Limpieza del establecimiento y muy contento con la amabilidad de su personal (La persona que nos recibió,). Como detalle curioso tiene un pequeño jardín en la parte trasera muy acogedor.

El WC tenía algún problema al desalojar aguas mayores, no es que estuviese atascado, es que no hacía bien su función y había que darle con la escobilla para que se fueran (siento ser tan gráfico)

İnanılmaz ilgili tatlı çalışanlar. Her gün temizlik, kıyafetlerimizi bile katlayıp koyuyorlardı. Çok tatlı bir avluya sahip. Avlu hem işletmicilerle hem konaklayanlarla sohbet etmek için oldukça keyifli. Klima sorunsuz.

Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel – wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczył i pokazał, dzięki czemu od samego początku czuliśmy się komfortowo. Mieszkanie jest duże, przestronne i przede wszystkim bardzo czyste. Jest w nim wszystko, czego potrzeba podczas pobytu. Duże i wygodne łóżko, na którym naprawdę dobrze się spało.

Niestety wszystko było naprawdę bardzo fajnie aż do momentu, kiedy rano przyszła Pani sprzątać. Oczywiście doceniamy, że mieszkanie jest sprzątane codziennie, ale są sytuacje, kiedy gość potrzebuje prywatności i po prostu nie chce, aby ktoś wchodził do pokoju. Powiedziałem Pani kilka razy, że nie potrzebujemy sprzątania i prosimy, aby nie wchodziła, jednak usłyszałem, że „nie ma opcji” i że musi wejść. W pokoju znajdowały się nasze prywatne rzeczy, a my po długiej podróży chcieliśmy po prostu odpocząć i jeszcze trochę się wyspać. Zamiast uszanować naszą prośbę, zaproponowano nam, żebyśmy wyszli na ogródek i poczekali, aż pokój zostanie posprzątany. Szczerze mówiąc, pierwszy raz spotkałem się z taką sytuacją. Uważam, że jeśli gość wyraźnie mówi, że nie chce sprzątania i prosi o zachowanie prywatności, jego decyzja powinna zostać uszanowana. Była godzina 9:30, byliśmy zmęczeni po podróży, a zamiast odpoczywać we własnym pokoju, musieliśmy czekać na ogródku, aż Pani skończy sprzątać. Szkoda, bo poza tą sytuacją pobyt był naprawdę bardzo udany.

A acomodação é muito confortável e como descritas no Booking, lugar muito limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã no jardim,.é muito agradável e tem mais uma área com um pergolado fechado que também usamos para o cafe da manhã,. AA proximidade com a Estação de Metrô Manzoni facilitou o nosso deslocamento aos passeios. A Daniela foi muito gentil desde a nossa recepção até a nossa saída. Nos ajudando a chamar um taxi para ir ao Aeropoto. Recomendo suas instalações para todos que querem conhecer Roma.

El aire en mi habitación no tenia mucha potencia, pero a mi en absoluto me ha molestado, estaba muy bien la verdad!

Fueron muy amables .antes de llegar nos dijeron la línea de metro que teníamos que cojer el precio del billete todo muy bien explicado .Al llegar nos dieron un plano de la ciudad y nos dijeron lugares para visitar .y lo mejor de todo esque nos guardaron las maletas el día que volvíamos a casa .excelente sin duda

Die Zimmer sind sauber und auch für 3 Personen gut zu nutzen. Die Lage ist ruhig, eher ein Wohnviertel und trotzdem ist man schnell an der Metro, die zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten führt, das Kolosseum ist fußläufig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, es gibt Espresso und Tee in einer kleinen Küche. In dem kleinen Innenhof kann man ruhig und ungestört sitzen.

Zimmer sind relativ hellhörig, Nachbarn haben aber Rücksicht genommen.

We had the most amazing stay at this accommodation. It is very cheap for city centre and for three people. The accommodation was spacious. It was very, very clean. The beds were good and the service was fantastic. The cleaning lady is one of the loveliest people we have ever met and nothing was too much for her. She was very polite and helpful. 10/10. Location was excellent. Nothing was too far via the metro, tram, or bus which are all 3 minutes walk (literally round the corner). There is an elevator for if you need it. Though, it is on first floor which is only approximately 10 steps up. Overall, a great stay in a safe neighbourhood. Thank you so much! We left luggage after our stay for a few hours and there were no issues with this.

