L’hotel està ubicat a prop de l’aeroport i de Negombo. L’habitació és molt àmplia, té un bon aire acondicionat, dutxa amb aigua calenta i un llit súper còmode. L’atenció va ser excel·lent, en Kevin fins i tot es va llevar a les 5.30h per acomiadar-nos i ens va ajudar amb el transport.

The room is big and has a small kitchenette. Breakfast is good and you have a nice view from the terrace. The location is near the airport.

Really friendly staff, incredible breakfast and room. Really nice bathroom and comfy bed. Perfect for my transit to the airport, but could equally stay a couple nights and spend one day exploring Negombo.

Clean, close to airport

Far from restaurants but you can use pick me to have food delivered. Breakfast was only OK, I only got a lot of sweet / sugar stuff.

The garden room view was super cute and comfortable, including a fan, aircon and hot water. The breakfast on the rooftop was supreme and Kevin, our host, was incredibly friendly and helped us out with good food recommendations in the area and a taxi driver to the south.

Me and my partner stayed for one night to reach our early flight the next morning to at Colombo airport. The host is super nice, the apartment has a big size, is clean and furnitured comfortably. The host prepared a nice breakfast for us at 6:00am on the beautiful roof terrace with nice sunrise.

The rooms were superb: clean, modern and spacious. The accommodation is very close to the airport, which made it very convenient for us. The host is extremely friendly, he helped us arrange transportation to the airport and even made us take-away breakfast very early in the morning!

Newly renovated, spacious rooms with kitchen, comfy bed, aircon and modern bathroom. We stayed here because we arrived on a late flight and it was only a 10 minute drive from the airport. The host was lovely and cooked us breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again for its convenience and cleanliness.

We couldn’t figure out how to use the hot water as there were lots of different taps and pipes, but you don’t really need hot water because Sri Lanka is so warm :)

A 10' del aeropuerto. Buena atención por parte del propietario que nos preparó un "early breakfast" para llegar a tiempo a nuestro vuelo.

New hotel super clean comfy bed Wi-Fi and aircon were good and staff wear super friendly. The location was on a quiet side street and close to the airport so very convenient for flights in and out.

There was a flat screen TV in the room but when I was there there where no cable channels but not a problem for me as I carry an external hard drive and a Google Chromecast.

We stayed a couple of nights at Western Sky before flying out of the country and Kevin was so helpful with everything. He is a really nice man, he worked in Italy for many years and we even spoke Italian together which was nice. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The room was quite large and comfortable, the bed also very good and we slept well and in general, the building is new and you can tell he really takes good care of it. We recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo or wants to be close to the airport.

Hele mooie kamer, precies zoals op de foto! Op een handige plek voor of na je vlucht, 10 minuutjes rijden naar het vliegveld. Grote supermarkt op loopafstand, top! Ook nog eens een hele aardige eigenaar met snelle en goede communicatie. Kan niet beter!

Cerca del aeropuerto (muy cómodo para pasar la primera y/o última noche en Sri Lanka), muy limpio y el personal super amable. El desayuno incluido estaba increíble.

Los enchufes de este hotel solo aceptan el adaptador tipo G (británico). La mayoría de sitios en Sri Lanka son es el tipo D y o multi-enchufe. Es el único inconveniente.

Wonderful service by Kevin, the owner, who checked us in after midnight, organised a driver for us and cooked us the best breakfast!

Perfect place to start/end your Sri Lanka trip. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The room is huge, well equipped, bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he packed us takeaway breakfast which was perfect before our early flight. The place is only 3 minute away from Negombo Lagoon, perfect to watch the sunset, and 5 minutes from a big supermarket where you can find everything :)

Perfect location for the airport, off the busy main road so nice and quiet, but very close. Modern minimalist room, nice and large with effective air con. Host Kevin is just lovely and organised a tuk tuk for our 6.30 am pick up to get us to the airport. Amazing value for money.

Only 10 minutes away from CMB Airport. Clean and sufficient for a night stay. The host was very friendly and flexible. Recommended.

