Pas d’accueil, personne dans l’hôtel, tout se fait en recevant des codes par tél : code pour le portail, pour la porte de la chambre ! Salle de bain très mal conçue (rien pour poser les affaires de toilette, ou accrocher les vêtements, douche au plafond sans douchette ). Le prix n’est pas ttc , puisque dans la chambre une note indique qu’il faut payer 5 euros et quelque par personne de taxe locale ! Pas de tout satisfaite

Mal servicio. Cuando reservé decía Recepción abierta de 8am a 8pm y cerraron a las 2pm, solicité shuttle de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto y me cobraron 20 € en cada viaje. Llegaron tarde a recogerme el día que que salía. En la descripción decía que había elevador, pero no había, batallé para subir mi maleta en las escaleras. Mucho estrés! El peor hotel en aeropuerto que me ha tocado.

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno molto piccolo e poco confortevole. La doccia non aveva il doccino quindi per noi donne che non bagnamo i capelli lavarsi è difficoltoso.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Posizione comoda a pochi minuti dall’ aereo porto , noi siamo arrivati in struttura da un volo di ritorno alle 4 di mattina quindi la signora ci aveva fornito tutti i codici x accedere in autonomia nelle stanze e ci ha anche permesso di riposare tranquillamente fino alle 10:30 stanza confortevole e pulitissima

There was a concert at the restaurant below. Super loud. The could've given me a room at the other end to not be just above the concert so I can get some rest. I slept badly. Also the floor heating was on. It was 40 degrees outside. I didn't understand that. Tried to contact the staff but nobody reacted.

Successivamente alla partenza mi ha scritto la struttura dicendo che io ero partito senza pagare le tasse di soggiorno, ho invitato a chiedere al ragazzo che ci ha accolto visto che ho lasciato anche la mancia. Vi invito a verificare prima di scrivere agli ospiti.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Camera ordinata, pulita e con tutti i servizi necessari. Bagnoschiuma e shampoo forniti e anche asciugacapelli. A noi serviva una camera vicino l’aeroporto perché arrivavamo tardi a Roma e non volevamo metterci in viaggio nel cuore della notte e con questa struttura abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva. Self check-in perfetto.
La camera ci ha dato una sensazione di chiuso e di cappa che non ci permetteva di respirare facilmente, però poi ci siamo abituati.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Vicinissimo all’aeroporto, stanza molto carina e con tutto il necessario (kit bagno, asciugamani, televisione, aria condizionata), accoglienza super gentile e disponibile e servizio navetta da e per l’aeroporto comodissimo. La vicinanza non si traduce in rumore perché con la finestra chiusa non si sente veramente nulla. Proprio accanto c’è un ottimo ristorante. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente lo terremo in conto per prossimi viaggi!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026I chose the location because i wanted (while waiting to fly out of Fiumicino) to walk to the nearby ancient Roman cemeteries. It was good for that! There is functional air conditioning. There is a vending machine. The FORT APACHE STEAKHOUSE very much next door is open for lunch and dinner. There’s not much else very close by. Ubers are PLENTIFUL, though the hotel arranged an even cheaper ride to the airport.
Besides the nearby ancient Roman stuff (which was great and NO ONE was there!) there is not a lot to recommend this location. It’s a edge-of-rural-edge of crappy airport neighborhood with endless cars, dust and heat. Summer is BRUTAL. There are weird signs telling you you can’t drink anything in your room. We hated that. We ignored it. Its very spartan here.

Små trevliga rum som var väldigt fräscha och ett stort plus att duschmunstycket satt väldigt högt då jag är nästan 195 cm. Bra kontakt med personal via WhatsApp. Flera restauranger i närområdet och en som egentligen ligger i samma byggnad.
Lite synd att receptionen var stängd då vi kom kl 19.00 trots att det skulle vara öppet till 20.00 men vi fick instruktioner hur vi skulle checka in via WhatsApp.

The late check-in instructions were clear with pictures and videos sent through WhatsApp the day before arrival. Airport transfers were on-time as organised. Hotel is clean with working AC. We stayed two nights when we first arrived and before we departed. Both rooms were of similar standard.
Hotel is quite remote from anything else, perfect to sleep for the airport but dont stay here for any other reason.

There is one restaurant almost at the premise (I did not go), and another one within walking (5 min) distance, which I found fantastic; 2) The staff was super friendly and helpful upon our check-in; 3) The room was clean, very silent, 4) Everything worked perfectly: the bed / mattress was very comfortable, AC works well and is silent, excellent shower.
Pillow is too hard and too high.

- L'odore di fogna che usciva dallo scarico della doccia - Mancava il mini frigobar in stanza o perlomeno un'acqua di cortesia

Reviewed May 21, 2026Quite near to Fiumicino airport. They could assist in arranging for transfer to and fro. The best thing about the hotel was that there is a restaurant next door, so it was easy to settle dinner. Room was clean. The beverage machine had €0.50 drinks! Although the hot chocolate didn’t taste good…
It was a simple stay for 1 night. Nothing to dislike.
