Nana Suites Villa

The villa is an absolute paradise with a breathtaking view over the rice terraces. The breakfast was freshly prepared every morning and incredibly delicious. Most of all, the heartwarming hospitality of the staff was outstanding – they even organized a complimentary scooter tour for us and delivered our dinner directly to our door when it rained.

There was a minor smell in one of the toilets, but the team immediately tried their absolute best to fix it right away. Their fast response made this small thing completely negligible.

Great pool and amazing view, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

There wasn’t a door to close between the living room/kitchen area and outside which is a slight issue when in an area with lots of mosquitos so we were worried about them flying into the villa

Het uitzicht was werkelijk prachtig en maakte elke ochtend bijzonder. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk. Zalig rustig en prachtige natuur!

een haan die ’s ochtends vroeg luidkeels van zich liet horen (leuk voor de sfeer, minder voor je slaap), en in de directe omgeving is niet ontzettend veel te doen.

La superbe vue, la réactivité et le sourire du personnel, la modernité de la villa, la possibilité de se faire livrer les plats le soir à la villa, l’emplacement. Belle attention également : quand ils ont su que nous allions faire des bagues en argent un peu loin, ils nous ont automatiquement proposé de nous emmener gratuitement en scooter.

La piscine froide, la télévision qui fonctionnait très mal ( mais le personnel s’est plié en quatre pour tenter de trouver une solution pour voir le match de la coupe du monde)

Everything was perfect

The pool area was the best part but everything was really nice.

It’s right on the street so the only downside is noise from vehicles but it was quiet during the night and didn’t disturb us in the villa.

Alles was goed. De servicegerichtheid van de medewerkers verdient extra genoemd te worden. Het zwembad was heerlijk, mooie grote kamers met fijne bedden en de badkamers waren zeer schoon.

Ik miste enkel een klein tafeltje en/of stoel in de slaapkamer. 1 van de 3 slaapkamers had wel een bankstel erin staan.

Évidemment la vue spectaculaire qui est absolument ce qu'on attend du rêve balinais. L'ambiance de ce petit coin perdu et la gentillesse du personnel.

Le fait que la pièce principale de vie ne soit pas un espace fermé donc c'est chaud et très humide, les moustiques y sont aussi. La troisième chambre n'a pas de fenêtre sur un véritable extérieur.

Overall, the property is not bad and it matches the photos, but there are quite a few shortcomings. The house is not particularly attractive from the outside, and the third bedroom is not really a fully functional bedroom as it lacks proper furniture and even a bedside lamp. The towels were worn and looked old. Considering these issues, the place feels significantly overpriced. Breakfast was also disappointing — typically delivered wrapped in plastic and already cold, which did not feel professional at all. All in all, the accommodation is average at best.

Fantastic view. Great staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and responsive to requests. The villa was in a great location with views over rice paddies and towards Agung. Convenience stores and restaurants were within short walking distance. We enjoyed our two night stay very much.

Az étkezési lehetőségek hagytak kivetni valót maguk után! Nem tudtunk presszó kávét inni reggel mert csak 3 az egyben kávé volt! Nem volt elég melegvíz mert nagyon kicsi a bojler és lassan melegíti fel a vizet! Így kádban Fürdeni nem is lehetett!

Η ανεμπόδιστη θέα από το δωμάτιο, σε ένα εντυπωσιακό καταπράσινο τοπίο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Θεωρώ ότι πληρώσαμε αρκετά χρήματα και η βίλα δεν ανταποκρίθηκε σε βασικές ανάγκες. Το προσωπικό ήταν συμπαθέστατο αλλά πολλά πράγματα πρέπει να βελτιωθούν: 1. δεν υπήρχε αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν, ανεπίτρεπτο! 2. η καθαριότητα ήταν ελλιπής και πολύ βασική. Την ώρα που φτάσαμε και κάναμε check in, το προσωπικό τελείωνε το σφουγγάρισμα. Όμως μετά, καθαρίσαμε μόνοι μας το τραπέζι της κουζίνας που ήταν βρώμικο, αλλάξαμε τα μαξιλάρια στο ενα υπνοδωμάτιο γιατί οι μαξιλαροθήκες ήταν βρώμικες και πετάξαμε ένα μισοάδειο μπουκάλι νερό που ήταν ξεχασμένο πάνω στον καναπέ του υπνοδωματίου. 3. οι πετσέτες θέλουν αντικατάσταση. Ήταν γαριασμένες και πολύ χρησιμοποιημένες σε βαθμό που πλέον από λευκές είχαν γίνει γκρι. 4. Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας, δεν πάταγε σωστά και καθώς δεν ήταν τοποθετημένη σωστά στο έδαφος, υπήρχε έντονη μυρωδιά αποχέτευσης σε ενοχλητικό βαθμό. 5. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μια πρίζα στο μπάνιο για το σεσουάρ καθώς και ένας καθρέπτης στο υπνοδωμάτιο.

