Room was good size, A/C was good, bed comfortable, sitting room was good for friends to hang out in, felt very safe. Good location

Shower was a bit small, deep floor crack by door (room 20), no elevator, carry luggage up was a hassle. Due to construction was hard to find.

El aire acondicionado no servia para el tamaño y el calor de la habitación. El olor de la entrada. La atención de quien nos recibió que era un hombre y sobre todo que había DEMASIADOS zancudos que nos picaron las dos noches y pueden traer infecciones. Muy caro para lo que es. Preferible quedarse en Mestre y pasar.

Super grande chambre d’époque avec belle salle de bain. Ménage tous les jours avec changements des draps et des serviettes. Parfait emplacement tout était faisable à pied, le plus qu’on ait marché c’est 15min. Quartier très safe (tout Venise était safe en soit). Possibilité de laisser les valises le jour du check out pour poursuivre la visite à Venise. Personnel super agréable.

Autres résidents qui parlaient fort le soir dans l’espace commun.

great location, nice people at reception, especially the lady-very informative and helpful.

Challenging to find the actual entrance to the hotel, then do travel light if u stay there-because its Venice and there is no elevator in this hotel, so u will need to carry laggage up yourself.

Building is dated but renovations appear to be ongoing.

Een erg fijn hotel midden in de stad. We hadden de juniorsuite. Dat is een erg ruime kamer met drie losse bedden (2 twee persoons en 1 eenpersoons). Kamer was schoon, badkamer degelijk en de airco werkte top. Personeel was super vriendelijk.

De ingang was lastig te vinden, omdat er werkzaamheden waren bij de voordeur. Was even zoeken naar de achteringang. Maar als je het eenmaal weet welke deur je moet hebben, was dat ook prima.

I booked this hotel in venice for my special birthday... from the moment I made the booking through bookings.com the hotel communication was immediate and very friendly - then once we arrived the reception man wished me happy birthday and showed us to the most beautiful Venetian room with the highest ceilings.. this was the perfect start and finish of my birthday for myself and family... location is perfect and could walk with ease to San Marco square and everywhere else ... defiantly will stay again.. not just a hotel.. a place of venice love

Aunque la habitación es antigua y está en un callejón, está limpia, es amplia y se está fresquito. Además hay un comedor donde puedes llevar tu comida y cenar o comer cómodamente. Me gustó mucho, calidad precio perfecto.

Die Klimaanlage war nur ein "cooler", der das Zimmer nicht richtig abgekühlt hat

● L'emplacement. En plein coeur de Venise, parfait ! ● L'amabilité et la réactivité du personnel. ● Si je ne suis pas entièrement satisfaite de la propreté des lieux, je dois dire que la salle de bain était impeccable. ● J'avais lu beaucoup de critiques pour la literie et oui, elle est ferme, mais pas inconfortable a mon goût. Juste ferme, c'est bon pour le dos. ● Cool d'avoir une télé ou les sites de streaming sont disponibles (très rare en Italie je trouve !) ● Le prix. Pas cher.

● L'air conditionné/clim. C'était le plein mois d'août, grosse chaleur insoutenable dehors, canicule, etc, et honnêtement, l'air conditionné était si faible qu'on le sentait a peine. J'ai pris la température de ma chambre et elle etait autour des 30 degrés (il faisait 32 dehors). C'est pour moi inadmissible que l'air conditionné soit aussi peu efficace en pleine canicule. Je ne sais pas si ils ne peuvent pas augmenter la puissance (dans ce cas, il faut SÉRIEUSEMENT revoir l'installation et le système de votre air conditionné) ou si ils ne veulent pas, mais c'était insoutenable. J'ai demandé un ventilateur au personnel qui me l'ont gentiment apporter, cela dit et cela a aider. ● L'hôtel est actuellement en travaux. J'ai l'impression qu'il s'agrandit mais cela rend les lieux de nuit... glauque et angoissant. Cela dit, sur ce point, la déco de la chambre n'aide pas. Habituellement, je me fiche de ça mais là, c'est ancien, très sombre (pas assez de luminosité et une fenêtre qui donne sur court interieur, pour la chambre 9 en tout cas), et c'était juste oppressant. ● La propreté de la chambre était globalement ok, draps, sol, mais... ma chambre etait sous un plafond en voûte recouvert de poussière et il arrivait que des araignées pendait de ses poutres quand je rentrais a l'hôtel. Il serait bon de nettoyer un peu ça, on sent que cela n'a pas été fait depuis longtemps. ● Certains système était bizarre et frustrant. La salle de bain n'avait qu'une lumière, sur le miroir, et pour l'activer, il fallait appuyer sur un bouton a l'extérieur mais il faut d'abord rentrer a l'intérieur pour allumer. Pas pratique quand tu veux aller aux toilettes de nuit et que tu avance dans le noir, d'abord. Ensuite, pareil, la chasse d'eau etait ridiculement faible. Je devais la tirer quatre ou cinq fois d'affiler pour un simple papier, sinon, ca restait a flotter.

