Eine wunderschöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Man wird herzlich empfangen und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Haus und die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum verweilen und entspannen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein kleines Paradies.

Das ich nur eine Nacht bleiben konnte. Ich werde sicher mal wieder kommen.

Colleen is a very welcoming host. We enjoyed the room and the atmosphere. Colleen suggested a coastal walk which was lovely.

Wunderbar am Meer gelegenes B&B mit schönen, gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Die Gastgeberin Colleen war sehr freundlich und hat uns ein tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück serviert. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Zur Erkundung von Inishowen ist die Unterkunft bestens geeignet.

Personally I don’t like white items and bedroom was totally white which I found hard to get to sleep My other comment please take with no offence ,for a 1 night stay it was expensive but all other things are so so nice particularly the view and the bits and pieces within the house. NO matter what I have just wrote I would recommend a stay no mistake

Un B&B cosy, extrêmement confortable et chaleureux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soins. Un véritable petit nid où nous avons adoré séjourner. Le petit déjeuner est exquis, à ne pas rater et à consommer sans modération ! En plus d'être une artiste talentueuse, Colleen est une merveilleuse guide, très dévouée pour satisfaire au mieux ses clients. Toujours proactive, elle est pleine de ressources pour vous faciliter la vie et vous trouver les meilleures adresses de restaurants, de visites aux alentours... On s'y sent comme chez soi, en excellente compagnie. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans aucune réserve et nous y retournerons avec un immense plaisir.

I can’t say enough good things! Colleen was so welcoming and a kind host. We loved watching the bunnies jump around the yard. The views were spectacular. And it’s the first place to have conditioner in the shower! It’s all the little touches that make this place special.

Everything was great. Room and bathroom were spacious, breakfast was tasty and our hostess was helpful with suggestions on where to visit.

Un accueil chaleureux dans une maison magnifiquement décorée avec de jolis objets originaux inspirant joie et détente.

Plus loin du centre de Moville que nous l'avons imaginé, mais la surprise créée par la qualité de l'accueil et de l'hébergement a largement compensé cela.

Basically there‘s almost nothing to complain. Maybe only that the street is next to the b&b, means that you might hear some street noise. But nothing to complain.

We had the best stay at Cherry Tree House while attending a wedding at Redcastle, and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Colleen was an amazing host—so welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She even gave us a lift when we couldn’t get a taxi, which was so kind and really went above and beyond. The beds were the comfiest I’ve ever slept in, making for a fantastic night’s sleep, and the breakfast was absolutely spot on. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you, Colleen, for making our stay so enjoyable. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a wedding at Redcastle or while visiting the area, Cherry Tree House is the perfect choice. We would 100% recommend it!

Das Haus liegt ruhig in Meer-Nähe, daneben grasen Kühe. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet - passend zur sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin. Die Bad-Größe war sehr angenehm, das Frühstück - nach Wunsch zubereitet - sehr gut. Im Norden Irlands wohl eine der besten Basen für Ausflüge und zur Entspannung.

Dass wir nur für 5 Tage Zeit dort hatten ;-) im Ernst: alles war bestens!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cherrytree House. Colleen was incredibly warm, attentive, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated with so much love and care, and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fantastic and Colleen made sure we had everything we needed. The location is stunning, with sea views right from the property and cows and rabbits in the garden. Parking was easy, and it made the perfect base for exploring the area. We did a day trip to Malin Head and also visited Derry with no trouble at all. As two friends travelling together, we immediately felt so comfortable and welcome here. We couldn't recommend this place more highly!

First of all we had a great host. Colleen was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The decor of the room was to my taste and the bathroom was to a very high standard. Very tasty breakfast and her homemade bread was delicious. A very delightful and enjoyable few days.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett und einem großen Bad, vor allem aber die sehr herzliche und humorvolle Gastgeberin Colleen haben uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt beschert😊 sie hatte auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Region 😊 Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr großes Zimmer und sehr großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Frühstückszimmer mit Blick auf den gepflegten Garten und das Meer. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. PKW-Parkplatz im Preis inbegriffen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.

Keine Sessel im Zimmer, jedoch wahrscheinlich auf Wunsch zustellbar.

Wundervolle Gastgeberin mit viel Liebe zum Detail und so waren auch die Zimmer eingerichtet. Für uns war die Übernachtung mehr als perfekt und wir können das Cherrytree House sehr empfehlen. Auch das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen, Irish Breakfast, Porridge, Eier in allen Varianten jeder konnte zusätzlich zum Buffet noch bei Coleen bestellen was er essen möchte. Vielen Dank für die tollen Aufenthalt.

The property was meticulously kept, serene and peaceful. The view of lough Doyle was stunning. Green grass, flowers, cows in the fields and the sea ~ honestly we couldn’t have asked for more!!!

The warm welcome. The friendliness and helpfulness of Colleen, the owner. The location was great for us. Free parking on site was also beneficial for us. The decor was homely and you were certainly made to feel at home! The beds were comfortable, the shower was amazing. The breakfast was plentiful in volume along with so much choice. Will definitely be staying here again for sure :-)!!

Colleen cooked us up a nice breakfast and served it in the glass room overlooking her beautiful grounds and the sea. Gorgeous view, clean home, and friendly host.

Everything was lovely!

