ACHTUNG diese Unterkunft ist absoluter Skam. Auf den Buchungsseiten wird nur mit der Bambus Villa geworben. Die zwei weiteren Häuschen sind in keiner Weise mit den Bilder zu vergleichen. Diese Häuschen sind sehr spartanisch, was gar nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es sauber wäre. Weder das Zimmer noch der Pool wurden in 3 Tagen einmal gereinigt. Das Bett ist in der Mitte so durchgelegen, dass man zu zweit keine Chance hat auch nur ansatzweise gut darin zu schlafen, da beide in die Mitte rollen und es zu unglaublichen Rückenschmerzen führt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen und pure Abzocke, was bei dem wunderschönen Blick einfach nur traurig ist.

El sitio NO SE PARECE EN NADA A LAS FOTOS. Las han editado para que parezca un sitio precioso pero la realidad es muy diferente. Estaba todo sucio. Además era carísimo para otros alojamientos de la zona, por las 2 cosas que tienen para la foto que encima no son bonitas. Hay dos habitaciones, una con la red, que está arriba de una casa prefabricada que no tiene aire acondicionado y que no puede estar más sucia y tiene un baño horrendo. Y además es peligroso subir. La de abajo estaba sucia, al baño no se le puede llamar baño, y tenía hasta la mosquitera roída. No pudimos ni quedarnos una noche del asco. Las reseñas lo ponen como un sitio “rural” pero pagar 600€ por 3 noches ahí es una estafa. Conseguimos un reembolso parcial muy pequeño y cuando lo comentamos con el propietario nos pidió que no dejásemos reseñas y que si era caro nos bajaba el precio. Fue lo peor de nuestra experiencia en Bali. No lo recomendamos nada. Además la piscina estaba verdosa. Hay muchos alojamientos bonitos y baratos, y sobre todo limpios, no elegiría este.

Boutique hôtel situé au milieu des rizières. nous avons eu un bungalow avec piscine et une chambre classique, côte à côte. La vue était vraiment fabuleuse sur les rizières et sur le mont agung. Des espaces de détentes (chaises longues) sont disponibles. L piscine n'est pas très grande mais agréable pour se rafraichir. Les repas sont excellents et très bon marché (on a testé les petits déjeuners, et les diners). Le personnel est très sympathique. La literie est très bonne. la chambre se ferme par un grand rideau donc si vous n'aimez pas les insectes, et autres bêtes, cela peut vous gêner.

Nous voulions un petit déjeuner à emporter qui a était fait mais un seul choix par personne je trouve cela vraiment très peu seulement deux œufs ou deux petit sandwich donc nous avions pris un choix chacun qui au final a été pour nos enfants et pas pour nous pas de jus de fruit ou café donc ce n’est pas un hôtel que je recommanderais

The view was exceptional - we woke up to the most fabulous view of Mt. Agung and the rice fields below. The staff were exceptional - warm, friendly and wry helpful. Ayu, Ani, Komang and Rama - thank you for everything. Nothing was too much trouble. They are the loveliest people. Ani arranged for my husband to have a guitar during our stay - this was so good and we really appreciated it. Thank you. Ani cooks really good Indonesian food The need was comfortable. The room was rustic and quaint. Two good local warungs with the closest just to the hill (3minute walk) and it had a tardis of a supermarket below. Please ignore reviews saying there are no warungs or shops nearby. Whilst you aren’t in the middle of Sidemen, it’s fabulous and some people will complain about anything and everything!

This is not to criticise as we loved our few days at Gladak Di Ume and would encourage visitors to stay there, but we want to offer a realistic review. The photos present the property as being a little less rustic than it was, and the price is probably on the higher side for the standard - we gave started in almost brand new villas for the same price. Make check in less confusing. We didn’t know who was who and met staff randomly and wondered if they were actual staff or random people from the village! Having a booklet in the room to explain how things work and local places would be helpful. To improve just some small changes are needed: fix broken things like the kettle and the outdoor furniture; clean and seal behind the bed; Offer guests free water during their stay - not only two small bottles. These change will help you be even better than you already are!

The place is exactly like the pictures.. magical, peaceful, and truly paradise-like. The views and connection with nature are surreal. The staff was always kind, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. The food is simple but tasty and satisfying. There are, however, a few important things to consider before booking. If you are uncomfortable with insects, this may not be the ideal accommodation for you, since the only thing separating the indoor and outdoor areas are curtains, making the villa very open to nature. Another downside is the lack of complete privacy. The neighbors on the right side were able not only to see inside our villa, but also access parts of it, which made us feel that privacy and security could definitely be improved. On the left side of our villa there was a small house where something was being burned regularly, and the smoke would reach our villa. This happened around four times during our stay and was honestly very uncomfortable. The staff explained that it is something common from farmers near the property. (Photos of the smoke attached.) The hot water also lasted for a very short time, and we had to complain about it during our stay. We also woke up several times during the night because of the geckos making noise (although this is quite common in Bali). Despite these issues, we would still stay longer at this accommodation because it is genuinely stunning and unique. It is definitely a perfect retreat for people looking to disconnect and immerse themselves in nature and beautiful landscapes.