Très bien placé. La chambre tres spacieuse et joliment décorée. Très bon rapport qualité / pris

L'accès est un peu difficile à trouver au début car en travaux et il faut passer par un rue parallèle. Cela surprend en arrivant.

Tesis denemez, Resepsiyonda sürekli mevcut kimse yok. Asık suratlı bir çalışan var. Girişi zaten berbat. Fare kapanı karşılıyor.Merdivenle iki kat çıktık. Valizlere yardım etmediler. Pencerede panjur var ve açılmıyor, dolayısıyla oda hep karanlık. Banyo kötü,odada su yok,kahve yok, buzdolabı yok,kısacası çok pişman olduk. Allahtan bir geceydi idare ettik.

A localização é excelente e os funcionários muito gentis. Liberaram nossa entrada antes do check-in e isso fez toda a diferença para uma estadia de poucos dias.

The location is good and the room was clean.

Finding this place was an issue. There were no clear instructions. The access is through a back alley, a little scary late at night. In terms of building and hotel facilities be cautious, this is not a typical 3 star hotel you would find anywhere else in Europe, it's more of a 3 star hotel to find in Asia. A very small reception, no common areas. It's a very old building, not well maintained. The pictures shown by owner do not reflect the real size of areas, everything is smaller. The air-conditioning in our room was dripping water on the floor, we reported it at the reception, they said they would look at it, but didn't fix it.

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle, daher war es laut und es hat gestunken. Die Klimaanlage war ein Witz.

The rooms are totally not worth the value , super small , not hotel level at all . The guy at reception was super rude , we had to witness him fighting and bad mouthing other guests during check in .

Location was good but we didn’t end up staying there due to the construction that we were not told about

The construction - we weren’t warned about this and it was right next to our room with concrete drilling. We weren’t told that the main entrance wasn’t accessible due to construction so we were just lucky that a man from the business next door told us to go around the back. Once we got there, the sign said do not ring the bell but we did anyway as we didn’t know what else to do. The rooms were very old compared to images and very small with broken curtains. The bed was lumpy and so old it was warped. Bathroom was clean. The rest of the property was very very old. Sorry for bad images, we just took a video but wanted people to know before staying as photos provided by venue are misleading. I hope once the renovation is complete it is a better hotel.

Top Lage.

Ottimo soggiorno in una struttura storica ben ubicata e facilmente raggiungibile. Accoglienza cortese e puntuale, prezzo in linea con la città e la fruibilità dei servizi annessi. Consigliata.

Purtroppo la struttura era in rifacimento, non si presentava molto accogliente - l’entrata era stata spostata su il vicolo posteriore. Inoltre abbiamo avuto una perdita dal soffitto nella camera da letto con l’acqua che gocciolava sui cuscini. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera. Inoltre è sprovvista di AC, quindi il caldo si sentiva.

location was perfect, the value of money - not very much tho because no one actually met me at the reception, even though it was a day and a working hour. I had to drag 20 kg luggage to the room and it was really hard to find it after being under the sun on the boat for 40 minutes.

the stair corridors are so narrow I barely dragged the luggage to the room. the rest was alright, it was super clean and tidy. there is no toothpaste, shower gel or a shampoo so keep that in your mind too.

Great location, quite noisy even late at night, but I guess you have to expect that due to location, let us check in early with a huge rucksacks which was very much appreciated.

Building work meant having to walk round through the back entrance and there was some building noise but this stopped well before bed time and we were out of the room most of the day so it didn’t really bother us

Não fomos informados previamente de que o hotel estaria em reforma. Por isso, havia certa desorganização no momento do acesso aos quartos; ainda assim, nada que comprometesse significativamente a experiência.

