Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Queda en una ubicación muy cercana a varias atracciones como el coliseo o la fontana de trevi, sin embargo el barrio se sentía auténtico y con muchos lugares para ir a comer y beber, y un ambiente muy animado. Es fácil llegar caminando desde la estación de trenes, y está cerca de una estación de metro. La pieza estaba siempre muy ordenada y con agradable temperatura. Si bien queda en un lugar céntrico, por dentro no se escucha ningún ruido molesto. El desayuno a la habitación era siempre variado, fresco y abundante.
Lo único que podría reprochar es que a veces se escucha ruido de otras habitaciones, pero no fue nunca un inconveniente mayor y fue más culpa de huéspedes que hablaban muy fuerte más que del lugar en sí.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Venimos de visita desde Mexico, estuvimos 3 dias Y todo el personal (3 personas diferentes nos atendieron) fueron super amables y serviciale., El cuarto que elegimo que fue el mas chico y para 2 personas fue increíble, muy comodo limpio y equipado El desayunos nos pareció rico y excelente y siempre muy puntual, el menu nos parecio variado. Y si... saliendo del hotel, por fuera tiene vista al coliceo.
Todo excelente, únicamente atentos a la entrada, nos perdimos un poco al principio porque no hay letrero afuera, es una puerta verde sobre la calle Pero todo lo demas, recomendado 100%

The coffee provided tasted like machine coffee, at one point the water was turned off with no warning (but i think this was a Rome issue, not a Zefiro issue!)

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Excellent location. You step out and see the Colosseum down the road. Staff made up our room every day and changed towels on day 2. You can order breakfast,which is plenty and a good variety. It was clean and the bed was comfy. Staff was helpful at check-in with mapping out all the attractions and how to get there.
Room is on the smaller side. Our room was right next to the entrance/reception area and we could hear people checking in/out. The bed head starts to peel off which makes it look a bit shabby. The Aircon struggled in the heat but that seemed common everywhere in Europe.

То что отель находится в жилом доме, и номера уже требуют небольшого ремонта. Все такое уже старое, облезлое.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Schönes großes Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, freundliches Personal, Frühstücksauswahl auf das Zimmer, zentrale Lage (8min zum Colosseum sowie zum Forum Romanum), sehr gute Restaurantauswahl im Viertel.
Hinweise zum Parken verwirrend, am Straßenrand würde ich zudem in Rom nicht parken. Zimmer hellhörig, man bekommt von den Nachbarzimmern sowie der Rezeption nachts und morgens viel mit, Ohrstöpsel helfen.

Super clean and stylish with breakfast brought to my room each morning at the time requested the day before by friendly staff.
My key to one of the front doors was a bit fiddly, but I soon got used to it.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Location is just great, you open the front door of the building and you see the Coliseum, you are just a few blocks away from the Forum, lots of restaurants and mini markets. Traffic is crazy but that is just the norm in this busy area and the noise isolation of the room is awesome. The building has zero stairs, as advertised, unlike many others B&B that forget to mentions some 6-7 steps before you reach the elevator. The building is well kept and lots of plants make the interior patio look very nice. Staff is really great, Melanie and her staff keeps the rooms very clean, well aired and the offer for the included breakfast is customized to your preferences. Beds are comfy and the rooms are designed to be comfortable. I stayed in two different rooms in two different dates and I was equally happy, this will be my choice every time i can come to Rome.
I couldn't quite control the temperature of the room, it seems it is set. Lack of a small fridge. But this is just to mention something, the place is awesome.
