Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Great location - very quiet. We enjoyed the rooftop patio and the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was also very clean and it was a short walk for a tasty breakfast.
The room could use its own fridge. The air conditioning also did not cool the room down.

I received helpful transportation recommendations before arriving, which made our journey much smoother. The property was also easy to reach by taxi from the airport, which I found especially convenient when visiting Venice, as many streets are not accessible by car. From the taxi drop-off point, it was only an 8-minute walk to the hotel, which was very manageable and well worth it. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions, and even provided numerous recommendations without being asked, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Also had a nice view from the room.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The property was quiet, clean, comfortable, and relaxing! This was our first stay in Venice and we found the location to be perfect. It’s in a beautiful area, and you can easily walk to all the sites, but you’re away from the overwhelming crowds. AC worked perfectly, and even during a hot week the room was comfortable even without it due to the shade from nearby buildings. The owner was so great, we hope to come back soon!
WiFi was a bit slow sometimes in our room, but it worked for our needs!

Il y a le nécessaire pour être bien! Petite terrasse sympathique :) Petit déjeuner dans un café à 5 minutes à pied : il n’y a qu’une boisson chaude et croissant…

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Mooie ruime kamer voor 3 personen. Ontvangst was heel hartelijk. Er was water en koffie voorzien. Gelegen in een iets rustiger gedeelte van Venetië maar alles makkelijk te bereiken. Airconditioning was een pluspunt :-) Gastvrouw goed bereikbaar en gaf goede tips.

Normal çift kişilik yatak yerine iki ayrı tekli yatak olması konforu olumsuz etkiledi onun dışında problem yok.

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026何といっても場所が良い。 以前滞在した場所は リアルト橋周辺であったため 町の喧騒が気になったが、この場所はその喧騒とは無縁で現地の人の暮らしの一部的な立地でとてもよかった。室内にはテレビがない部屋であったがなくてよかった。 室内は非常に清潔感にあふれた部屋で安心できた。また、共有スペースにて自由にコーヒーが飲めることがありがたかった。おつまみとなるクッキーやパンも自由に食べることができることも好印象でした。

The staff were exceedingly helpful with directions and advice on how to get to the hotel. they were also very helpful with restaurant recommendations. It is located on a quiet canal and is full of charm. I would definitely recommend.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Lovely welcoming staff. The rooms are nice and well appointed. My only concern was there was no elevator and two fairly steep flights of stairs to our room. We did get assistance from the staff with our bags. I personally found the beds to be too soft for me. Others might not have that issue. The location is good about a 15 minute walk from Saint Marc Square.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026I love Dorsoduro as a location in Venice - quieter part and no less convenient. Alessandra the manager is so lovely. And the facility is a sweet little hotel, not an anonymous AIRBNB, where you feel like you are contributing to the housing shortage. We had the room facing the canal on the first floor (which is not the ground floor). Noise and canal smell were not an issue as were there in early spring and slept with windows closed. And roof terrace is very sweet and tickets to nearby bar for morning coffee very nice. Also coffee machine and snacks area very convenient.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026As funcionárias foram muito simpáticas e eficazes. A localização do hotel era muito boa e, ao mesmo tempo, muito tranquila. O nosso quarto ficava no piso térreo e nunca ouvimos barulho. As vistas do quarto davam para um canal e estávamos próximos de várias estações de vaporetto e de vários pontos de interesse.. No hotel havia uma sala de estar com biscoitos, croissants, fruta e bebidas quentes à discrição que podia ser utilizada em qualquer altura do dia. O terraço era muito simpático. Por duas vezes fomos buscar comida e ficamos a jantar no terraço a ver o pôr do sol. A temperatura e o conforto do quarto eram bons e estava sempre tudo muito limpo.
O pequeno almoço era bastante simples (1 croissant e 1 bebida) e a localização do café onde serviam o pequeno almoço a cerca de 5 minutos a pé do hotel mas os funcionários do café eram muito simpáticos e a comida servida era boa.

The breakfast is a poor, in a place where the only choice is between sweet croissants (Italian type of breakfast but too much sugar for the morning). In the last days the bathroom in our room smelled a bit like pipes/drains.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026I really enjoyed our stay. The place is cosy, clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are available 24/7. Breakfast is provided via vouchers at a nearby café (a 5-minute walk), which I personally liked, although it might be less convenient in bad weather. I would definitely stay here again, ideally in a room with a canal view. Mine faced the backyard, which was also fine. Two proper windows in Venice feels like a luxury. Communication was excellent, and it was very convenient to leave our luggage at reception after check-out.

La posizione della struttura è tranquilla, in una zona residenziale del centro, la camera era ampia e affacciava direttamente sul canale. Semplice ma buona la colazione presso un vicino bar e sicuramente piacevole avere a disposizione la sala comune al primo piano con caffè, bollitore per tè, biscotti e mele. Il personale è stato da subito gentile e disponibile nel fornirci tutti i dettagli per effettuare il late check in e raggiungere a piedi o con i mezzi il b&b.

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non particolarmente vantaggioso. Stanza arrenda in maniera elegante e caratteristica ma non particolarmente confortevole.

Premalo vtičnic za elektriko v sobi, za polnjenje telefona je treba izklopiti nočno lučko. Morda bi bili lahko na voljo kakšni razdelilci.

Petit déjeuner inclus.... non, un croissant et un capuccino dans un bar (on était prévenu après la réservation confirmée mais cela pourrait etre précisé en amont). Impossible de se doucher car pas d'eau chaude... apparemment ils l'avaient oublié car le lendemain quand on leur a dit avant de partir ils l'ont mise en marche... Pas de chauffage non plus (2°C dehors), donc très froid ds l'appartement, la couverture extra trouvée dans le placard a été bienvenue.
