Luxury Station Suite

Annars super bra.

Very close to the train station. Easy instructions for checking in. Very clean space.

Pulizia e disponibilitá!

It was very convenient to the train station and the room was comfortable and clean.

Being close to the train station there was more unwanted activity outside of the building and the walk to and from the main square was a bit far thru some uncomfortable areas.

The location of the room was very convenient as it was so close to the train station. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

Entering the apartment with the app was tricky at first but we got used to it.

Easy and clear check in and a very kind and responsive host! Bed was super comfy and great facilities

Alesio was very receptive and helpful to our needs. Comfortable clean accommodation near train station convenient for travelling on

Gute Lage, sauber, flexibles Personal, das schnell antwortet!

No breakfast was purchased. The location is OK - close to transport. Once in the apartment - all was good.

The station Centrale area is a bit seedy. The electronic locks took some getting used to and did not always work. The no humans contact may be trendy but is not very interesting.

The host was highly responsive and provided very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. The property itself was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect—very convenient and just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore Bologna and catch our trains. Highly recommended!

Great instructions to access accommodation. Location to the station was great, but the room was still quiet

The hotel was perfect for the price we paid. A big room, huge comfortable bed, great bathroom with a powerful shower and lots of hot water, efficient air conditioning, a great little fridge with complimentary snack and drinks, five minutes from the railway station and an easy straightforward journey to the city centre by bus or foot. The communication was also excellent and instant and the entry system using your phone worked without a hitch.

If this is your first time using an entry via a WhatsApp link, it can be a bit unnerving but after your first use, it’s great. Spotting the entrance on the street can be slightly tricky first time too.

Modern and very clean

Tudo perfeito localização conforto superou a expectativa Parabéns pelo capricho

Pulizia e accoglienza perfetta, .

Easy access, good location, clean room and friendly staff.

Nothing really.

We travelled from Greece and stayed here for one night, from August 22nd to 23rd, and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the kindness and warm hospitality. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well cared for, and the location was extremely convenient, especially being so close to Bologna Centrale train station. A wonderful choice for a comfortable stay in Bologna. We would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Freundliche Kommunikation. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The room was spacious and clean. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The extra touch of breakfast was very unexpected and welcome.

It exceeded expectations

Super convenient spot, right across from the train station and an easy walk to all the main city sights. Our room was ready early, and they even let us check in without extra charge. Plus, there were little gifts waiting for us in the room!

The accommodation is close to the train station and city center. It was clean and very well equipped.

L’arredamento

Clean, modern, spacious room with large bed. Great communication from the host - simple late night check in procedure.

Not the nicest entrance/surrounding area, although very close to the train station and a 1.5km (20 min) walk to the centre. This didn't bother us.

The property was just a few minutes walk from the station so really convenient for visiting both Bologna and nearby cities. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the aircon functioned well and there was a selection of soft drinks and crisps in the minibar for our use. The check-in procedure was fairly simple. We really enjoyed our stay and would try to use Luxury Station Suite again when we next visit Bologna.

Earplugs are a must-have if you're a light sleeper, as there is some rail and road noise. However this was outweighed by all the positive features above.

Bardzo dobry kontakt . Swietne położenie blisko dworzec. Bardzo czyściutko. Pani Sprzątająca Bardzo miła i pomocna. Barek zaopatrzony w zimne napoje.

Great communication about how to check in with very friendly staff member. Very close to the train station so perfect if travelling to and from the city via train. A modern room that was clean and well maintained.

A 15 min approx walk to the centre of the city. was not really an issue for us but i would say not suitable for people who do not want to have to walk too far to get to the main attractions

It was located in a very good place, near train station and 15 min from the center. Early check in, something that was very useful for us. The owner, Alessio, was very helpful until the last minute. Our flight was late at night and we let the luggage in the hotel without extra cost. It was fantastic.

I can not say something that I didnt like

Very clean, good location, helpful staff, good communication

Location and clean

Habitaciones excelentes, en comodidad, servicios y limpieza.

Todo super bien.

The keyless entry system is absolutely revolutionary 😃The host is always supportive and available for any type of questions. We have easily found a parking spot nearby, and the old town is in a walking distance. There was also some compliments from the host - water, sort drinks, and some candies.

Sehr schönes, gut klimatisiertes Zimmer, kostenlose Minibar, Nähe zum Bahnhof

Konum

Her şey güzeldi

Very well located by the central station in Bologna. Only a 15 minute stroll into the centre of Bologna.

N/A

Very easy to access. Clean and the free minibar with sweets was s bonus especially due to the hot weather.

Nothing

They allowed us to leave our luggages in the room although we were too early. Alessio provided every details needed and was really helpful, he always replied quickly. Entering the property was easy with mobile phone (this is good so we don’t carry keys, but how about if I didn’t have internet connection?). We came from Venice and would go to Florance the other day, so it is really good that the hotel was near the train station and bus station. There is a good cafe downstairs at the corner for a quick breakfast. Also they left a magnet so we didn’t have to buy one 🙂 Minibar had cool drinks. The room was clean and OK for us, it even had a little balcony with chairs so we also sit there.