Breakfast was lovely looking out at the cows and the water. Tasty, with lighter options or the full Irish fry. Make sure to leave with a loaf of the homemade bread! The bed is comfortable, the room well appointed (loved the tea kettles), and very clean.

Wunderschönes Bnb mit Meerblick. Liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl und heimisch. Wir haben noch nie in einem so bequemen Bett geschlafen! Es fühle sich an wie auf Wolken. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Die Gastgeberin ist richtig sympathisch und freundlich.

Lovely views of Lough Foyle and grazing cows from our large, comfortable room. Loved the clawfoot bathtub! Our host, Colleen, made wonderful breakfasts (full Irish with homemade bread). Colleen’s recommendations for sightseeing were much appreciated and enjoyed!

We had a very nice stay and loved the rural location where we woke up to cows mooing in the field next door! It’s very close to restaurants in Moville, so we were happy. Colleen thinks of anything you may need!

You can tell the moment you arrive that this is a special place. Colleen welcomes you with such warm smile and immediately makes you feel like you’re at home. Breakfast was amazing! Complete with home made bread. The property is immaculate and the view was fabulous. Colleen and her husband are a wealth of knowledge and information. This is the the B & B you always hope for

Colleen was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We purchased her home made treacle bread and if you haven't tried it you are loosing out on the best moist loaf in Donegal. A truelly lovely stay. We will be back.

Cherry Tree House is a gorgeous B&B in a great location. Beautiful views across the water and close to two lovely restaurants and for sightseeing the Inishowen Peninsula, Derry etc. It is spotless, and very homely. Colleen is a delightful host. She is welcoming and warm, and really makes you feel at home, in her home. Her breakfast is delicious and the banter with her an absolute treat. She provided tips on places to go and things to do which was really helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Cherry Tree house. Thank you so much Colleen.

Spacious king size room with a large ensuite bathroom. Great water pressure in shower. Fabulous Irish breakfast plus cereals, yogurt and fruit. Delicious bread - bring a few extra euro and take a loaf with you.

We missed the turnoff on the first pass, but that was on us and our gps coordinates off a few degrees.

Eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die das irisch Frühstück noch frisch selbst zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war so liebenswert mit vielen Details verziert und super sauber.

El desayuno era super completo y tenía muchas cosas para escoger. La ubicación era espléndida y el salón donde se desayunaba aprovechaba bien la vista frente al jardín y a la bahía del mar.

Das Frühstück in diesem Bed & Breakfast war exzellent, die Gästezimmer befinden sich teils im Erdgeschoß, teils im 1. Stock. Alles typisch irisch, mit viel Holz und dekorativem Interieur, so wie wir es erwarten. Die Vermieterin/ Wirtin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Einfahrt zum Anwesen erfolgt von der Landstraße aus, beim Ein- und Ausfahren ist etwas Umsicht angebracht, denn das Grundstück liegt etwas tiefer als die Straße. Aber das nur am Rande.

Alles bestens! Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt! Wir würden wiederkommen!

This is not somewhere just to sleep. The surroundings are beautiful and everything has been added for your comfort. The views add so much to the luxury of your stay. Coleen is an excellent host.

Colleen was so welcoming that we felt at home from the very beginning. We could tell how much passion she puts into her B&B; her attention to detail is evident in the lovingly decorated room. The breakfast left nothing to be desired and tasted twice as good in the bright dining room with its stunning view. We regret not booking a few more nights. If we ever vacation here again, we would definitely book with Colleen again! Thank you so much for your hospitality, which we will remember for a long time.

La casa è molto ben tenuta e pulita. Spazzi all'aperto e un bel salone in comune. La colazione viene servita in una deliziosa veranda con vista mare. La nostra camera era grande con un bagno molto grande e ben equipaggiato sia con doccia che con vasca. Pulito e pieno di oggetti che riflettono la personalità allegra e solare della proprietaria. La struttura è ben posizionata per visitare Derry ( circa 20 minuti in auto) e le belle scogliere della zona. Per indicazioni potete chiedere a Colleen vi darà ottimi consigli.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Colleen is a fantastic host who welcomed us into her amazing home and even arranged it so we could park our motorcycles in the garage overnight. Super comfortable bed in a beautifully presented room with all the amenities we could need. Wonderful cooked breakfast with lots of hot delicious coffee to set us up for the day. We would highly recommend Cherrytree House and look forward to staying here when we visit Ireland again. 10 out of 10.

Phenomenal house and Colleen couldn't have been nicer........bed was unbelievably cosy and a top class shower. . If I could give 11/10 I would. Will definitely be back!

Great time from start to finish. Colleen is so welcoming, couldn't have done more for us. The house is lovely and we felt very at home there. Breakfasts were amazing. House is well situated with several restaurants quite near and only 10 miles from the ferry at Greencastle to Magilligan Point.

Our stay at Cherry Tree House exceeded all our expectations! It is a dream house, in beautiful surroundings, very tastefully decorated. What impressed me was the attention to small detail, very welcome by tired travellers. The breakfast was the best we had in Ireland (we even had smoked salmon) and the view from the breakfast room beyond any description. The owner, Colleen, was extremely welcoming and made us feel quite at home. She was also very helpful with interesting suggestions what to visit in the area. This is a fantastic place, not to be missed. We hope to come again one day for a much longer stay.