It is in an amazing spot with a beautiful view overlooking Mount Agung and rice paddies. The staff were very friendly and looked after us brilliantly.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom was legendary.

One day before my reservation, I received a message from the property saying they would not be able to accommodate me as scheduled. They arranged another room for me about 20 minutes away for the first night, and I was only able to check in at the original property after that. The replacement room was very nice, but it was still inconvenient to pack and unpack twice instead of once. When I finally arrived, the hot water in my bathroom was not working. To their credit, the staff fixed it within a few hours. The property has two sections: the main room on the ground level by the pool, and a tree house nearby in the same yard. The main room feels more like a wooden shed, with only one window, so it is quite dark. It is also noisy in the morning because the road is fairly close and cars and scooters start passing early. The tree house looks nice and is good for taking a few photos, but it is not very practical to use for longer periods. There is no air conditioning, and if you open the windows for ventilation, it quickly fills with insects.

Wow! Het uitzicht op de vallei met op de achtergrond de majestueuze Gunung Agung is onovertroffen!! De staff is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, als je speciale wensen hebt is er veel mogelijk.

Wij waren erop voorbereid: de beestjes buiten en in het verblijf. Ben je daar niet op voorbereid en kun je daar niet tegen dan is dit geen plek voor jou. Bedenk ook, westerse toerist, dat Indonesie en dus ook Gladak di Uma andere standaarden hanteert. Verwacht geen hagelwit muskietennet of gloednieuw beddengoed. Het is schoon maar een vlekje hier of daar is niet uitgesloten.

Очень красивая вилла с собственным бассейном. Безумно услужливый, улыбчивый персонал. На виллу можно заказать ужин, завтрак, массаж, любые напитки.

Нужно учитывать, что стена отсутствует, и спать вы будете рядом с природой. Не пугайтесь гекконов, муравьев и ящериц, и все будет нормально. Балдахин защищает от всего.

Amazing View, friendly staff

Expected to have the Room on the Profile Picture with the big Pool. Ended up in a dark Hut with a tiny pool. Whole different feeling, than what was sold in the First Place. So Not worth the money.

Everything! From first arriving the staff were so lovely friendly and helpful, gorgeous welcome drinks, the place was out of this world!! The views were truly breathtaking, great location, bed was comfortable and clean everywhere was spotless, will definitely be staying their again when we go back, staffed arranged activities for us the white water rafting/scooter so helpful, nothing was a bother, lovely people

The staff is fantastic! Wayan, Ayu, Ani, Komang and Darma were so helpful, welcoming and caring! They made the trip very special! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! Nothing was missing! I used the pool everyday hehe and the staff ensured it was cleaned and functional at all times. I really really liked the view, the swing and the little “treehouse”. It was perfect! You can walk through the rice terrasses and access the little shops around super easily! I was looking for quiet and peace and I got just that. You feel part of the nature it was beautiful. Ordered food each day with the staff and it came always fresh and delicious! I cannot recommend more these villas!

Nothing that I don’t like just a note that sometimes Grab cars and bikes don’t find the location of the villas. You gotta guide them a little.

Natural surroundings with good view. Staff was helpful and responsive with our requests.

Property was advertised as a two bedroom bungalow but in reality, there are two separate buildings. The main building is a wooden house with an outdoor bathroom. The wooden structure may need some maintenance work as we had dust that kept appearing on the bed and floor, which seemed to be dust from woodworm infestation. The second bedroom is the ‘treehouse’ (about 4 meters outside/away from the main building) with an indoor shower but no hot water and no AC. The sliding door in the treehouse does not work so it is very difficult to open and close. It also gets hot during the day.

The scenery was just unreal! With a personal treehouse, net hammock overlooking the mountains, clear view of Mt Agung and a swing over the rice paddies. This place blew my mind. Exceptional! The staff were all so friendly! And breakfast, lunch, dinner and massages served directly to your room. ‘THANKYOU WAYAN’

Tout absolument tout, fourmis tapissaient dans la baignoire, pas d'eau chaude dans la cabane dangereuse et sommaire petite piscine d'eau trouble douteuse accessible difficilement en voiture je relève surtout le rapport qualité prix 115 euros pour une nuit ?????!!!!!! Honnêtement fuyez les photos ne correspondent en rien.

The garden was nice, private pool, swing with view to the rice terraces.

The indoors could look more nice considering the price, the porcion of the food was small (even with ordering big breakfast from the menu).

À notre arrivée, la pompe de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas. Mais ils ont été très réactifs, nous l'avons signalé le soir et cela a été corrigé le lendemain avant midi ! Nous pensions avoir la villa deluxe et la grande piscine selon les photos et avons eu une surprise en arrivant dans la chambre deluxe avec un bassin bien différent de la piscine.