The 2 bedrooms of the 3 bedrooms were truly spectacular with breathtaking views of the valley, the rice fields and the tallest volcano in Bali. The private infinity pool was large and beautiful. Everything was within walking distance and the staff was exceptionally helpful.

One of the three bedrooms was windowless adjacent to the kitchen dining area. It would have been helpful to have been informed about this dark room in the description of the villa.

Great view over the rice fields and Mt Agung from pool

The lounge room was basically open to the outside, lots of mosquitos and three bedrooms separate led to a fractured stay with my family. It was raining hard so stepping outside to enter bedrooms not great. The building is unfinished (the top level had construction equipment lying around, it’s not complete). The construction is poor generally, bathroom tiles misaligned, tiles falling off internal garage but probably normal for Bali.

Alles! Het was prachtig! Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk en het was ook heel fijn dat je lekker eten aan huis kon laten brengen door het bijpassende restaurant!

Die Villa ist wunderschön direkt oberhalb von Reisfeldern gebaut. Die Zimmer mit Blick direkt auf die Felder und den Pool sorgen für einen Zwiespalt, man möchte am liebsten hier verweilen und gleichzeitig möchte man die schöne Umgebung Sidemens erkunden. Daher würde ich empfehlen in jedem Fall mindestens 3 Nächte zu bleiben. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen vom zugehörigen Restaurant, das ca. 50m die Straße runter zu finden ist angeliefert und ist recht lecker. Dadurch ist es leider komplett in Plastikfolie verpackt, was für noch mehr Plastikmüll als ohnehin schon sorgt. da sollte auf nachhaltigere Transportmöglichkeiten umgestellt werden, die es ja auch gibt. Wir wussten im Vorhinein, dass die Villa an einer gut hörbaren Straße liegt und es in der Nachbarschaft Hähne gibt. Uns hat das kein einziges Mal gestört oder geweckt, die mitgebrachten Ohropax blieben unbenutzt.

Plastikverpackung für Frühstück, hier sollte auf nachhaltige Transportboxen umgestellt werden.

The view is amazing, the pictures doesn't do it justice. It's even more beautiful. The staff and Ayu are so sweet, helpful and are truly doing everything they can. The villa is great, spacious and has everything you need We stayed 5 days in Sidemen and could easily have stayed more. It's the perfect place to relax, hike or walk next to the ricefields and just swim in the pool.

Hele mooie en ruime villa met alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend en het personeel is fantastisch!

Er is een haan bij de buren die veel lawaai maakt, maar dat is overal op het platteland. Ook zijn er veel mieren. Niet dat je er overlast van hebt.

Het uitzicht is prachtig, heerlijke bedden, mooie slaapkamers. Je kunt er mooi wandelen. Roomservice aan huis net als een masseuse.

De haan van de buurman begint om 4.00 maar hier hadden ze ons voor gewaarschuwd maar de weg waar het huis aan ligt is erg druk. Hier heb je overdag geen last van maar als je een lichte slaper bent wordt je hier niet blij.

This place is amazing! The views are second to none. The villa has lots of rooms and the pool is massive and gets sun all day! Excellent place to unwind and relax. The staff here were excellent and even did our laundry for us which was much appreciated. Room service is available from their sister site and it's value for money too! There are lots of great restaurants about a 10 minute walk away and we also did the silver jewellery workshop which I'd recommend.

There was a rooster next door which sang it's song from 4AM every day. This isn't the owners fault though and the more we travelled the more we realised this is common in Bali. The only other thing was that the water pressure in Sideman is lower than other areas, presumably because it's rural - however, this wouldn't put us off returning here to stay.

