The rooms are modern, very clean and spacious . The property is well located in Catania central near to many restaurants , cafes and shops. The host has been very welcoming and friendly. Check in / out very fast. Parking available at an extra charge was a great additional service.

I have never left a review for a place I've stayed at before, but I just couldn't pass it up this time because our stay was absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotless, with daily cleaning service. The space is wonderful, beautifully combining the building's neoclassical features with modern aesthetics. It is in a very central location—close enough to walk anywhere, yet far enough to avoid the hustle and bustle of the center. As for Luciano, the host, words are not enough. He was incredibly polite and friendly, providing us with every piece of information we needed. Make sure to follow his advice on things to do and places to visit. If I ever visit Catania again, I know exactly where I'll be staying.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with lovely balconies and a large bathroom. The location is perfect, on one of the main streets with easy access to all the city’s main attractions. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, gave us great recommendations, and was always available when we needed anything. Daily room cleaning was also a big plus. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

It was located in the heart of Catania, in a spot where we could walk everywhere. The historic apartment building where the property was located was charming right from the entrance. The host was very kind. Even though breakfast wasn’t included in our reservation, he treated our son to croissants. On the first day, he came with me to the parking lot right next to the apartment and showed me how to pay. These were the little details that made us feel right at home. We were there at the end of May, and no difficulties to find a spot in the parking lot any time. Everything was great—thank you.

È stato il miglior posto in cui la nostra famiglia (di 4 persone) abbia mai soggiornato. La casa, la posizione e l'ospitalità del proprietario: tutto era semplicemente perfetto. L'edificio è meraviglioso. Inoltre, c'è un garage a pochissima distanza, il che ha reso gli spostamenti della nostra famiglia estremamente comodi e senza stress. La camera era super pulita e confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la disposizione dei letti: in un unico grande spazio, un letto grande e due letti singoli erano idealmente separati, offrendoci il massimo del comfort. I pavimenti e i soffitti secolari, uniti a un arredamento moderno, creano un connubio fantastico tra passato e presente. Ma il punto di forza è stato sicuramente il proprietario: davvero gentilissimo e sempre presente per ogni nostra esigenza. E la colazione? Il pane caldo appena sfornato era semplicemente eccezionale per tutti noi! Se torneremo a Catania, alloggeremo sicuramente di nuovo qui. Grazie di cuore per tutto da parte di tutta la famiglia, consigliatissimo!

Апартаменты в старом доме, с высоченными потолками и умопомрачительной лепкой на потолке. Очень чисто, удобная кровать и вид из окна.

There are 4 rooms in total, we stayed at the triple one. The rooms are very spacious with high ceilings, a plus that they have AC, we couldn't have slept well without it as in June is pretty warm. The host is very very nice and helpful. We would come back any time. Also it's a 10 minutes walk to the city center.

You can hear everything from both outside and inside, but it’s not really a nuisance and I am a really light sleeper, didn't need earplugs.

Everything was great. The landlord was very helpful and welcoming. We were given free chilled water upon arrival. The room itself is very spacious with nice interior design, especially the bathroom. To enter the room you are going through a beautiful courtyard, which made a pleasant experience.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt im Zentrum und ist auch vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick vom Balkon! Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen!

Super Gastgeber. Ist während des Frühstücks für die Gäste da und gibt Infos. Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einem historischen Palazzo an guter Lage. Via Etnea wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort kann man Richtung Dom und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten flanieren.

Luciano is an incredible host who goes above and beyond, making you feel instantly welcome and helping out with everything from local trips and advice and even arranged our trip back to the airport. Staff are very friendly too. Room: Beautiful, spacious, and bright, featuring a lovely blend of historic high ceilings and modern, comfortable amenities. Cleanliness: The entire property and bathroom are spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. Location: Perfect central location on Via Umberto I, making it an easy walk to Via Etnea, Villa Bellini, public transport, and fantastic local restaurants. Overall: A wonderful, high-value experience that makes you feel right at home in Sicily.

B&B situato in centro a Catania. Abbiamo usufruito della struttura per una notte dovendo rimanere in città. A piedi si raggiungono in modo comoda i punti più interessanti. Struttura accogliente e curata; personale molto disponibile in tutto, anche nel dare indicazioni turistiche. Stanza quadrupla molto ampia e comoda con tutti i servizi necessari. Si vede la cura nei dettagli ed anche nelle piccole cose. Caffè, bollitore con tisane e frigorifero in camera apprezzati.

Non c’è nulla che non sia piaciuto.

The room was big enough, it was clean and the air conditioning worked very well.

