L'hôtel ETNEA 454 est un hôtel situé près du centre historique de Catane. C'est un petit hôtel, mais très moderne, très propre, les chambres sont très joliment décorées, propres et confortables. Et surtout l'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux, malheureusement je n'ai pas retenu le nom de notre hôte à l'accueil et qui s'occupait de la salle de petit déjeuner. Cet homme est extrêmement courtois, charmant, attentionné, disponible et d'une grande gentillesse. il prépare pour chaque client les boissons chaudes au petit déjeuner et fournit de nombreux conseils. La salle de petit déjeuner est certes petite mais il n'y a jamais eu de problème de place et nous y avons séjourné à 4 pendant 4 nuits. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. La femme de ménage est également très agréable.

Rien. Tout était bien, il manquait peut-être un petit peu de charcuterie de volaille (uniquement la charcuterie de porc était proposée) pour les palais salés, mais il y avait du bon fromage.

Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Facile check-in. Colazione abbondante e buonissima con torte fresche ogni mattina e servizio al tavolo. Andersen ci ha accompagnate in tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno.

Room felt a little small and the location is a little far from the center 15mins walk. 30mins walk to a good beach.

The location is ideal and the rooms were spacious and clean. No noise whatsoever! Anderson was always ready to answer our queries.

AC did not get the room called and we asked multiple times to have it corrected.

Nagyon jó helyen van, a centrum és a nevezetességek pár perc sétára vannak. A szobák nagyon szépek, modernek, tökéletes a tisztaság, kedves a személyzet!

A reggeli 7-10 között van, az utolsó napunkon 9 után pár perccel értünk le az étterembe, és már nem volt semmilyen felvágott, csak 2 szelet sajt meg kenyér, ezért saját költségünkre vásároltunk sonkát, kolbászt, sajtot, zöldséget.Zöldség terén is nagy hiányosság volt, minden nap pár db fonnyadt koktélparadicsomot tettek ki. Rosszul esett, hogy azzal, hogy” sajnáljuk elfogyott” el volt intézve a probléma, és a hölgy végig nézte, ahogy a saját ételeinket fogyasztjuk.

Uma excelente opção para se hospedar em Catânia. A localização é ótima, bem próxima ao centro da cidade, com boa oferta de bares, restaurantes e mercados na região. O quarto é bem confortável e muito limpo. E com janelas que vedam totalmente a acomodação, proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquilo. Sem contar com o atendimento do Anderson, um ótimo profissional que dá muitas dicas para aproveitar o melhor que a cidade oferece!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, jest to praktycznie centrum miasta, około 15 minut do przystanku, z którego można dojechać do Syrakuz i Taorminy. Pokój ładnie urządzony, codziennie sprzątany. Pokój niezbyt duży, ale na dwie osoby idealny, za to łazienka dosyć spora. Śniadania smaczne, ale raczej w stylu wloskim czyli na slodko. Chociaż ja preferująca raczej bialkowe śniadania też się najadalam. Pan właściciel samodzielnie parzył pyszną kawę. Przyjechaliśmy już o 8:00 rano, ale nasz pokój był wolny, więc mogliśmy się zameldować.

I had a wonderful stay at Etnea 454 Luxury Apartments. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host, Anderson, was friendly, responsive, and made the whole check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Even though I only stayed for one night, I felt very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I would happily stay again and highly recommend Etnea 454 Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Catania.

Que hubiese tenido parquing.

A localização é excelente! Na principal via da região central de Catânia. Fica a uma distancia conveniente da estação central. O quarto onde ficamos tem um tamanho muito bom assim como o banheiro. Um box do tamanho a que estamos acostumados no Brasil, em se tratando de Itália! Mas vai um elegido e destaque especial ao Anderson, brasileiro radicado na Itália e que administra o GH. Anderson é muito gentil, prestativo , sempre disposto a dar as melhores dicas e informações! Mesmo para quem fala italiano ou inglês, é muito bom quando encontramos um brasileiro para ajudar! Nota dez! Café da manhã correto! Para nós foi suficiente!

A única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco foi o barulho do aparelho de ar condicionado.

Acomodação muito bem localizada, limpa, com excelente café da manhã e que ainda conta com um funcionário brasileiro (Anderson) que nos auxiliou em tudo com muita simpatia.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. One of the biggest advantages is the very wide breakfast selection. Everyone can choose exactly what they want, both sweet and savory. The hotel is very clean. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, and the room is thoroughly cleaned before departure. It is also very easy to leave luggage after check out, which is very convenient. But that is not the end of the positives. Mr Anderson is the kindest person we have ever met. He explained everything in detail and made sure that our stay and experience at the hotel were even better. We did not have high expectations for Catania, but this place exceeded everything. We highly recommend it. The location is great, very close to the main street, and at the same time it is quiet and peaceful.