El personal es de 10, tuvimos problemas con el vuelo que se retrasó bastante y no hubo problema con el chek-in, allí estaba Filipp esperándonos sin problemas con lo tarde que era y encima aconsejándonos y explicándonos. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, tienes metro, bus y tranvía a dos pasos con muy buena comunicación. El sitio para el precio que tiene está bastante bien, es cómodo y agradable. Tiene cocina común y patio aunque no le dimos muchos uso ya que apenas parábamos. Había aire, muy importante si vas en Julio que hace un calor horrible.

Very nice location, affordable price, room is clean and comfortable. The owner is very friendly and recommended for us places to visit.

The guest house was perfect for the two of us. The location is excellent: away from the tourist center but close enough to walk everywhere or hop on the metro (the nearest station is 2 minutes away). The rooms were quiet and very clean. A staff member cleaned the rooms daily. It was also nice to have a balcony overlooking a garden.

Nothing really. Any potential guest should be aware that the set up is more like a hotel. Shared kitchen that is not for cooking.

Gute Lage, wenige Gehminuten zur U-Bahnstation Manzoni, 20 min zu Fuß zum Kolosseum, alles schnell zu erreichen. Zimmer und Bad waren renoviert, Bett bequem. Gepäck konnte am Abreisetag in der Rezeption abgestellt werden.

Ein ruhige saubere Unterkunft mit einem schönen Garten im Innenhof, von der aus man Rom zu Fuß und mit der Metro sehr gut erkunden kann. Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites und zuverlässiges Personal.

We had amazing stay. Check in late around 2am, but Filippo was welcoming and informative ( gave us big map of Rome showing the best spots ). The location is excellent, quiet environment and in safe area. City transport right on the corner ( Manzoni metro and bus stations around). Also Termini station and Colloseum walkable direction around 20min. Close to a Supermarket and some restaurants. The room was comfortable with AC and daily cleaned. Shared kitchen well-equipped. There is also a garden with fruits where you can enjoy in the Italian sun, coffee and birds sound. Value for the money. Definitely recommend it !

Wi-fi could be slow, though it was not problem for us.

Comfortable place, quiet but still in central rome. Using the kitchen was very convenient. Nice inner garden. Many small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Helpful staff

Tudo estava agradável, desde a recepção, limpeza e estadia foram excepcionais. O quarto era grande e bem confortável. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Fica localizado próximo ao Coliseu, o que facilitou bastante nossa locomoção.

Adoramos a localização e o conforto e limpeza do quarto, bem espaçoso, confortável, sempre limpo e proximo do metro.

Apenas um pequeno ponto negativo. Todo dia pela manhã éramos acordados pra limpeza do quarto. Em um dos dias ao sair recebemos a reclamação que saímos tarde do quarto e que ela tinha um controle pra seguir. Nao vejo sentido, acredito que podemos sair no horario que acharmos melhor.

Vale ressaltar que o espaço é uma suíte em uma casa compartilhada, não um hotel. A localização é excelente, colada no metrô e a uma curta caminhada do Coliseu. As camas são muito confortáveis e o chuveiro é ótimo. O espaço não tem café da manhã, mas compensa com uma cozinha prática (com micro-ondas, pratos e canecas) e um jardim com mesa. O ponto alto da estadia foi a Laura, que entregou uma limpeza impecável e um atendimento ótimo, sempre muito atenciosa e organizada.

Apenas um detalhe prático: o banheiro tem poucos ganchos para pendurar as toalhas, o que atrapalha um pouquinho a organização.

Poloha blízko metra - do centra 15min, pěšky cca 35 min ke Colosseu. Společná kuchyňka, krásná terasa plná květin. Majitel ochotný, příjemný, počkal na náš pozdní příjezd (00:30) Doporučuji.

Tudo muito bom; um pequeno "senão" foi o fato de que não era permitido utilizar o fogão. Ainda que não pretendessemos cozinhar refeições elaboradas, todavia temos o habito de consumir ovos mexidos pela manha e não foi possivel fazer isso. de resto tudo foi muito bom, excelente !!