This place has to be one of the best villas i've ever stayed in bali. The location was great and the best for the area of sideman. The food the villa provides is the best food in town. After trying some food restaurants locally I can gladly say they were terrible and this villa is 10/10 with the bonus is this villa provides lunch and dinners upon extra requests and is delivered to the dininng table. It provides some of the best Western food in bali at a cheap cost. The rooms are amazing with no bad smells or mold. The photos of the place provided online are excellent with nothing deciving. The staff are amazing and very accomidating at every request including free washing. I will definitely be back due to the customer service and the up keeping of this villa is amazing. I had the most relaxing 4 days here and didn't want it to end. Thank you Nana's family. My baby girl Nadia and her brothers had the best comfortable stay here and we created amazing memories viewing mount Agung in the morning was my highlight. Thank you again.🙏🙏🙏

An amazing place to stay! The villa in Sidemen was incredible – the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The staff was very helpful and always available to meet our needs. The villa was fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Stunning new villa in a quiet location. The staff came to meet us on the first day and took our breakfast order which was freshly prepared and delivered each day (the Indonesian noodles were lovely). We didn't get chance to try any of the other food they did (our only regret) but the breakfast was very good. Nana's Kitchen is just down the road from the villa - 5 mins walk away. The villa is well maintained and the staff are friendly. Sidemen itself is very quiet and off the tourist trail and the villa seems to be between two local residences. There are only a small number of local warungs to eat in the eve but you can get food delivery from the owner which looked very reasonably priced. It looked like they were possibly building another storey on top of the living area when we went. The staff helped to fix the lights in one of the bedrooms quickly when there was a problem one day (luckily not a problem for us as we used another bedroom instead) and they also organised a driver for us quickly when our taxi did not turn up (Grab taxis do not seem to operate too well in Sidemen). The views were the best thing about the villa - with views over the valley and at times you could even see the mountain on a clear day. We noticed glow flies by the pool in the evening which were lovely to watch. Thankyou to all Nana's team for a lovely stay!

Only criticisms was that there was no safe when we arrived at the property and when they provided one it was not fixed to the property. We also noticed the wifi in one of the bedrooms (on the left) wasn't great but throughout the rest of the property it was good. We could not work out how to get any tv channels on the tv - but there is Netflix in the main living area for anyone who needs entertainment (we weren't sure how to work it in the bedroom). One thing that could improve the villa is if they provided a guest info brochure with info about how to operate the tv etc. The living area is open on one side so it is impossible to stop insects getting in to this part of the villa but the 3 bedrooms can all be locked and closed as much as needed.

The hosts were amazing and extremely attentive, they should us around the property, offered to drive us to some nearby restaurants and even picked us up after. they were extremely responsive via WhatsApp and e recommended a great driver who took us to some tourist spots and then to Seminyak. Location of this property is perfect, the views were incredible and even better than the picture in the listings. Property was clean with lockable bedrooms and very spacious. They provided us with breakfast and did a fantastic floating breakfast for us too. This was our favourite part of our Bali trip and we will definitely be coming here again. Can’t recommend enough!

Words can't express how amazing our entire experience was. Koma ana all staff were amazing, exceeded all expectactions. The views are stunning with a sparkling clean pool and the entire living space area. Honestly, there is not a single thing that we can think of that would have changed our top rating. Never in our lives had we experienced so much care, professionalism, and generosity that was provided. We didn't have any milk or coffee as we run out on the first day. You're one message away from having the milk and coffee delivered. On our last day, we had to leave by 7am to catch the flight back home. Breakfast delivered at 6.15 am? Absolutely no problem. It's just the most amazing experience one can wish for. We will most definitely come back and wish Koma and all staff only the best in the future! The location was absolutely stunning. It felt like a high end luxury home away from home. The beds were super comfortable and bedding was luxurious, the sheets crystal white and the towels fluffy and the view of Mt Agung from every vantage point was outstanding. The infinity was divine. Everything was high quality in the kitchen and had everything you could ask for. The help Ayu gave us was second to none. 24 hour assistance (if needed) and responded to a WhatsApp within minutes to our every request with grace and kindness. She even brought us home cooked sweets as a generosity which were delicious. We felt so welcome, safe and cared for. A wonderful truly family run villa who genuinely cared about us having an incredible experience.

Stunning property in every way! Incredible comfort and attention to detail. Staff are attentive and super friendly, explain running of the villa in great detail. Staff are a what’s app message away, whether it’s sensational food from the restaurant, a trip to the pharmacy, drinks, supermarket items they will deliver them in a timely smiley manner. They even arrange and plate your meals for you at the dining table when they deliver them. Breakfast is incredible and we were treated to extra items each meal such as pandan pancakes after I asked where I could purchase them. Kitchen is fully equipped. It truely is an incredible place. Rooms are stunning. Bed is super comfortable and linen fresh and white! The aircon is super effective and very quiet. Infinity Pool Is just the right temperature and has the most stunning view over local fields. I wished we were there for longer than 2 nights.
