Toute l’équipe a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours attentionnée et disponible. La villa est magnifique, très propre, calme et parfaitement entretenue. Chaque détail était pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et reposant. Le service était irréprochable et l’ambiance chaleureuse a vraiment fait la différence. Un immense merci à tous les employés pour leur bienveillance et leur bonne humeur tout au long du séjour. Je recommande cette villa les yeux fermés et j’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel. Yacine a été réactif, il nous a donné son numéro à notre arrivée et dès qu’on le contactais il répondait sur la minute (j’ai même demandé un coupe ongle et 5mn après je l’avais dans ma chambre). Merci pour tout. La chambre était parfaite, nous avions sûrement la plus grande de la Villa, avec un lit tellement grand et moelleux, une baignoire magnifique, un dressing immense, je ne voulais vraiment pas rentrer chez moi. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, des œufs, un jus d’orange pressé, une boisson chaude, des msemens et crêpes marocaines, du Nutella de la confiture, une salade de fruits… La piscine est très agréable, c’est très calme et nous avons aussi pu nous faire masser pendant 1h dans l’hôtel c’était incroyable. Merci pour tout je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Lovely and very clean villa with very nice and helpful staff. The villa is located at the surroundings of Marrakech. We rented a scooter, so the distance was no problem and all excursions we booked with click excursions/get your guide picked us up directly at the villa. We fully recommend this villa when you also want to relax besides of exploring Marrakech as this is a very loud, unclean and busy city. Coming home after a day in Marrakech we really enjoyed the calm and neat villa. We also explored the mountainous surroundings with our scooter as we also love nature. This villa was perfect for our 9 days stay in Marocco :)

Très bonne situation non loin du centre, au calme, avec une magnifique vue sur l'oliveraie à l'arrière et les montagnes de l'Atlas. Chambre joliment décorée, confortable et bien chauffée en cette période hivernale. La literie et les serviettes de bains sont changées chaque jour. Petit déjeuner copieux et variés. Excellente et savoureuse cuisine de terroir. Accueil plus que chaleureux, gentillesse et serviabilité sans fin de la part de Yassin. Personnel à l'écoute des ses hôtes, avec une mention toute particulière pour Yassin. Sécurité totale, la propriété est clôturée et gardé 24h/24, avec une accessibilité à toute heure.

L’emplacement est un peu éloigné du centre ville mais c’était un choix de notre part pour être loin de l’agitation du centre. Il faut compter 15€ pour aller dans le centre en taxi

We had a great experience during our stay here. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was quiet and clean. Despite the summer heat (84-95 F during the summer days) the rooms were very cool with great ac! The light breakfast was great and simple, and the menu for dinner was good and filling with large portions. We did the spa treatments and lounged around the various areas of the property including the pool, foyer, and room balcony. I would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Villa Dar Laila!! Would really recommend to anybody coming to Marrakech. Pros: - Facilities: The facilities and grounds are stunning, very clean and well maintained. It feels private, peaceful and spacious. Rooms and bathrooms are very good quality. Even with other guests staying there it doesn’t feel busy or crowded. I think it is an excellent place for families with children to stay! There’s lots of space for the kids to explore and the place is enclosed so they can’t get lost or go near the road. It’s such an amazing space and venue. - Service: Service and hospitality is excellent, rooms are cleaned daily and staff are always on hand to help (for example, they printed our boarding passes for us, booked airport transfer, they also extended our stay free of charge after our trip got cut short due to flight being cancelled). They are also very thoughtful! It was my parents 30th wedding anniversary and they decorated the room with roses and petals which was a really nice touch that we appreciated. - Breakfast: The same every day but good quality! Orange juice, yoghurt, breads/pancakes, spreads and fruit. It’s light and just what you need to start the day. You can eat inside or outside. - Location: Close to the airport, about 15-20min drive Cons Location: Unfortunately privacy and space comes at a cost. There are no shops nearby and be prepared for lots of taxis in and out of the city! There is a restaurant called Frikiss which is a short taxi ride away which is a good facility with good food. But otherwise there isn’t much nearby so just be sure to keep a budget purely for taxis! Overall we loved our stay here and would recommend to anybody coming to Marrakesh!! The villa is absolutely beautiful, with great attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully designed for comfort, and each element is a pleasure to the eye. We had a stunning view of the olive grove and the Atlas Mountains — truly breathtaking. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, which was a perfect contrast after the vibrant energy of Marrakech. It felt like total relaxation. The pool and sun loungers were perfect for unwinding, and we really appreciated the option to order dinner on-site — the food was delicious and had a homemade touch. The staff were attentive and kind, and anything we needed was arranged immediately and with care. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for beauty, calm, and comfort.

