The air-conditioned functioning well because the weather nowadays very 🔥🥵. The place is near 'Taman Tasik Taiping' and many facilities near the knight alley hotel.
The quilt is very thin and small😅

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026It has Double pillows for each pax. Past hotels only gives one each. Liked the bathroom glass. Very unique! Liked the self service washing and drying machines. Donations are most welcome. Free and access to beverage and snacks! Staffs were super nice. Special mention to the tall Indian lady, on duty from 3pm to 11pm shift who serviced us!
Nothing really. Except for a very unruly pax who was complaining his grievances to your morning shift staff at the reception whilst we were there at the time.

The mattress could be improved. I requested a double bed, but it appeared to be two single beds joined together, which made the surface uneven. As a result, I did not sleep very well during my 2-night stay.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Very strategic location in the middle of the city and close to food centers, shopping and tourist attractions. Most of the locations can be reached by walking. Good and comfortable hotel with good and proper working of facilities with friendly staff and fast check in and check out. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in a location in the center of Taiping and close to all amenities.
It's a bit surprising that there is no TV set provided in the hotel room and it is a bonus point for the hotel management to provide TV sets in the future for the comfort of guests.

There are no parking spaces availability. There are only 6 parking spots available for the hotel, therefore it is first come first serve. As the hotel is near shops, parking is hard to get.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026My sons loved the room very much! The double-decker bed was very impressive. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was also quite large. The hotel decorations were very cute, with lots of frames and décor around the property. A lift is also provided. The only improvement needed would be to provide a television 😅 As for parking, the hotel only provides six free parking spaces, but luckily I was always able to get one 😅 After check out and returned the deposit, the hotel give us a cute free gift, including tissues and soap. The hotel is very close with a yong tau foo stall Bomba.
No television. Parking was quite limited and sometimes difficult to get. The pillows were a bit too soft for our preference.

No proper privacy for the bathroom. I stayed with my mom. Glass walls just covered by curtains is not ideal. From inside the bathroom, i could see cars driving down the street, people on the 3rd floor of adjacent building could have clear view into the bathroom.

Mungkin staff lupa refill). 3. Water dispenser ada di ruang depan lif. Sarapan ringkas disediakan berdekatan water dispenser (roti gardenia & minuman 3 in 1). 4. Ada gelongsor utk turun dari aras 3 ke aras 2 (menarik!). 5. Ada lif. 6. Ada Wi-Fi yg stabil. 7. Walking distance to Taiping Mall
1. Tiada tv di bilik (tapi ada Wi-Fi). 2. Seterika hanya di aras bawah (perlu turun gosok baju di bawah, betul2 menghadap pintu lif 😂). 3. Lampu semua bersambung di 1 suis. Tak boleh nak on berasingan. Bila on semua terlalu terang. Bila tutup nak tidur, terlalu gelap (kids takut bila terlalu gelap). Guna lampu meja pula warna lampu oren yg terang membuatkan tak selesa nak tidur (akhirnya kami guna lampu tandas, buka sedikit langsir supaya ada cahaya sedikit. 4. Ruang parking khas 6 petak sahaja. Kalau dapat parking di situ, memang tak akan keluar hingga check out 😂 Risau tak ada parking pula nanti.

Unfortunately not very sound proof, I could hear traffic on the road and unfortunately had a noisy family next door.