Had searched for places with parking. It’s actually a few blocks away. I thought it had parking on site. It wasn’t too bad to fine but I had been mistaken about the parking.

Local do café muito pequeno, falta de prato para substituir o usado e os frios não eram repostos. A porta de entrada bate muito forte e quando alguém chega tarde o barulho incomoda o sono.

The room was comfortable and the staff are amazing. Location was perfect. Easy walk to and from the city center. Numerous, excellent places to eat and drink.

This was our first stay at Etnea 454, and we were very pleased with our choice. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Catania, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. The nearby bus stops made it very convenient to explore the city and surrounding areas. Our room was spacious, with plenty of room for our luggage and personal belongings. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options to choose from each morning. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend Etnea 454 to anyone visiting Catania.

O que mais nos impressionou foi o tratamento dispensado pelos funcionários. O Anderson nos fez sentir em casa, brasileiro , facilitou muito nossa estadia oferecendo gentilmente indicações de bons restaurantes, agendamento de transporte para o aeroporto e muito mais. Uma excelente pessoa. A Cláudia, também brasileira muito simpática e disposta a bem servir. Não poderíamos deixar de mencionar a Alina, a doce italiana que ficou encarregada de nos receber e providenciar todas as facilidades iniciais. Devo dizer que as instalações são novas, modernas e absolutamente confortáveis. Indico a todos que quiserem um ótimo hotel, o Etnea 454.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Die Aussicht war dadurch natürlich eingeschränkt, aber dafür war es sehr ruhig. Die Lage war sehr gut, es war alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Frühstück war ok, aber nichts besonderes. Das könnte man mit wenig Aufwand leicht verbessern. Man hört Badezimmergeräusche der Nachbarzimmer.

Location is very convenient in the central part of the city. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast.

Smell in elevator. It is important to let the hotel stuff know about approximate time of your arrival. This is small hotel and sometimes there is nobody in front desk.

The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, 10 min walk to the center with easy access to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Parking was also surprisingly easy to find on the nearby streets, which made everything even more convenient.

Aufgrund des Lufthansastreiks mussten wir spontan eine Nacht in Catania verbringen. Die Buchung und Kommunikation lief sehr unkompliziert und auch mein Wunsch, das Zimmer noch etwas länger zu nutzen, weil ich eine berufliche Viko hatte, wurde erfüllt. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und nicht laut, alles Top und wäre bei einem weiteren Besuch in jedem Fall unsere erste Wahl. Ganz besonders danken wir dem netten Team von ETNEA 454, die für jedes Frage eine zufriedenstellende Lösung hatten.

El personal muy amable, además las habitaciones estaban preparadas y pudimos utilizarlas nada más llegar antes de la hora del check-in. Nos recomendaron el restaurante Alle para cenar, un acierto! La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y el desayuno con bastantes opciones.

Una pena que la climatización de la habitación no se pudiera controlar: demasiado calor en la habitación para dormir. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas para refrescarla, pero entraban mosquitos.

Dalla colazione mi sarei aspettato qualche cosa di più, un pò basica l'offerta. Come ho già detto le camere sono molto belle e molto confortevoli, il bagno bello e spazioso; peccato che il deviatore da doccione a doccino non funzionava molto bene. Il doccino perdeva acqua. La perete in vetro della doccia non era ben sigillta e purtroppo lasciava uscire l'acqua sul pavimento. Si tratta chiaramente di una segnalazione che vuole migliorare già l'ottimo servizio.

Отличный номер с современным ремонтом, всё новое и чистое. Тёплый пол — большой плюс, очень комфортно. Доступ в отель по карточке. Ресепшен не круглосуточный. Персонал внимательный к просьбам и доброжелательный. Завтрак: варёные яйца, нарезка колбаса, сыр, фрукты, свежая выпечка, капучино и чай. Удобно добираться от аэропорта — автобусная остановка находится недалеко от отеля.

Clean, spacious and organized. Anderson was very courteous and helpful. He gave us a map with touristic points to visit. The hotels is walk distance to most of the good points in the city. Breakfast included was very good also. We got to Catania the same day Sant’Agata festivities started and was an unforgettable experience.

Bardzo czysto i świetna obsługa. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje zachwycają czystością. Śniadania Bardzo dobre, a Pan który je przygotowuje dba o każdego gościa serwując przy tym wyśmienitą kawę. Jeżeli ponownie wrócimy do Katani to właśnie do tego obiektu.

Nevim, zda se v Catania da pro ubytovani najit lepsi lokalita, byli jsme tam jen 1noc, ale vecerni prochazku po okoli jsme radeji vynechali. Prosteradlo na posteli je podsite neco jako igelitem kvuli znecisteni matrace, chapu, ale v noci nam bylo silene vedro, protoze postel zespodu nedychala. Jinak pokud se chystate do Catania na kratky pobyt, tento maly hotel urcite doporucuji.
