every aspect of the B&B was as near to perfection as it is possible to be & I liked her suggestion to visit the nine stones fabulous views. deserves there 5 Star rating.

The weather could have been warmer but afraid the B&B. could not control that.

The host, Cathy, was so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation is beautiful and comfortable and so clean and pretty. The breakfast was delicious

Everything! Highly recommend Mon Petit Cottage. The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Paul and Cathy were lovely and served up a delicious breakfast.

Die Gastgeber haben sehr gute Tipps gegeben, was wir in der näheren Umgebung erkunden können und wo man gut essen kann. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker.

Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr liebevoller herzlicher Empfang mit guter Beratung der Lokale. Bekamen auch einen Tipp um einen tollen Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern.

Excellent hosts, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent; definitely order the "crepe party." Modern furnishings. Everything is clean and quiet. You get recommendations for restaurants or excursions.

It was full of light and bedrooms very nicely furnished and curtains blocked out light. Cathy was an excellent host so helpful and friendly. In bunclody for golfing trip and location ideal. Lovely to be able to make tea/coffee or use microwave if you wished to.

This is a Wonderful B&B. The house was recently made. Everything is clean and new looking. Spacious bedroom and shared areas. We were in a bedroom with two beds: a single bed and a very large bed for two - probably king size. The mattress was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. It had great water pressure and you could make hot as wanted, or switch the temperature instantly without going between too hot and too cold . The shower gel, shampoo and soap were lovely French products. The breakfast was lovely. The host lady is French (with perfect English) and very warm and personable. You can tell she cares about the people and the service she is offering. We will be back.

La stanza grande, pulita, nuova con letto comoda e bagno grande. Cathy è fantastica e ti prepara un colazione al momento davvero impareggiabile ed eccezionale. In zona a mio avviso non si trova di meglio.

Unici appunti: la casa è di legno quindi la camera al piano terra subisce un po’ i rumori dal piano sopra, c’è poco isolamento luminoso nonostante le tende.

Mon Petit is the true definition of Bed&Brekfast. We’ve spent two beautiful days there. The owner, Cathy, is incredibly kind person with a beautiful soul. Staying at her B&B feels like staying home. You feel comfortable, welcomed and wanted. Our Irish room has everything you need to enjoy relaxing stay. Wonderful gastronomic experience awaits you every morning. It’s worth every penny, trust us! Host Cathy kept in close contact, making my visit worry-free. It's a cottage unlike anything found in Japan. A spacious shared living-dining area, coffee and tea available anytime. A charming room. And a breakfast made with love. Just as everyone writes, it felt like coming home to my parents' house—a place where you just want to say, "I'm home!" It's the kind of place you want to keep as your own secret. The house-roasted coffee I bought as a souvenir is also incredibly delicious. Back home now, I'm still basking in the afterglow. I'd love to visit again if I get the chance. ホストのキャシーさんは連絡を密に取ってくださり、安心して滞在することができました。日本にはないコテージです。広々とした共有リビングダイニング、いつでもコーヒーや紅茶が飲める、素敵なお部屋。そして、愛情たっぷりの朝食。皆さんが書いている通り、まるで実家に帰ってきたような、ただいま！と言いたくなるような、自分だけの秘密の場所として大切にしておきたい、そんな場所でした。 お土産に買った自家焙煎コーヒーも最高に美味しかったです。帰国後もまだ余韻に浸っています。機会があればまた訪れてみたいです。

The location is convenient. The view spectacular.

The house was situated on the edge of the village, with plenty of parking. We arrived after midnight as our ferry was three hours late due to a mechanical problem. Our host Cathy was most accommodating and stayed up to greet us and show us to our room. At breakfast we were offered a choice of food and went for smoked salmon, poached eggs and avocado, followed by yogurt and fruit. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had in any accommodation. It was a pity we could only stay for one night.

If you are in the area of Bunclody, this is a fantastic place to stay. Truly a 10/10 in all categories. It was within walking distance of my ancestors’ church and Cathy shared local genealogy resources on her website. We visited the Nine Stones on Cathy’s recommendation and enjoyed the breath-taking scenery.

Es la combinación ganadora que todos los viajeros buscamos: 1) Anfitrión Confiable y SÚPER amable, 2) Lugar como si estuviera en mi HOGAR y 3) Precio excelente por la Calidad que recibes. Cathy es una mujer no solo amable, si no que representa la hospitalidad Irlandesa, nos dio tips excelentes y gracias a ella pudimos conocer una montaña que solo “locales” conocen entre otros consejos muy útiles para el resto de nuestro viaje. Aparte de eso el desayuno impecable y delicioso, cama perfecta, cuarto hermoso con vista, muy buen internet, bañera con buena presión de agua y temperatura, ni para qué el tamaño de la habitación, más grande de lo que esperaba. En fin amigo viajero, no lo piense 2 veces, reserve en Mon Petit Cottage, luego me lo agradece 😉.
