Die meist laute Dauerbeschallung am Pool empfanden wir als unangenehm. Ausserdem gab es nicht genügend Liegestühle. Das Wasser in den Duschkabinen in unseren Zimmern lief erst nach einem Tag vollständig ab.

De airco werkte niet in 1 kamer, er is iemand gekomen om te herstellen. Maar we hebben voor de nachten nadien een andere kamer gekregen.

Le matin marteau piquer,nous avons même pas pue faire une sieste l'après-midi. La queue pour avoir une table au petit déjeuner.fraîchement même les transats etait occupé pendant toute la journée avec des serviettes mais le problème il y a personne.la musique trop forte.

La piscine et les équipements sont également de qualité. Je recommande cet hôtel pour son service, son confort et son cadre magnifique. »
La chose que je regrette,c'est qu'il n'y a pas assez de transat,il faut se lever très tôt pour pouvoir réserver son transat.

Petit-déjeuner pour les départs matinaux Pour un établissement 5 étoiles, le service du petit-déjeuner destiné aux clients qui doivent se lever très tôt, notamment ceux qui ont un avion à prendre, est vraiment décevant. À 6 heures du matin, alors que les petits-déjeuners sont réglés et compris dans le séjour, pratiquement rien n’est mis en place. Le client doit se débrouiller pour trouver quelque chose à manger avant son départ. À ce niveau de standing, un minimum d’organisation serait attendu : petit-déjeuner anticipé, panier à emporter ou au moins un buffet partiellement préparé dès l’ouverture. Pour un 5 étoiles, cela donne malheureusement une impression de débrouille qui n’est pas à la hauteur du service attendu.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Staff are attentive and friendly. The room was very large and the bed was super comfy. Some of the best sleeps I've ever had. The pool was set in a nice area abs sunbeds once you get one are comfortable. The breakfast is lovely and there was lots of choice and enough staff to assist and clean tables.
My only dislikes would have been the lack of sunbeds. For a hotel of it's size it definitely could do with more or staff need to stop people reserving them. There were some beds reserved with towels almost all day and not a person used them. The only other thing would be the volume of the music at the pool. One day we left earlier due to the noise and we had a sore head with it.

Un énorme bravo à l’équipe d’animation, qui est vraiment au top : dynamique, souriante, disponible et toujours de bonne humeur ! Un grand merci également à l’équipe des piscinistes pour leur travail et pour garder les espaces propres et agréables. Côté restaurant, nous avons également été très satisfaits : beaucoup de choix, un service impeccable et une équipe agréable. Bref, une équipe au top dans tous les domaines, une super ambiance et un séjour vraiment réussi ! Je recommande les yeux fermés ! Mention spéciale à Sofiane et Sanaa pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Toujours souriants et à l’écoute, ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à eux ❤️

Τα έπιπλα ήταν πολύ παλιά, τα εστιατόρια του ξενοδοχείου δεν είναι εστιατόρια πεντάστερου ξενοδοχείου , το φαγητό είναι κάτω του μετρίου. Κάθισα σε έναν καναπέ στη ρεσεψιόν και ήταν μούσκεμα, δεν ξέρω αν ήταν από τις γάτες που κοιμοντουσαν πάνω στους καναπέδες, απαράδεκτο για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο.

Iam writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the extremely poor experience my companions and I encountered during our stay at your hotel, which is rated as a 5-star property and is expected to uphold high professional standards. Details of the Incident: Upon Arrival: We were immediately stopped by security and instructed to park approximately 150 meters away from the reception area. While walking to the reception, I noticed that the flags of some countries — including the flag of Qatar — were installed upside down (please see the attached photos). This gave me an immediate negative impression of the hotel’s management and attention to detail. At the Reception: I inquired about room rates and informed the receptionist that we had just arrived after a long 12-hour journey and needed to rest. The receptionist quoted prices different from those listed on Booking.com and tried to convince us to book a room overlooking the swimming pool, despite my clear request for a quiet room for rest. Booking Issues: I decided to complete the booking through Booking.com. Upon returning to the reception and informing the staff of the confirmed booking, they claimed it did not appear in their system and asked us to wait. After providing the booking reference number, the staff insisted that the room had not been paid for, even though it was prepaid via Booking.com. Only after showing the payment receipt from Booking.com was the on-duty manager called, who confirmed the payment but requested additional taxes (which we paid). Security Deposit Demand: The hotel then demanded a security deposit (cash or card) before allowing us to check in. This was not mentioned during the booking on Booking.com, and there were no facilities in the room (such as a mini-bar) that would justify such a deposit. After a long discussion and significant delay, we were finally allowed to enter the room.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and even allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The reception area was beautiful, and I was welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, which was a lovely touch. Every single member of staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Their customer service was truly second to none, always supportive, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room itself was outstanding: spacious, comfortable, beautifully presented, and equipped with everything you could need, including toiletries and fresh towels. This was my first time visiting Marrakech, and thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely be coming back and staying here again. Highly recommend!

Un peu de bruit de canalisation dans la chambre. Mobilier un peu vétuste.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Upgrade naar een prachtige suite met groot balkon.
Voor een nacht is het prima, omdat het vlak bij het vliegveld ligt, maar de opstijgende vliegtuigen om de paar minuten verstoren wel de rust.

Le passage des avions au dessus de l’hôtel Hôtel qui accueille des grands groupes, du coup par exemple au petit déjeuner c’était l’horreur, l’usine !!!
