Lovely cozy B&B, hot tub was a big plus for us as much needed after lots of hiking and driving. Friendly and welcoming host, good amenities and nicely decorated yard / room.

The suite was so nice! It had a comfortable bed and the continental breakfast was very thoughtful! mor was very helpful and kind, wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

The host is awesome. Made us feel very comfortable. The hot tub has got to be a highlight end of the day under the stars. The space is immaculate, very well presented.

The little studio met our needs for a great late afternoon and evening stay. We were able to prepare dinner on the BBQ and enjoy the hot tub and peaceful garden area. The room was spacious with a little seating area

Every little detail taken care of. The personal welcome was appreciated. Moe Marie has everything you would need. Fridge was well stocked and there was ample breakfast for our duration there. Hot tub was obviously a very welcome addition. Very comfortable bed, parking close to the accommodation. All very good 😊

Gutes Frühstück zum selber zubereiten. Sehr ruhige Lage und schöne Terasse mit HotPot. Bett war sehr bequem. Klimaanlage angenehm ruhig.

Lage etwas weit von Restaurants. Wobei sowieso nur ein vernünftiges Restaurant offen hatte. Man muss also entweder selber kochen, oder etwas im Take Away kaufen.

Wonderful stay! The location was easy to find and the area was very safe and quiet. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The host was warm, polite, and a true gentleman who had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. We also really appreciated the simple breakfast that was provided. The highlight was definitely the outdoor hot tub. After a long day of hiking, soaking in it at night and again in the morning was absolutely perfect.

Loved everything. It was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. We had planned to go out in the evening but it was far too easy to stay and enjoy the total calm of the garden. The breakfast was very lovely. Allan was very welcoming and we enjoyed the company of the cat as well! Very highly recommended

Warm genuine welcome. Nice touches to make you feel at home. Nice private deck to enjoy the evening and super peaceful at night. Recommended if in the Turangi area.

This was a delightful little place to stay to be able to do the Tongariro crossing which we couldn’t do because of bad weather. But we enjoyed a lovely river walk nearby instead. The Cedar hot tub was blissful to relax in after a long walk. Alan and Lynn were welcoming and friendly and have thought of everything you may need for a comfortable stay.

Could not watch TV as it wouldn't connect to the wifi for some reason.

A clean and well-kept chalet with a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent and the hosts were extremely kind and helpful, making our short one-day stay easy and enjoyable.

Alan & Lynn were incredibly welcoming - they greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the accommodation. The property was very clean, generously stocked (breakfast, coffee, tea, milk, juices, snacks all provided), and had some lovely surprises - a beautiful cedar hot tub and friendly pets that paid us a visit. This stay gave us the perfect rest before our hike over the Alpine Crossing the following morning, we couldn’t recommend Moe Marie enough. Thank you for having us and we hope our paths cross again!

A lovely gem overlooking a serene backyard and garden. The room was spacious with many places to sit, both inside and out. We enjoyed the covered porch, which allowed us to play a few games outside even when it rained. Also appreciated being able to use cedar hot tub at any time. Would highly recommend!

Very lovely hosts who offered us assistance with our plans prior to arrival for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing. They had a lovely cat and two dogs on-site also who greeted us warmly. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Located slightly out of the town centre so a nice peaceful location. Spa was lovely.

Internet was slow and we were unable to access the TV of an evening due to this, only streaming services available and internet was not up to the task.

The flat provided for everything we needed. Breakfast was good, and location is great for Tongariro national park.

Flat is essentially in the backyard of another building, which means limited privacy.

To be honest, I was a bit scared by free running dogs in the neighborhood (and they were huge) when I went at night and by foot for a pizza

The welcome from Lynn was super friendly. The wee place was warm clean cosy and all we needed for an overnight stop. The Hot Tub welcomed after a round of golf! The brekkie was perfect too.

We couldn’t stay more. Absolutely unrelated to the accommodation, but just as a tip for travellers: is a small town, no groceries after 8pm, only one tavern and a few fast foods available.. be prepared!

Really enjoyed the private, peaceful, birdsong fills setting. Hot tub was amazing! Comfy beds and good options for breakfast. The hosts were very lovely and friendly along with their pets, especially the gorgeous cat who happily greeted us and gave us cuddles

I’ve had mixed experiences with BnBs and, before Moe Marie, I had basically sworn off private rentals. This apartment FAR surpassed all my expectations, my only disappointment is that I didn’t book to stay longer. The room was immaculately clean, easy to access, very private and comfortable. The small touches like beautiful garden decor, the binder with local recommendations, and luxurious towel warmer made it truly a home-away-from-home. Next time I’m in NZ Moe Marie will certainly be on my itinerary (and definitely for more than one night).

The breakfast was more than adequate. The accommodation was superb, was so much better than a motel.

Quiet, private, and clean! This was a gorgeous place to stay for a calm night while still having access to the region’s great attractions. We wish we had booked it for longer!

This was one of our favorite stays in New Zealand, Allan was such a nice host and made us feel very well looked after and gave us plenty of great recommendation about the activities we can do as well as the best places to eat. The cedar hot tub was amazing after we did the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, the best way to end a very long but beautiful hike. The room was very nice and clean and made us feel like home. If we come back to Turangi we'll definitely stay here again.

Everything is perfect. Greeted by Lynn on arrival who explained everything to us. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean, generous breakfast options and a very quiet area, easy to find. The hot tub was very welcome after the Tongariro Alpine Crossing hike, as was the use of a bbq to grill some steaks and sweet corn for an easy night-in. We could easily have stayed longer and strongly recommend this fabulous place, thanks Lynn.

The guarden, guarden furniture and the relaxing hot tub. It was the day before our 20k Tongira Alpine Crossing hike and everything to relax was there in the beautifull guarden!

A perfect place to stay and unwind Clean and well presented. Modern with small touches. Instructions on arrival were detailed and easily understood. Hot tub was very Welcoming after a long drive! Had everything we needed and more. Allan and lynn were perfect hosts. Happy to help and convivial!

A really lovely place, so comfortable and an ideal location for Tongario Alpine Crossing. The hosts were amazing, super friendly and gave great advice on the crossing and weather conditions. The hot tub out the back is the cherry on top! We stayed in a lot of places travelling through New Zealand and this one was our favourite! I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Alan and the welcoming committee (2 dags and a cat) were great hosts of a very neat and comfortable unit. We would recommend it for a stay in Turangi.

I loved it was all private area own baghroom even had a spa we were able to use which was also private and came with water already to use. Also came with a complimentary breakfast which my partner and I enjoyed on our morning with the coffee provided .

Super comfy bed and bedding. Fantastic bread and heaps of brekky supplies. Great hot shower. Absolutely everything you could want in the room. Lyn and Allen were lovely, even launching a 'search party' when we were late arriving home - Allen found us safe, at the Tavern :) Hot tub is a very attractive bonus we made good use of.

Signage is a bit tricky to see from the road. Its up the back.
