Excellent stay especially for couples. Very beautiful and easily accissable from the central train station and bus terminal. Great hosts. Ask them any travel queries they are always available

Posizione perfetta a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei treni , dei bus e dal centro storico (duomo) di Catania. Valeria è stata disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta e necessità, camera pulita , servizio pulizia ogni mattina con cambio asciugamani ogni volta si volesse. Frigo bar in camera molto comodo .

La doccia non aveva la maniglia interna quindi era molto difficile aprirla e chiuderla ma comunque funzionante.

Veldig fin og koselig B&B nær sentrum. Rommet var moderne med gode senger. Vi hadde god kommunikasjon med vertene. Vi avtalte flyplasstransport tur/retur dagen vi kom og dagen etterpå. Dette var veldig praktisk i starten på ferien før vi blir kjent med øya. Vi fikk mange tips om hva vi burde se og gode restaurant/pizza steder.

Vi forventet litt mer av frokosten på et B&B. Helt ok med italiensk frokost og at vi måtte gå til en kafe for å få frokost. Da v kom der kunne vi velge 3 ting. Feks 2 kaffe og 1 kake. Eller 2 kaker, men da bare en kaffe. Vi regnet med at vi fikk hver vår kaffe og hver vår kake. Det ble til at vi kjøpte kaffe og noe mer å spise.

It was a very cozy, modern room close to the station which was very convenient for us. The owner was super nice, giving advice about the area. One of the tips and hints was the restaurant Sicilia in Bocca which was great!

I booked a room with 2 beds but we got double bed by mistake but the lady compensated by not charging us the city tax. The AC was very weak even on the lowest temperature

The location is very good, around 10 mins walk to the railway station and 15mins to the old town. Our flight was delayed, and we ordered the pickup service from the owner. Very friendly couple! They also shared a lot of info about the late meals and visiting points. There's a shared kitchen with a view of the harbour. The room has plenty of space to open the luggages! Powerful AC, which is necessary during the summer.

The water pressure in the shower seemed a bit low that night.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, schön und vollumfänglich eingerichtet, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter in allen Fenstern und gut gelegen (nahe Bahnhof) Der Eingangsbereich wie in manchen Rezensionen vorab beschrieben, empfanden wir als Kritikpunkt nicht gerechtfertigt. Valeria war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, absolute Empfehlung. Unser Gepäck durften wir nach dem Check-Out auch Zwischenlagern.

La posizione è ottima, vicina a pasticcerie tipiche e a 10/15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni del centro. Valeria, la proprietaria, è stata sempre molto disponibile anche con suggerimenti molto validi su cosa fare e vedere. Le camere sono pulite e accoglienti. Si trova facilmente parcheggio gratis o a pagamento nei dintorni. C'è l'ascensore per arrivare al piano desiderato, quindi è comodo anche per persone che fanno fatica con le scale (noi viaggiavamo con due anziani). Pur essendo rimasti una notte sola, credo che il B&B sia valido anche per più notti (c'è anche una cucina condivisa che si può usare per fare colazioni o pranzi).

Wir waren 2 Nächte im bb stella. Die Kommunikation vorher und während des Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Wir bekamen genaue Informationen, um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu haben. Das 3Bettzimner lag ruhig, war gut möbliert und sehr sauber. Das gilt auch für das Bad , welches aber sehr klein ist. Sehr angenehm war die gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche mit einem Balkon. Unser Frühstück haben im "Pellegrino" eingenommen ( 5 min entfernt ) , sehr empfehlenswert. Unser Aufenthalt in Catania war sehr schön, auch wegen der Unterkunft im bb und der Freundlichkeit von Valeria und Valerio.

Within walking distance of the station - about 10 minutes. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Owner helpful with suggestions for eating and for local attractions, and easy to contact.

It has a balcony though this is unusable. 'Courtyard view' is a view of other residences and not at all appealing. No seating on balcony and it is used to store excess items by owner. Noise from residences across courtyard very intrusive during the day - yelling, tv etc. - though quiet at night. Noise from other guests of B&B was intrusive when they were using communal areas. Not a lot nearby, decent walk to most things. Owner failed to mention tourist tax until 8.00pm on the night before our early departure which was a nuisance as we then had to find this cash. Previous reviews have rated this property much higher than our experience.

Es war sehr hell und geräumig. Genug Platz für alles. Die Lage war sehr gut, alles konnte man fußläufig erreichen. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Und die Valeria ist eine sehr tolle und freundliche Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps im Angebot. Vielen Dank!

Valeria étant hospitalisée, Valério a pris le relais. ils ont fait leur possible pour rendre le séjour appréciable. Mais la chambre a un frigo qui fait du bruit et une bouilloire qui devrait restée debranchée pour éviter certain risque pour les usagers. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur de l'attendu mais là encore je pense que c'est dû a l'absence de Valéria. Mes notes sont donc le reflet d'une situation qui semble temporaire.

