Reviewed Sep 19, 2026It was convenient location to the train station and in its own way it was ok value for money.
Dirty towels with poo marks on them were provided. The bathroom fan popped came off and hit the floor randomly. When we brought this to the owners attention was very rude but did change the towels over and fix the fan however his approach was very poor considering we are the paying customers.

We like a bit of a walk but things were still close by if we needed to get places quickly and when getting to the station to move to our next stop it is across the road. The room was tidy it kept a lot of the busy street sound out too. My wife and I were very happy and felt very safe and comfortable there.

La literie est confortable, la chambre spacieuse, la proximité de la gare (et de la navette pour l'aéroport) sont appréciables, mais si l'immeuble n'est pas situé dans le plus joli quarter de Bologne. C'est cependant très pratique. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la climatisation au vu de la chaleur.

Appartement was perfect. Heel fijn bed, super douche..en een geweldige airco. Wat waren we daar blij mee om nachts heerlijk te kunnen slapen. We hebben genoten en raden het iedereen aan!

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Die Unterkunft ist super zentral, war super sauber und es gab sogar noch kostenlose Snacks und Getränke. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls super geklappt.
Durch die zentrale Lage zum Bahnhof begegnet man durchaus natürlich auch einem teilweise besonderen Publikum. Wenn man direkt an der Eingangstür des Flures wohnt, bekommt man auch durchaus mit, wenn andere Gäste kommen. Dies hat uns aber nur wenig gestört.

Micul dejun a fost 2 biscuiti foarte buni, paine prajita, Nutella si dulceață, plus apa , lapte pentru cafea, plicuri de ceai si capsule pt aparatul de cafea. În camera sunt tacâmuri, un aparat de cafea si capsule noi zilnic, pe hol este un fierbător si cuptorul microunde. Este la bulevard, deci nu va așteptați sa nu se audă deloc zgomotul mașinilor. Al vecinilor nu s a auzit, am dormit foarte bine. Aer conditionat, tv, articole de igiena zilnic ne a adus. Se da cu mopul zilnic, se schimba prosoapele si tot ce e nevoie zilnic. Noi vom reveni cu drag. Chiar ne a plăcut mult.

Cleaned daily and bottled water and other refreshments / snacks provided daily. Great value and would highly recommend.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Wenn man nur einen Tag in der Stadt ist und am Folgetag früh mit dem Zug weiterreist, ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Auch das Haus selber ist sehr schön und altehrwürdig und an der Sauberkeit gibt es Nichts zu beanstanden.
Alles in Ordnung, aber das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist etwas aus den Fugen. Für dieses Geld bekommt man in anderen Städten ein 4* Zimmer mit sehr gutem Service und Frühstück.

Apprezzato kit per l'igiene. Trovare in camera macchina del caffè, bottigliette di acqua, una bottiglietta di latte senza lattosio oltre ad una piccola fornitura di prodotti per la colazione è senz'altro un valore aggiunto. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità.

Que no es lo que compre, quiero decir que en Booking no figuraba que fuera un Airbnb, todo por mensajes y claves de entrada, sin recepción, pero lo que mas sufrí es que pregunte si podía dejar las maletas ya que salia mi vuelo x la noche y sí podía pero en una habitación NO CERRADA CON LLAVE, podia acceder a ella cualquira que se hospedara en otras habitaciones, por lo tanto no la use y como tenia objetos fotograficos de valor nos fuimos al aeropuerto a pasar el día

Its not in the centre of old town, but Bologna is quite small and walkable.

The bedside tables were small without any drawer. The room's table is tiny. There is no descend place to cut bread and make eg sandwiches. There is no place, eg drawers, to empty your luggage. We kept everything in our luggage. This room is quite ok if you stay for a night or two. A longer stay requires more space for clothes etc. The toilet was draining and keeping noise. Was repaired on the 3rd day. The fridge is very small and not too cold. The safe-box was inoperable, with a low battery. Got then a real key to the safe. It did not work either; we did not have a safety box in our use as advertised. Having said all this, this place has potential, especially for a short stay. It has a good location and it is as clean as one could wish for.
