Lovely and safe estate. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Only 10 minutes away. Very reliable taxi service arrange with owner.

The area to the shop and what is around is not very nice. It really is a comfortable sanctuary for easy access to airport.

The owner Ketty was extremely nice and supportive, yet very professional at the same time. The room and all common area were comfortable, super clean and very nicely set. The breakfast was also very good, including salty and sweet items and fruits, as well as a tasty homemade cake.

Ao meu ver é uma acomodação muito prática para se hospedar em curtos espaços de tempo, e para as pessoas que precisam estar próximas do aeroporto. É bem cuidada, limpa, organizada, com um bom café da manhã, mas fica muito distante de Roma. Para quem quer turistar em Roma, não acho que vale a pena. O nosso objetivo era estar próximos do aeroporto.

This was a great place to stay when having a morning flight from Rome, and the host is exceptional. I felt like I was staying with a family friend, but one who gives you good local advice but doesn't expect your company. I was provided excellent instructions to get to the B&B by bus or through a private driver that was less expensive than an Uber, given good advice on where to obtain food for my evening meal, and the breakfast provisions were incredible. The room was very comfortable and I would certainly stay here again.

The location, while close to the airport, is pretty dull. On balance though, it's SO close to the airport, that this was not a problem for me.

The bus connection from the airport is confusing as the airport staff told me to pay on the bus. So, I waited but the display of bus route number never matches anything and I missed the bus. I took the taxi instead. And the returning bus also confusing even the host, very nicely, showed me to the bus stop. The bus to the airport came 45 mins later. It is not very efficient especially under the heat in the bus stop with little shodow. I wish the bus service is more systematic. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast is good.

There were people upstairs where the noise at night is a little bit noisy. Other than that, it is comfortable and pleasant.

Reliability and trustworthiness.

The owner showed care at the time of booking, helping with transportation. Beautifully manicured gardens. Impeccable room. Comfortable bed.

B&B molto carino, curato nei dettagli e davvero pulitissimo. La posizione è molto comoda per chi deve partire dall’aeroporto di Fiumicino. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, efficiente e sempre disponibile. Mi ha consigliato un’ottima trattoria per la cena, ha organizzato il transfer per l’aeroporto la mattina seguente a un prezzo conveniente e, dato che dovevo partire presto, ha anche preparato la colazione in anticipo su richiesta. Sono rimasto davvero molto contento del soggiorno. Assolutamente consigliato!

I’m not one to give a lot of reviews, but this place was exceptional. Very clean. Ketty was great.

Ketty was very accommodating and friendly and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. I loved all of her little touches in decor. The bed was super comfy. I was tired and the room was perfect for quiet down time. Ketty arranged for my transportation to the airport the following morning- a delightful stay.

The hostes was amazing! We arrived there late at night, way after the check-in time, because of a delay on our flight. She was there, with a warm reception.

Ketty was so amazing, we missed our flight and booked this last minute. We were greeted by Ketty who straight away put us at ease, she helped sort our taxi for the morning, recommended restaurants/shops in the area and even though we had an early start she had prepped breakfast for us. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Thank you so much again for your help!

We stayed here for the night before our flight. The Owner was very helpful with tips for gas station and a very good pizzeria in the neighborhood. She also left us breakfast even though we left early before breakfast time.

Ketty made us very welcome and gave us useful information of where to eat. We also used Ketty's recommended shuttle service which was reasonably priced and reliable. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Ketty was a great host and went the extra mile especially helping us out to get to the local beach. I thoroughly recommend staying here. Camera nuova e pulitissima, arredata con gusto dalla padrona di casa, Ketty, che gestisce con passione in prima persona il suo b&b, preparando ottime colazioni per tutti i gusti, con dolci fatti in casa. Disponibile anche a dare un passaggio da/per l’aeroporto o fiera, che si trovano a circa 15 minuti dalla struttura. Zona residenziale tranquilla e comoda a supermercato, pizzeria e trattoria.

The location was great, we were very close to the airport and the mall to pass time.

We didn’t realize we would be so close to other guests so we felt like we had to be very quiet - not their fault.

The B&B was beautifully decorated. You could tell that much thought was given to most every details in making it comfortable for the guest with cheerful and calming decor. The area was well situated in a nice neighborhood and close proximity to the airport without having the noise and planes flying over ahead. There was a very good restaurant trattoria within walking distance to the property with delicious seafood, and traditional Italian meals and antipasti.

That we had an early flight and we were not able to enjoy the garden with bright pink flowers and beautiful greens in the sitting area.

Ketty the owner is a gem! She runs a beautiful B & B and treats you like family. Very peaceful stay near the airport. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon. Ketty, Grazie Mille for a wonderful stay!

Like all Italian hill towns the parking is difficult. It is best to find a parking place and stay. If you can stay at their suggested lot walking is easy.

Its a nice B&B and I really like the service. You come there after a long travel and you are met with staff that are helpful and give you a really nice experience.

