The hotel is clean, easy parking, strategic and very convenient for my special son (disabilities).

Location is near to Taiping mall, eating places and Taiping lake is not that far! And i get the family room, spacious with 2 Queen/King beds. Plus it has EV charging stations. Near to mosque too!

Hotel is basic. No gym, no swimming pool. Parking can be a trouble during peak seasons. The bed sheet and pillow cases look old and they used torn pillow case to one of the pillow.

The location is near dining facilities, supermarkets, mosque and public transport. It is also close to interesting tourist attractions such as Taiping Lake Gardens, the Museum, and Taiping Zoo.

During my stay in room 116, the mattress was very noisy and squeaked every time I moved, making it difficult to sleep. I hope the hotel can address this issue.

Hotel sangat strategik, tengah² bandar Taiping, dekat dengan masjid, kedai makan banyak disekitar hotel, ada bank berhampiran, parking banyak disediakan

Staff was nice and it was close by everywhere I needed to go. Room was spacious.

The overall room was a bit dated and the ceiling was constantly leaking. Thankfully the staff was able to assist each time it started leaking again.

Good location. Lost of eateries within walking distance. All the popular street food is near by.

the family suite was very well big and spacious. the view from our unit was beautiful. would be nice if there were more cozy lights added.

the shower curtains had stains at the bottom which was an eyesore while having a shower. inside the toilet bowl still had some stains (not sure it was accumulated overtime even after cleaning). but it would help alot if the management took this into consideration as it involves customer's hygiene

Our room had some electrical short circuit (it was the whole floor) and had to request for a room change. The tap water was a bit rusty, need to let it run for a while before shower.

As always Legend Inn is the only place i stay if i come to Taiping. The room are spacious (Deluxe Triple Room) and the bed are comfy. Location is very strategic and next to a mosque and several eating place.

Rusty iron board. If only the iron and the board can be change for a new one. TV is not working.. cannot watch and also no movie channel to watch like last time. Hopefully the management can do something about this.

The stay was much less enjoyable compared to my previous visits. On Saturday night, there was a sudden power outage. After nearly 2 hours, I was informed that there was an electrical trip caused by an air-conditioning compressor problem. At almost midnight, we were forced to move all our belongings to another room. What disappointed me most was that the hotel did not offer any apology for the inconvenience caused to me as a guest. I am now considering removing this hotel from my list of preferred accommodations whenever I visit Taiping in the future

I would like to make a complaint regarding Room 129. At approximately 12:30 a.m., I was awakened by repeated loud knocking and banging noises around my room. The sounds appeared to come from outside the room and continued for some time. I checked with my friend staying in the adjacent room, who confirmed they had been asleep and were not responsible for the disturbance. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and ensure the safety and comfort of guests. Thank you.

Hotel was v v bad, carpets were grimey and there were large holes in the curtain. Toilet couldn’t flush properly and everything just felt dirty and u hygienic

Firstly checked in to room 201. Problem with the toilet and had to change to 107. 107 the bed was too small for me as I am 6ft 2in tall. The additional pillow we requested had a bad odor.

True to the name; its has been considerably upgraded from my first time stay >30 yrs ago, clean spacious room, right in city center, ample parking

Used to have a coffee house last time; now no more. Not a problem, many2 restaurant nearby 👌👍