The Internet connection might be too slow. For us the connection interrupted from time to time while watching a video stream from the hotel room.

The room was very big and the beds were good. Bathroom was also quite big. Lots if good restaurants were nearby. Breakfast was good and served personally by the owner who was very helpful and chatty. The building itself was grand old high ceiling four floors with several occupants.

Two sides of the room were facing very busy roads and hence noisy. Location was somewhat away from the historic centre although you could reach there in 20 minutes on foot.

The building was very unique but the apartment had all the modern facilities. Luciano was very professional and helped with getting the cars in the private parking. The building architecture was really interesting and it was close to many shops and restaurants.

Driving to the area was kind of difficult on the crowded narrow streets, but any thing close to the downtown area would be the same. the private parking was good.

The floor a bit sticky, our room is at the corner of 2 busy streets and next door to the parking place, so we can hear the roar of motorcycle and cars honking their horns all day and night, we could barely sleep even with earplugs on. Breakfast too simple.

Kedves, rugalmas, segítőkész tulajdonos. A szállás jó elhelyezkedésű, a szoba tiszta, mindennel felszerelve, kávé- és teakészítési lehetőséggel. A reggeli is finom volt, édes és sós választékkal. Parkolás lehetőség zárt parkolóban. A csomagjainkat ott hagyhattuk a reptérre való indulásunkig. Minden tökéletes volt!

The room waz very large. The beds were large and comfortable. My queen bed actually had a queen mattress instead of 2 mattresses pushed together.

Ottima soluzione per visitare la città a piedi, la struttura è pulitissima e c'è tutto il necessario per godersi un soggiorno a Catania. Le stanze sono moderne e fornite di tutti i confort, la colazione è stata ottima e lo staff super accogliente dal titolare a Jenny, che ci hanno ospitate con professionalità e gentilezza, facendoci sentire fin da subito a nostro agio.

Wunderschöner, historischer Palazzo mit hohen, renovierten Räumen und Fenstern. Lage sehr zentral und die Möglichkeit, einen privaten, abgesperrten Parkplatz zu nutzen. Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Nachts ist es draußen von der Straße wirklich laut, weshalb auch Ohropax bereit gestellt werden. (Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, aber vielleicht als Information für alle, die einen seichten Schlaf haben.)

Wir hatten Apartment Nummer vier mit Fenstern zu zwei Seiten und einem richtig großen Zimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert. Der Host war super nett und alles war sehr sehr sauber. Wir haben das Hotel jetzt zwei bis sehr spät abends am Flughafen angekommen sind und es war prima innerhalb von 15 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Wir haben den Mietwagen dann am nächsten Tag genommen.

Le logement est décoré avec grand goût. L’espace est très agréable, le bâtiment a beaucoup de charme. On a accès très rapidement aux quartiers à visiter ou aux rues animées pour dîner. Nous sommes arrivés jour de marché, tout près du B&B : c’était très chouette. Petit déjeuner correct et personnel agréable et très serviable.

Difficile sans doute de concilier logement central et silence… Les nuits ont été un peu compliquées jusqu’à 1h30/2h on entend des voitures, des kaxons et parfois des passants. Pas insurmontable mais à savoir… Nous avons eu un problème avec un lit qui grinçait terriblement. Il faudrait le signaler pour réparer ou changer.

Der Gastgeber ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das palastartige Haus wirkt wie eine Festung mit Innenhof. Tiefgaragenplatz steht zur Verfügung, es gibt aber auch freie „blaue“ Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und haben eine gigantische Deckenhöhe, Dusche und Toilette sind getrennt. Zum Frühstück gibt’s frische Brötchen und Croissants direkt vom Bäcker. Der Park, die Haupteinkaufsstraße und das Kneipenviertel sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. Besondere Erwähnung verdient der Fahrstuhl. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do większości zabytków można dojść pieszo . Dla osób które chcą zwiedzić dalsze miasta w pobliżu są przystanki autobusowe . Bez problemu dojechaliśmy do Taorminy. Pokój czysty i klimatyczny w starej kamienicy . Największym plusem był jednak miły i pomocny personel.

Великолепный гостевой дом с отличным расположением, пешком можно дойти до центра, парка, автобусного вокзала, район хороший, здание и парадная - как дворец. Владелец отеля - прекрасный и добрый человек, номер большой современный и просторный, чистый и удобный, завтрак - супер (есть все: хлеб, ветчина, сыр, йогурт, сладкое, вкусный кофе, сок). В номере есть небольшой балкон, куда можно вытащить стулья и попить вечером вино с отличным видом на небольшую площадь. Номер убирают каждый день. Все очень понравилось, большой привет и спасибо за гостеприимство.