Mevr.Jetty was al dagen ervoor zeer behulpzaam en duidelijk. Op dag van aankomst was er veel drama met ov ze Kwam my (alleen reizende dame 50+)van de bus halen. 2 min lopen van b&b en gaf me zelfs een upgraded kamer Die er super netjes en rustgevend uitzag. Duurzame airco was aan wat fijn binnenkomen was. Met een hor+ beveiliging voor de ramen(heel onzichtbaar verwerkt ) vitrage en gordijnen konden deze open blijven snachts. En dus de auto uit. Heerlijk groot comfy bed. Koffie thee maker. Ruime badkamer met bidet en wc en grote spiegel wastafel.en raam. Restaurantje naast de deur met een heerlijke authentiek non nonsense Italiaanse keuken en een super vrolijke service en fijne sfeer. Supermarktje in de buurt. Ook een super selectie selfservice ontbijt.mooi geëtaleerd. in een knusse ruimte met ook weer open ramen en voor de deur een mini veranda aflopend naar een lief klein tuintje waar je omringt door bloemetjes onder een olijfboom naar de vogeltjes kan luisteren. Het is rustgevend en veilig Het is een aanrader om voor of na dat je van Rome fco vliegt even tot rust te komen.Jetty is efficiënt en lief. De buurt zelf is niet zo, maar het is 2 min naar de bus die je voor 1,50€ (vooraf kopen! Vraag Jetty om info😀) Anders 7 € bij de chauffeur) ) in 20 min van/ naar FCO rijd. Check wel de tijden.

De douche was heel fijn met shampoo en lotions ,maar werd niet zo warm en krachtig bij warmte als ik zou willen. Wat natuurlijk wel weer heel duurzaam en eigenlijk beter is.🌼 En iemand in de buurt had een hondje dat tot laat af en toe tekeer ging.

Ketti, a proprietária, é extremamente gentil e simpática. Preparou o café da manhã mais cedo para podermos tomar antes de ir para o aeroporto, pediu um táxi para o dia seguinte e foi super solicita. O local é delicioso, bem decorado e perfeito para quem precisa chegar cedo ao aeroporto (10 minutos de carro).

Es un B&B, EXCELENTE; Súper sencillo, pero muy bueno, la habitación el baño, y la Sra. Katty, que pese a que me iba a las 06:00 am para el aeropuerto , igual me dejo preparado unas tortas que hizo esa noche anterior, para mi desayuno, que estaba fuera de todo horario. Una amabilidad exquisita y las tortas también!!

Alles an der Unterkunft war sehr schön. Es ist ein aussergewöhnlich, schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen. Ketty ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin.

Room and bathroom were a generous size, very clean and comfortable. Ketty, the owner, was amazing. I got the bus from the airport to the B & B. Ketty sent pictures, information and even came to the bus stop and stopped the bus to make sure I got off at the right stop. And this was st 9 o’clock at night! A real gem. Thank you Ketty!

We kwamen laat aan op de luchthaven. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw, die ons praktische informatie gaf om vlak bij de accommodatie een goed restaurant te vinden. De ochtend van ons vertrek heeft ze ons zelf nog naar het autoverhuurverblijf gebracht: geweldige service!

Неймовірно затишне помешкання та дуже турботлива господиня. Це чудовий вибір для ночівлі в 5-хвилинах на авто від аеропорту. Кетті надає інструкції, як діставатися громадським автобусом або ж допоможе викликати таксі навіть вночі. Кімната дуже чиста, охайна і затишно оформлена. Також Кетті піклується про ваш сніданок (хоч ми і мали виїзд о 3 ночі, нас чекала кава, випічка та фрукти). Якщо ж ви маєте вільний вечір, то поруч є смачна піцерія та Італійський ресторан

Great location close to airport, but the highlight was Ketty's kindness and service. We had an early morning flight the next day, and she arranged a taxi service for us and made sure to put out breakfast early so we could have some before we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend for anyone flying out the next morning!

Everything! This place is a true gem. Super close to the airport which is really convenient if you are arriving after a flight or need to catch a morning flight. The rooms are flawlessly clean and you can see that Ketty the host thought of every single thing to make you comfortable. The breakfast was also great. We loved everything.

Everything is super! Location is only 1 bus stop from the airport. There is big supermarket nearby, and we had a nice italian dinner in the trattoria just across the street. The room smells super nice, very clean, and big! Free complementary water, coffee, and tea in the room. Breakfast is very good, also with cakes. Ketty, the owner, was very friendly, fast-response, and informative. Will definitely recommend this place! :)

The host at this B&B really cares! She picked us up and dropped us off at the airport (must be arranged in advance), gave us great tips for restaurants and just generally made us feel welcome and appreciated. We also really liked the location in a residential neighborhood rather than a more touristy area. For general info, there's about 8 steps to access and you can't hear the airplanes.

Soggiorno consigliatissimo per chi ha necessità di pernottare vicino all'aeroporto di Fiumicino. Ketty è un'host eccezionale: attenta a ogni dettaglio e capace di far sentire l'ospite a casa. Buona la colazione. Tornerò sicuramente!

I loved the owners and the personalised treatment. The room was spacious, clean and peaceful. The breakfast, incredible, with home made cake!!!! The decor is really cosy and for one that needs to be close to the airport is ideal. Just in front, there is a great trattoria with great food!
