Barbara and Gregory couldn't have been friendlier.. we were given a great welcome. The breakfast we had was the best breakfast we have had, ever - fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, compot and granola, fluffy pancakes, homemade bread and cooked items.

A lovely property in a fantastic location … pubs and restaurants just around the corner .. ideal for not having to drive and free street parking right outside the accommodation which was fantastic

Comfortable beds , great in room facilities and above all , a great sleep !! The breakfast was incredible , such a great selection and it has been a long time since I ate a cooked breakfast of such quality ingredients. The breakfast was fantastic.

Very convenient accommodation right in the centre of Kilrush. Was travelling alone and room whilst small was perfectly adequate for my needs. Didn’t avail of breakfast but by all accounts it’s superb. Very convenient on street parking outside. Totally recommend.

Friendly, comfotable & clean. Beakfasr deserves a mention, although exrra, it was a 5 * home made feast!!

Being on a motorbike, id always prefer a car park. However, street parking was free and right outside the property. A good 2nd best

Very friendly people. Room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast was amazing best we have had anywhere full of choices and even a bag to takeaway any leftovers. Would definitely recommend staying 5 star service. Just a pity we stayed Monday when restaurant wasn’t open we would love to have had an evening meal.

Everything about Zoe bistro exceeded our expectations. Greg and Barbara clearly care about their guests’ experience and them as people. Not to mention the breakfast was the best one we had on our entire trip. We’d absolutely recommend this location to anyone traveling through County Clare.

Loved the space. Being in the sun room you wouldn't realise you were in town and equally if you want to look out at the town in the kitchen you can. Breakfast was the star of the show. Fabulous. We enjoyed a swim at cappa beach, the playground and the walled gardens during our visit. We would return.

Upper floor room was hard enough to cool down but I think that's a universal problem and a fan was provided. Couldn't leave velux open due to rain showers.

Fantastic B&B. Added bonus of the most amazing breakfast - honestly the best one we had whilst we were in Ireland. Well worth it! Greg and Barbara were so welcoming. We wish them every continued success with their business.

It was an excellent stay. Just one night on our way south. The whole property is very tastefully decorated and very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable (I got over 8 hours sleep). Lovely touches such as a fridge and plates, bowls and cutlery for any food you bring in yourself. The breakfast was exceptional. Fresh fruit salad, yogurt, fruit and granola compote, orange juice, tea or a wide choice of coffee and a deliciously cooked hot breakfast.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Spacious room, attractively furnished. Very comfortable bed. A clean and fresh feel. Great en-suite bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast - it just kept coming- particularly loved the freshly cut fruit salad, granola and yogurt compote, freshly made pancakes and croissant - and then a cooked option!

Struttura bella pulita e comoda. Ci hanno omaggiato la colazione perche la stanza era un po’ piccola (era perfetta). La colazione è stata una sorpresa speciale!! Tutto buonissimo e quantitá enormi! Consiglio di prenotarla se avete la possibilità!

The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Ireland. The location was centrally located which was within walking distances to the restaurants and the Marina.

E Barbara e Greg gentilissimi :) Posizione della struttura ottima, kilrush e'molto piccola e tranquilla,bella marina,atmosfera molto rilassata

Greg and Barbara are wonderful hosts. We stayed with our daughter and the rooms were adjacent with connecting floor that was separated by a door from the stairs. We appreciated the privacy and that it was very quiet, but at the same time centrally located. The rooms and breakfast area are renovated beautifully. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

To nasz kolejny pobyt w tym cudownym miejscu. Wszystko było perfekcyjne. Śniadania to prawdziwy sztos. Pokoje czyste. Zoe Bistro & Accommodation to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać. Właściciele stworzyli przytulne miejsce z rodzinną atmosferą. Logistycznie bardzo dobrze położone. Jedynie 10 min jazdy samochodem od Kilkee, gdzie znajdują się niesamowite klify. Polecam i na pewno wrócimy tam nie raz.

Breakfast costs extra but is exceptional, varied and generous.The hosts are very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Barbara and Greg could not have been more helpful or attentive. Lovely accommodation and the breakfast was the best any of us have ever had and we’ve stayed in a fair amount of hotels. Would highly recommend ☺️

We couldn't have been made more welcome from start to finish. The room was very comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was five star. We came down to fresh OJ, fresh fruit, yogurt and homemade granola, homemade treacle bread and jam, fresh pancakes, croissants and coffee and a beautifully presented hot breakfast. Much more than we could eat! The location is right in town next to all the shops, cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the marina. Ideal.

Barbara und Greg sind Gastgeber aus tiefstem Herzen. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Greg hat uns Start zwei Doppelzimmern ein riesiges Appartement zur Verfügung gestellt. Einfach zauberhaft! Zum Abendessen war das Bistro leider geschlossen, aber wir haben gute Empfehlungen bekommen. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich! Mit soviel Liebe zubereitet und viel zu viel, sodass Barbara die Reste für unterwegs für uns eingepackt hat. Wir brauchen bis zum Abend nichts mehr! Und das Frühstück lässt auf das Abendessen schließen, dass das auch sehr gut sein muss! Also wenn Greg euch sagt, dass die 15 Euro fürs Frühstück es wert sind, dann vertraut ihm ruhig! Die beiden machen das aus Passion, dass spürt man. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

The place was very cozy and big, all the spaces provided a rich forniture. The owners were extremely kind and gave us information and advice for our next routes. Although the breakfast was not included, for a fair price we were served a delicious meal, with many choices and possibilities.

The breakfast is a Michellin star experience. I never rave about food but this is something so special you have to book this place just to experience it. I am saying no more. Our room was lovely, and Barbara and Greg were amazing. It was an absolute joy to stay at Zoe Bistro! Thank you!

Friendly, welcoming owners; comfortable bed, great shower and attention to details that make your stay more comfortable. The breakfast cost extra but it was 100% worth it! The best breakfast i had traveling the past 3 weeks. They even gave me a bag to take some baked goods with me. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Beautiful rooms, with everything we needed for our stay. Our little girl loved having her own room with plenty space. Really nice touch to have a microwave, fridge and plates/forks knives etc. So handy for snacks on the go. Breakfast was outstanding. 5 stars all round for Greg and Barbara.