Le fait de ne pas avoir été prévenu en amont pour le petit déjeuner. J'aurais préférer un prix plus bas et le choix du lieu de mon petit déjeuner. Plutôt que d'avoir le choix entre un tout petit verre de jus d'orange ou un café et une pâtisserie (choix limité).

Had problems with keys to the main entrance door, to a certain extent due to my own stupidity. However, the message and intructions I received could and should have been more informative.

Notre séjour en Sicile avait mal commencé. Pourtant, nous avons eu la chance de croiser la route de Valeria. Ce sont des hôtes très attentionnés, qui ont vraiment à cœur de nous aider à passer un bon moment. Ils nous ont sauvé notre séjour. Le gite est confortable, propre, contient tout ce qu’il faut. Price, location - close to the airport and city centre.

It was very cold when we arrived (About 18C based on a thermometer in AC). There was also problem with AC, we waited for the host about 1h to fix it. Then AC was working somewhat but controller was disconnecting multiple times after short amount of time and It was hard to actually enable it. Overall first night was pretty cold, then it was better. Shower - it was easy to overflow with water. No hot water in the basin. Last thing was electricity - don't know if it was a coincidence but cable from the charger burned.

Jedynie kabina prysznicowa była nie wygodna a dokładnie to trudno było otworzyć drzwi po skończonym prysznicu. Brakowało uchwytu.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The place looks quite new and the location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the room was very noisy because it faces the street. It was difficult to sleep at night. The ventilation was not very good and the room felt a bit stuffy. Also, when water is used (for example in the shower or pipes), there is quite a loud noise.

The accommodation is in a perfect location — everything is just a few minutes away and very easy to reach. The room itself was excellent, comfortable, and a wonderful place to relax after a long and tiring day. We especially appreciated the delicious coffee and the bottled water, which helped us start each day on a great note. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

It was absolutely wonderful staying in B&B Stella! Very easy communication with hosts, Very tidy and clean, rooms and kitchen are cleaned every day. It’s very convenient location, walking distance to old center train and bus station and everything you need. But the most wonderful are hosts- Valeria and Valerio!!! They help with all questions and with everything you ask! Very warm and nice couple. It was pleasure to stay in there place. Highly recommended!!!

The host is very kind. She met us in person and gave a lot of nice recommendations for food & entertainment in Catania. The bathroom is small, but with all the necessities, and the bed is comfortable. The location is really convenient, as it is close to the train station, but at the same time there is no problem with the noise, as it is on a quiet street.

Tanto Valeria como Valerio son dos personas amables y dispuestas a ayudar con posibles sitios de visitas y la mejor forma de llegar. Resolvieron todas nuestras consultas y atendieron todos nuestros pedidos. Desayuno muy bueno (en una confitería a pasos del B&B. La habitación limpia, amplia al igual que el baño. La cocina compartida completa con todos los utensillos. Todo perfecto, limpio, organizado. Ampliamente recomendable. A pocos paso de la estación Central de tren y de las mejores lugares a visitar. Todo perfecto!!!

The night of our arrival was a little adventurous as because of cyclone Harry there was no electricity in the whole neighbourhood the whole night. However, Valerio and Valeria did everything to compensate us for this initial inconvenience. We especially liked the location of the B&B (close both to the railway station and the centre) and the breakfast option in a neighbouring bar. We didn't use the shared kitchen much, but it seemed really well-equipped. Altogether we had a very nice experience.

We should have brought slippers as we're not used to stone floors, but this is our fault.

Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The accommodation was clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the great location — very close to both the city center and the main train and bus stations, which made getting around really convenient. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us great tips on how to spend our time in the city and recommended some fantastic places to eat. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

I only had a one night stay in Stella B&B as I flew into Catania to travel the rest of Sicily. Valeria and Valerio were very welcoming, kind, amazing people!! I opted for the ride service from airport to the B&B which was very convenient and greatly appreciated Valerio waiting for me with my baggage being very delayed. The B&B was very clean, modern, and a great location in Catania, close to main attractions and walking distance to bus station. Valeria also provided great recommendations! Overall I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay there again for future trips!

Super Lage, super hilfsbereite Gastgeber, geräumiges Zimmer. Dankeschön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

La anfitriona Andrea, fue super amable y atenta en todo momento. Pedí de dejar mi equipaje antes del check in y no hubo problema. El dpto es de fácil acceso y cerca de la estación central. La habitación es grande y cómoda al igual que el baño.

Durante nuestra estadía se corto la luz del edificio y por ende nos quedamos sin agua, si bien no fue del dpto, Andrea se puso en contacto y estuvo pendiente siempre. Muchas gracias!

The hosts are superfriendly and really supportive (my charger broke but they lent me another one). The location is great: calm neighbourhood, very close to historic center and, at the same time to the see. The view from the balcony is superb!
