Ard Einne House Bed & Breakfast

We loved our stay at Ard Einne! What a phenomenal view! Clodagh was so welcoming and gave us great tips on what to do on the island. We rented bikes from Mike when we got off the Ferry which turned out to be the best thing! The breakfast had great options and was so tasty. I highly recommend Ard Einne, especially if you plan to rent bikes.

L'hotel si trova a circa 3,5 km ad est del porto. Con la bici è stato semplice raggiungerlo in circa 15 minuti. Occhio alla salita finale che lascia senza fiato. L'hotel affaccia su un cimitero storico a ridosso della spiaggia davvero meraviglioso e la mattina si può ammirare un'alba senza paragoni. Non perdete assolutamente la scogliera di Dùn Aonghasa, ad ovest dell'isola, perché ha un'energia incredibile che ti resta nel cuore per giorni. Da tornarci assolutamente!

Hostess was very nice, very helpful. I was on the island for a wedding so guests need access to a taxi at times. Otherwise, especially if, like me, you are happy walking, everything was very good.

It was a pleasure to wake up to the view each morning, and enjoy a fish and chips on the front benches. Our host was extremely helpful in helping us arrange transport, luggage transportation to the ferry, and hire bikes for our stay. Very friendly staff at breakfast too. Can only recommend.

Bit far from town

Clodagh was a delightful host, went above and beyond in helping to arrange our transportation and activities. The house was comfortable and spotless, the breakfasts excellent, the bedrooms have lovely views. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay at to enjoy Inis Mór The host Clodagh is very welcoming, provides advice on things to see around the island and has arranged bikes/luggages for me so that I could enjoy my trip to the fullest The beds are very comfortable and the morning breakfast is delicious Would love to visit again

Clodagh was an exceptional host. From when i booked in to stay to leaving, clodagh was was extremely helpful and eager. She had a very homely vibe and the place had extraordinary views as promised. During our stay, clodagh even booked us our dinner and tour of the island for us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Le lieu est typique et joli, agréable, avec une belle vue; et bien situé pour visiter l'ile. La chambre est agréable et propre. L'accueil est très efficace est serviable. le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux.

L'insonorisation n'est pas parfaite et malheureusement il n'y avait pas de lit double, seulement 2 lits simples accolés.

The hostess Clodagh was absolutely lovely, great communication before and during my stay and with lots of helpful tips. The views were amazing, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast had loads to choose from, was plentiful and very tasty. The area was a little outside Kilronan on a scenic coast road, easily reached by bike (which is a great way to see the island) and they have a special bike parking area too. There were at least 12 bikes parked there last night. Highly recommended.

The owner Clodagh is a wonderful person . So knowledgeable about the island and what to do . She went out of her way to make us feel at home and welcome .

This place is an absolute gem- gorgeous location, right beside the airport and so scenic. The rooms are lovely and clean, so peaceful and the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was amazing- anything you wanted and lovely warm homemade scones served! My host couldn’t have been more welcoming, offering to provide help, order bikes, providing information on the island- one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed.

4 km van de haven en geen openbaar vervoer. Wij hiurden fietsen om er te geraken. Verhuurbedrijf biedt gratis transport van bagage aan. Alternatief is taxibus.

Clodagh was very hospitable and helpful during our stay. She made sure we had transportation whenever we needed it and arranged for our rented bicycles to be delivered to the property. The breakfast was very good.

My mistake, but rather too far from the Port, not walkable for my husband who has mobility issues.

Distance from village restaurants, bars etc made our stay more expensive as taxis were charging between €10 & €15 each way into the village for my friend & I. When we shared taxis, the others were charged -mainly €15 also!

The views from our window were stunning, bed was really comfortable, great shower, hot and powerful, breakfast was lovely, delicious brown scones

Host couldn't be more friendly, she even offered me a ride seeing me walking back from town. Place very cozy and authentic, some cows just outside the window, dog walking around that loves attention. Spent only one night but would come back for sure.

The host Clodagh was fantastic, as were the staff. The house is in a very quiet location with great views. The breakfast was excellent.

A fantastic stay here. A lovely and attentive host, who's proactive and happy to help. From bike hire and transport to filling up water bottles. The breakfast was great with a choice of cooked options running from 8:30 to 9:30. Check out at 10:30. The rooms were spacious and powerful shower was hot. The location is around 5 minutes away from the centre and ferry port, we paid €15 for transport with Michael (Mike) and €40 for E-bike which is the best option for seeing the island fully without being worn out for the distances. We saw lots of people pushing bikes and looking tired, so we would recommend having the E-Bike to enjoy the experience (although you still have to work for the views, with places of interest in the south requiring a 20 minute walk across rugged terrain). The island is fairly big with lots to see, so choose a few things and visit them with leisure. Overall, a great place to stay and one you'll enjoy!

Gorgeous views of the beach and sea, really clean rooms, delicious breaksfast, Clodagh so helpful giving advice on how to spend on our time on Inis Mór. She organised a taxi to collect us from the ferry, and made verytging ao easy.

I had a great time at Ard Einne! So much to do around there, super bike trips and walks right near the guesthouse. Clodagh has been a lovely and considerate host who made everyone feel at home.

Excellent dining area for very good breakfasts/service. Excellent view of the sea. We enjoyed the common area which was essentially a den where one could read or relax or watch television. We liked the location as it was on the other side of the island from where we arrived on the ferry which provided nice walks and a solitude.

Staff is very attentive and kind, when we just arrived the owner met us and showed all the cool stuff we can do on the map. She also kindly offered to order bikes for us in the morning so we could start our journey straight from accommodation 😊. I really loved the exceptional landscapes and views from the window and the wooden style of the rooms. We also discovered that the place is very close to the fields full of rabbits (if you walk on the left from b&b and continue walking down the road for about 15-20 mins you will notice them and further you go more burrows and rabbits you see)

The location of the BnB was one of the best we ever had. Clodagh was so lovely and accommodating. Clodagh even arranged bus tours for us which is highly recommended. The breakfast was delicious and had wide variety. The location is a bit far from the town centre but we loved walking with the beautiful views of island. If the weather is good, biking is much convenient from the BnB.

Everything! The location is perfect, away from all the busy area at the harbor, the views are spectacular, so beautiful and peaceful! And the whole place is cozy and so good taken care of; the bed was super comfortable and everything so clean . And Clodagh, the most wonderful host, she helped us book bikes, get transportation from/to the harbor and gave us some great recommendations ! We def want to be back and will be looking to book for a longer stay next yr!!

Pretty much everything about our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and pretty, and the breakfast was outstanding. What truly made the stay great was Clodagh's excellent hospitality and helpfulness. Strongly recommend this place.

As vegans on Inishmore I wasn't expecting much accomodation but I found the place incredibly kind and very happy to help with little changes It was lovely to hear speak *cúpla focal as gaeilge* also and the host was incredibly nice to chat with