It’s located conveniently close to the airport, it’s surprisingly quiet, and it’s very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay for one night in between other travel plans! The host also went out of his way to organize our breakfast at an earlier time because of our travel schedule.

Western Sky is in a really beautiful neighbourhood in Negombo and very close to the lagoon which is lovely. The hotel itself has very spacious and clean rooms, lovely balconies to enjoy the sun on and is also very close to the airport which was really convenient for flights back home. Our host was very friendly and spoke perfect English, he was also very flexible about getting our breakfast early so we could eat before the flight.

Very friendly staff, made the saty comfortable! Also clean and neat room. The terrace has a nice view and good shade to keep you cool during meals :)

Clean, comfortable, spacious room with electric hot shower and kitchen with fridge. Great tasty local breakfast. Good location not far from the airport with excellent supermarket and local restaurants nearby. Not a tourist area so more interesting and better value. The owner Kevin is fluent in English and Italian. Uber Van for three to the airport is R900 = $3.

Very minor point but would recommend balcony rooms over garden room - the garden is quite small so mainly a view of a wall!

Great stay! - Big room with a seating area, table and chairs - Kitchen area that included a mini fridge, kettle, sink, cups and spoons - Hot water! Water heater in shower. Two large bath towels provided along with two smaller ones for hands or hair - Big bed with 4 comfortable pillows. A nightstand beside bed - A/C and fan worked well - Flat screen TV - Drying rack - Big armoire with a few hangers - Large patio space - Delicious breakfast in the morning Location perfect for travel to the airport!

Great place, massive and even with a small kitchen! Super clean, quiet, comfortable, good shower. I only wish every place in SL was this high quality for this price. It's far away from the tourist strip/beach but in my opinion this is a good thing, it is OK to reach in a tuk tuk though. It's also nearer the airport. There's some local places to eat nearby instead which was far more enjoyable - go buy some rotisserie chicken and BBQ from the lovely guy round the corner if you come out, turn left onto the main road then turn right! It's very close and was nice & fresh. Host is a good guy, enjoyed having a chat with him in the morning at breakfast.

The host, Kevin is so friendly and welcoming. He also speaks Italian! The rook is fantastic value for money, it’s large, bright, clean and nicely decorated. There was a fridge in the room and kettle etc and hairdryer you can ask for if needed. We had a nice breakfast on the terrace with fresh fruit and some Sri Lankan specialties as well as toast, jam etc. Kevin stayed with us as we waited for our taxi to the airport and waved us off. Airport was about a 10-15 minute uber drive. There are walkable supermarkets, cafes, hot food places although the main road is very busy so careful crossing! Western sky is set off on a side street and was very peaceful. It was a perfect spot for the night before the airport. A good rest, clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay the night before going to the airport. Spacious and clean room and close to the airport. The host helped us with getting a tuktuk in the morning, when Uber didn't work out.

We asked for breakfast at 6:15am and were told that we could not have a full breakfast that early. That seems a bit sad for a hotel so close to the airport where people must leave early quite often. It's just not very service-oriented. But ok. What was really a bit sad was that we were told we could have coffee, fruit, and toast. We were provided with that but then there was no coffee at all, not even a small pack of instant coffee. Why that was the case is beyond me and it seems very easy to just put some instant coffee next to the tea.

It‘s a really nice and clean room. Also the owner is so nice and helpful. The breakfast was so delicious as well! It’s close to the Airport, so for us it was so great staying here for our first day in Sri Lanka!

Conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a bar fridge and kettle. A healthy breakfast is provided in the mornings. Kevin kindly allowed me to leave some of my luggage at the B&B which I would collect on my return.

Good apartment for an affordable and sufficiently clean and comfortable stay in Colombo close to the airport. Friendly host. Delicious "fruits and bread" breakfast. Would stay again for a night or two if I want to be in this part of town or close to the airport. Additionally there is a big supermarket in close 3min walking distance. We had no mosquitos in our room. Bed was comfortable enough and the air conditioner was working well. There was no bad or moldy smell in our room which is another big plus. Generally the building is in good shape.