Нам очень понравилось! Хорошее расположение , все достопримечательности в доступности либо пешком, либо метро. Все необходимое есть. А этот дворик покорил наши сердца, особенно нравилось завтракать во дворике.

We stayed for 6 nights and it was the best, the location was great 5 mins from the metro and bus stop which is a must to get around Rome, the host were amazing aa well. The lady who cleans the rooms did so amazing.

The walls are quite thin so you can hear next door and next door can hear you but we were only in the room for sleeping and it was quiet

La cama supletoria era incómoda, el baño goteaba detrás del lavabo, alcachofa del baño rota, la cambiaron el último día. Pero lo peor fué que el cheking para la salida ponía que a las 10.30h y a las 9h. de la mañana ya nos estaban llamando a la puerta para echarnos.

Desde o momento em que fechei a hospedagem, fui muito bem atendido, todos sempre foram extremamente solícitos e atenciosos. O ambiente é muito aconchegante, transmitindo uma sensação de conforto e acolhimento durante toda a estadia. Os anfitriões merecem destaque pela gentileza e cuidado com os hóspedes. A limpeza é feita diariamente e com bastante capricho, o que faz toda a diferença. A localização também é excelente, com estação de metrô próxima, facilitando bastante a locomoção. Além disso, é possível visitar muitos pontos turísticos a pé, o que torna a experiência ainda mais prática e agradável. Com certeza é uma hospedagem que eu recomendaria.

Bardzo blisko do Coloseum i dworca Termini (około 20 min). Miły właściciel, nie było problemu z późniejszym meldunkiem. Dodatkowo otrzymaliśmy mapę z miejscami do odwiedzenia i wskazówkami gdzie zjeść. Dostępny jest taras, gdzie można napić się kawki. Kuchnia wyposażona w naczynia, mikrofale, lodówkę i ekspres do kawy. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątanie. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna.

Ściany w pokojach są bardzo cienkie. Dodatkowe sąsiedztwo szkoły powoduje że jest głośno.

Very professional, the maid waited for us and explained everything, quickly and easily. We have announced the estimated time of arrival. The room is spacious, clean, no noise, some high school is nearby, but it doesn't bother. The room was cleaned every day. Shared kitchen, but we only used coffee and tea.

Skvělá lokalita, milá paní bytná, příjemné ubytování se zeleným vnitroblokem a možností posezení venku. Památky, možnost nákupu i jídla v docházkové vzdálenosti.

Curatenia a fost exemplara, iar femeia de serviciu a fost si foarte amabila. Camera a fost spatioasa, iar saltelele si pernele confortabile.

Din pacate caloriferul nu a functionat si primele 2 nopti a fost nevoie sa dormin cu aerul conditionat aprins, care nu putea fi prea eficient intr-o camera cu inaltimea de 3m-4m si facea zgomot.La un pret de 160 euro/noapte te astepti sa nu ai aceasta problema.

Local muito próximo de estação de metrô. Longe dos centros mais turísticos, mas dá pra ir a pé tranquilo, pra quem vai com a proposta. O contato com os anfitriões foi tranquilo, ágil e flexível. O espaço é simples, mas com tudo o que se necessita para passar alguns dias;

Not easy to find and no reception at this place. Tried to call the numbers provided, no answer. the person at the reception said we had to be up at 9:30 because she had to clean the room.

Es wurde extra gewartet, weil wir spät in der Nacht angekommen sind. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen.

Es war sehr kalt (März), die Heizung ging nicht und es ist sehr hellhörig. (Man konnte jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen. Das Zimmerschloss ist schwierig zu handhaben.

Very good location with a balcony and viewe to the courtyard. Its a short walk to the metro station, and within walking disstance to the city center. The room was cleaned every day. Very helpfull host Danielle, although she speaks just italian. There is a kitchen with free coffe and tea.

You have to wait quite long time for hot water in the shower.

Segítőkészség, kedvesség, a nyugalom, a tisztaság és a látványosságok közelsége. Szívesen visszatérek, ha legközelebb Rómában járok. És az ágymatrac..... ilyen jól még sosem aludtam.

Mindenképpen jönnek takarítani, ha kérjük, ha nem és elpakolják a cuccainkat. Ez egy kicsit zavaró volt, amikor pihentünk volna a szobában..