Excellent stay, beautiful villa. Tasty breakfast and meals. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Only downside is you are a 15/20 mins taxi ride into centre of Marrakesh which is expensive if you are doing it numerous times over stay. 150dms

Our stay was fantastic. It was really nice to have the quiet and space away from the centre of Marrakesh so you can easily chill by the pool and play some tennis and some table tennis and then head into town at night. The taxi takes about 15 minutes into town And it is really easy to order through the In drive app which is similar to Uber. The breakfast every morning was different and fantastic which was all freshly prepared and very flexible with timings too. It was lovely to have breakfast by the pool every day and we really enjoyed our stay.

The room was spotless and environment conducive .The staffs were incredibly friendly and welcoming .I felt safe.Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip .

During my stay the electricity was out for a good number of hours it was difficult to do anything charge my phone or sleep,the air condition in my room was placed in a position that couldn’t circulate the room properly and most time I had to be uncomfortable staying in the suite.There was also a morning that the water stopped running and missed my early morning appointment because I couldn’t get my personal cares done.

It's an Oasis set behind high walls in a couple of acres of beautiful gardens. The buildings are very elegant and very well finished and cared for. Sitting by the pool is a very tranquil way to relax after a busy experience in the city. There were about 16 other guests whilst we were there. The staff are friendly and efficient. They are clearly very used to meeting client expectations. The quality of the breakfast, lunch and dinner food is very good. Nothing fancy, just good quality and well prepared. High quality bedroom and bathroom fittings. It's about a 15 minute taxi ride to the city and the airport. Marrakech has multiple taxi hailing options - take your pick and go with the flow is my best advice for taxi usage. Really nice hotel.

The villa is so clean with lots of space. The pool area is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is amazing. Everything is truly beautiful - I would highly recommend this villa. The location is also great - only 10 mins by taxi to the centre of Marrakech. Villa Dar Laila ligger ca 9 km utanför Marrakesh. Här är rofyllt och otroligt rent och välskött. Trädgården är härlig att koppla av i. Vi bodde i ett av gårdshusen vid poolen. Genomtänkt funktion. Rekommenderas. Skönt att komma hit efter en dag i staden. Lätt att åka på utflykt till Atlasbergen. God vällagad mat som serveras efter önskemål. Poolen är stor och ren. Jag hade den mestadels för mig själv. Mycket trevlig personal. Allt bra förutom madrassen och ljudet från vägen.

Debiting my foreign currency endowment account while paying for a local hotel that should have been paid in moroccan currency. I would appreciate if Booking can remediate to this issue for Moroccan citizens booking their hotels using their credit cards as to make use of Moroccan currency. Also, I would appreciate if there is a possibility to reimburse me in exchange of paying the full due amount to the hotel again in MAD.

The hotel was great, unfortunately pretty far away from everything, things are not walkable. The room wasn't as nice as we expected but was fine, would have loved a fridge or something in there to keep our water cold but the manager did keep a bottle of wine In their fridge for us Despite the location the hotel did provide a number of their taxi friend, as reliable as he was he did charge alot compared to the yellow taxis which you could barter with Breakfast here was amazing and the staff and management were wonderful and couldn't help enough!! Alot of taxis didn't know if the hotel so we did have 2 taxis go the wrong way initially and then charge us more for their mistake The hotel was quiet when we were there but it was lovely very relaxed

We had a lovely stay at Dar Leila. The location is close to Marrakech and quiet. The room was very clean, by the pool, giving you a sense of privacy, food amazing ! The staff is caring. Highly recommend !

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff were so wonderful and very friendly. We booked this last minute and were so pleasantly wow’d by our stay! Definitely will be returning.

The only thing I would mention to those staying is make sure you purchase a few drinks and snacks as there are not any shops nearby on foot. Or grab them when travelling in/ out of the centre.

It was in amazing experience the staffs were very friendly specially Kawtar and Malika and we noticed a very great management BUT the only disappointment for me I expect that my request to be considered COZ I reserved the confirmation but it wasn’t (regarding the decoration of the room for my wedding anniversary) I think the message wasn’t transferred. But I appreciate Ms YASSIN for his hard work and finding the right solution in the last minute.