Lovely room, gorgeous decor. I loved the bathroom , especially the tiling and clean lay-out, the high-ceilings. Great location, get the vaporetto from Marco Polo to San Gieigla and literally 2 minute walk from there. Lively location 5 minutes from San Marc. Plenty of options for food and bars. Fab staff, very helpful.

Coming from San Lucia or Plaza Roma, it can be difficult to find, but staff very helpful when contacted.

La limpieza y el tamaño, apropiado para 4 personas. Bonita decoración veneciana y con servicios suficientes para 4 personas: shampoo, gel de ducha, jabón, papel higiénico, té, azúcar y hervidor. El check out era a las 10:30, pero nos guardaron las maletas hasta las 19:30.

La camas no eran tan cómodas y pasamos frío. Había pocas mantas, no había personal por la noche para pedir abrigo y la calefacción no calentaba lo suficiente. La nevera no funcionaba, eso fue un problema porque mi padre necesitaba dejar un medicamento refrigerado, pero no fue posible... como hacía frío en la habitación, finalmente, no fue tan terrible.

The property was undergoing significant construction work during our stay, making it seems less like a hotel and more like a building site. As a result, we had use a rear entrance, which was initially difficult to locate. It would have been helpful if the hotel had informed us of these arrangements in advance. The room was small, and the curtain did not fully cover the window, which affected both privacy and our ability to sleep comfortably. We raised this issue with staff, who offered a cloth to cover the uncovered section of the window. No apology or good will gesture to provide an alternative room or other form of compensation was offered.

Locatia aproape de piata San Marco. Camera curata, personal amabil.

Nu este renovat inca, camera cu mobila foarte veche, fara frigider. Clima nu functiona bine, uscatorul de par este foarte vechi si nu sufla aer. Fereastra mea se deshidea in balconul vecinilor, puteau vedea totul de la mine din camera, am inhalat tot fumul de tigara de pe balconul lor.

It’s centrally located. Seven minutes walk to San Marco Piazza, 3 minutes walk to waterbus. Restaurants, shops, bars all around the hotel. Lisa the receptionist is very helpful! Our room is nice and big and so as the bathroom. Very high ceiling and Venetian style. I love the 2 little balconies. We are expecting the stairs. Lisa helped us to get our luggages in the room.

The bed is hard and the pillows very thin. Otherwise, it could have been perfect.

Lovely stay in a historic building with an authentic Venetian interior. The location is unbeatable: all major sights are within a 10 min walk. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spotless thanks to daily housekeeping. Would recommend to anyone who wants to experience the historic atmosphere of Venice.

The only downside was some noise in the evenings and at night - voices from other rooms were clearly audible through the walls :(

Locația e într-adevăr destul de aproape de Piața San Marco. Mi-a plăcut stilul vechi venețian al incintelor și al camerei. Au fost schimbate prosoapele și așternuturile după prima zi de cazare(am stat 2 nopți).

Lipsește atenția la detalii. Baia a fost punctul sensibil: cadă de duș crăpată, duș care a picurat în continuu, apă pe gresia din baie(probabil din crăpătura de la cădița de duș). Perdele necălcate, pătură ca de spital din care iesea praf înecăcios dacă o mișcai un pic.. înțeleg că Veneția e scumpă, dar să dau peste 200 euro pe noapte ca să aud cum picură apa din baie..

Certo, ecco la versione aggiornata perfetta per Booking, ancora più completa e incisiva: ⸻ Punteggio: 1/10 Struttura assolutamente deludente e ben lontana da quanto pubblicizzato su Booking. Le foto sono fuorvianti: la realtà è completamente diversa, con ambienti trascurati e in evidente stato di degrado. La posizione è sì vicina a Piazza San Marco, ma l’accesso avviene attraverso un vicolo buio, sporco e poco rassicurante, soprattutto nelle ore serali e notturne. La pulizia è gravemente insufficiente: la stanza emanava cattivo odore e la biancheria da letto era macchiata. Condizioni igieniche davvero inaccettabili. L’episodio più grave è avvenuto durante la notte: avendo dimenticato la chiave in camera, sono rimasta chiusa fuori senza alcuna assistenza. La reception era assente e il numero di emergenza non rispondeva. Dopo oltre due ore di tentativi, sono stata costretta a richiedere l’intervento della polizia per riuscire a contattare il proprietario. Una situazione assurda e inaccettabile per qualsiasi struttura ricettiva. Il prezzo pagato è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto al servizio offerto. Sconsigliato vivamente.