Shower cabin is not for an oversized person, I am not oversized but it is not easy to move. Neighborhood seems not secure, we wouldn’t prefer to be late. The hotel is 20-25 mins walk to the center, so if you want to stop by during the day, it is not easy. People entering or exiting the apartment would disturb you as they will make noise. The air conditioner was making noise too often; it makes a rotor noise for 3 seconds, then waits for some time an again the same rotor noise. Pillows were too soft for me.

Rent og pænt. Stor hjælpsomhed fra Alessio.

Great Check-In experience, we got free breakfast the day after. Grazie Mille.

Really nice apartment with a great shower and good air conditioning. External balcony was useful in the morning. Offered free breakfast and use of mini bar. Really close to train station and 10 to 15 min walk to all sites. Great host. All door opening via phone. Couldn’t fault anything either it, great stay.

Nothing

Camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevoli. Prezzo corretto per la zona.

Excellent rooms, very spacious and clean. Host was very friendly and handled an unexpected situation professionally. Great stay.

Easy check in process, clean rooms and great shower.

Alessio e stato così gentile con noi

Beim nächsten Stopp in Bologna unsere sichere Wahl.

Nessun inconveniente.

Everything is perfect

So chic and clean. We had an over night layover in bologna so it’s a 1 minute walk to/from the station. Excellent WiFi, most comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Our host Alessio was the best we’ve ever had. Definitely recommend.

Nothing wrong with the property, elevator to take you upstairs. Being close to the train station sometimes attracts seedy characters. We walked into town in the evening and took a taxi back home.

It was very clean and comfortable and quite. Came with a free mini bar and host was very attentive

There were issues with the draining in the shower and the location isn’t in the best place however it’s close to train station

Very clean, close to everything, Alessio a good host.

Host was outstanding. Facilitated an early check in after a long flight which was appreciated. Room was spotlessly clean.

The shower tray was very shallow which allowed water to escape into the floor.

Very clean, quite, the room is so spacious. And you can literally live in the middle of everything, me and my girlfriend could easily walk to every destination without a problem.

Nothing worth pointing out.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Very close to the railway station and bus stop for old city centre, which is 20 minutes walk. Good air conditioning, coffee machine, smart TV, free drinks and snacks.

The neighbourhood didn't feel safe on Sunday all day. The WiFi signal was very weak. The pillows were not very comfortable. The building and room doors open with a link in your mobile phone, which is a problem if you run out of battery.

The room was clean and comfy, just like the pictures. The acces was easy and modern, only by pressing buttons on my phone.

Location and cleanliness

Great location, easy check in and room facilities.

The property is decorated and furnished to a high standard and is very comfortable. If you are arriving by train, as we did, it is 100m from the station. In any way it is also an only a 15 min stroll into the wonderful centre of Bologna. I must also mention the host Alessio, who is brilliant. He responded instantly to all of my WhatsApp messages, which is very reassuring. He also left water and soft drinks in the mini fridge for us, which was a lovely touch. I noticed in other reviews, before I stayed, that some people have said that it was complicated to access the property. I cannot understand this! Alessio sent a link via text, click on the link and 3 buttons appear, one for each door. It really is that simple.

Zero

Super convenient to train. Quiet and comfortable. Host was very help with issues.

WiFi wasn’t connecting but worked with it.

Clean and close to the train station

Not a big issue but elevator is small but can fit 2 people and luggages.

Spacious, modern and comfortable room. Good location (just in front of the main train station and walking distance from the city centre). The host is very reactive and helpful. Water in the fridge offered, which is a nice gesture.

N/A

Receptionist on site. It is modern, spacious and clean.

Nil

Alessio is a great and friendly guy, always there to help.

The area in close proximity to the Central Railway Station is as you can imagine

This was a great sized room for a few nights stay in Bologna. Plenty of room to have suitcases open and not be super cramped. The bed was comfy and the room was well air-conditioned and clean. On a random note - the GHD hair dryer was epic - it was best my hair looked all trip.

The Vikey check in process was a bit involved, but the app was really functional and ultimately there were no problems. It was more personal preference to not be uploading photos of IDs online.

The location of the AirBnB worked great for us. It was steps away from the main train station and bus service to get around the city was right outside the door. We were able to do a quick walk across the street to take the Marconi Express train to the airport when we left. The suite was clean and bright. It was a great spot to base our stay in Bologna. There were several good restaurants in the area that were an easy walk away.

It was difficult to access the "apartment" - the booking contact supplied a WiFi link via email that didn't work on my phone, and was not a hot link in the email which made connection even harder. The password to use for WiFi was incredibly long. Then we got an http address to access the site to get the "buttons" used to open the streetside entry door, another button to access the door to the suite of apartments, and a 3rd button to access the suite. There was no contact with an individual or person. It did get noisy at night - walls were thin, could hear the people in the apartment above us.

Excellent host, very reliable and attending! Clean and well maintained space. Will chose it again for a stay.