Wauw! Wat een locatie! En wat een mooi verblijf! Prachtige bungalow tot in de puntjes verzorgd, alles aanwezig wat je maar wilt! Zelfs een water automaat voor warm en koud water. Heerlijk bed! Alles is goed schoon en netjes. Ontzettend beleefd en vriendelijk personeel zowel aan de balie als in de bediening als over de app. Gemakkelijk al je maaltijden en drankjes bestellen via whatsapp. Je moet wel tegen jungle geluiden kunnen; zitten veel kikkers en gekko’s.

Eten was prima, maar eerlijk gezegd wel iets meer van kwaliteit verwacht bij een accommodatie als deze

Las instalaciones son un espectáculo de la naturaleza, se disfruta mucho de las vistas y de la fauna que te visita mientras estás en el jardín.

Ofrecen comida barata en el hotel pero la calidad es bastante baja, no lo recomiendo.

Un endroit paradisiaque avec une vue absolument incroyable, parfaite pour se détendre et profiter du cadre.

À savoir toutefois : l’hôtel est un peu éloigné de tout, donc avoir un scooter est indispensable pour se déplacer facilement.

Die Bambus Villa war eindach traumhaft. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und haben es sehr genossen, der Pool und alles drum herum ist wunderschön. Toller Ausblick auf den Mount Agung, super floating Frühstück.

Nachts muss man mit Geckos und Fröschen rechnen. Hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Man muss nur aufpassen dass man keine Kothaufen der Geckos übersieht;)

La nature vraiment c'est agréable et calme . Effectivement il faut aimer les bêtes mais ça ne nous a pas déranger . La vue est super .. Nous avons dû partir plus tôt et nous avons trouvé un arrangement avec le manager . Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant.. Vraiment gentil et agréable .

Les photos ne correspondent pas réellement a la réalité si ce n'est la jolie vue.. C'est très sommaire .. Effectivement comme d'autres commentaires l'ont expliqué mes filles avaient 9 ans et 14 ans . Cela s'est bien passé mais plus petit c'est impossible.. La petite cabane est très sommaire ma fille n'a pas voulu dormir dedans. .

La gentillesse du personnel, joli bungalow. Nous avons eu un super driver et le cuisine est faite sur place. Nous avons pu commander des massages. La vue est incroyable. Immersion en pleine nature.

La cabane perchée n'est cependant pas à la hauteur des photos sur booking. Vétuste, mériterait d'être remise en état comparé aux chambres deluxe sur l'établissement.

Le cadre est exceptionnel : la vue sur les rizières est magnifique, la balançoire et la petite piscine ajoutent un vrai plus pour faire de superbes photos. Le personnel est adorable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leurs efforts pour échanger quelques mots en français avec nous, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus conviviale. De l'hôtel il faut traverser les rizières, ce qui offre une jolie petite balade pour rejoindre le village de Sidemen (très authentique et paisible). Pour aller au “centre-ville”, il faut également marcher à travers les rizières : on y trouve quelques warungs et bars. Un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer dans un cadre naturel et authentique !

Nous avons également quelques points négatifs à souligner. La cabane perchée dans l’arbre, bien que jolie en photo, nous a semblé plutôt fragile et “rafistolée”. Il n’y a aucun espace prévu pour ranger les valises ou les affaires de toilette, nous avons donc dû tout laisser en bas chez les enfants ce qui n’était pas pratique. La salle de bain est très sommaire : uniquement de l’eau froide à la douche, un petit lavabo, et des toilettes peu stables. La nuit, nous avons eu la visite de nombreux insectes, d’un gros lézard très bruyant, et même de crapauds à l’intérieur, ce qui a rendu le sommeil quasiment impossible. Par ailleurs, avec la pluie, nous avons eu la sensation que la cabane pouvait s’effondrer, ce qui n’est pas rassurant. À notre avis, la cabane est avant tout un bel endroit pour faire des photos (filet, grandes baies vitrées), mais pas vraiment adaptée pour y passer une nuit confortable, encore moins avec des enfants. Enfin, concernant la restauration : le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont corrects, mais les portions sont assez limitées. Les repas sont servis directement sur la terrasse, ce qui est agréable, mais au vu du prix demandé, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix décevant. Il serait vraiment dommage de ne pas améliorer cette cabane qui a beaucoup de potentiel : une rénovation complète et des repas un peu plus généreux feraient une vraie différence.

Le côté sauvage, la décoration du jardin et la cabane donnent beaucoup de charme à ce lieu. Beaucoup de potentiel avec une vue incroyable. Très bien situé et le personnel est très accueillant.

Manque d’insonorisation dans la chambre. Odeur dans l’armoire difficile à supporter. Pour le rapport qualité/prix , on peut avoir un peu mieux dans le coin.
