Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Отзывчивый персонал, место очень аутентичное. Отель находится в старом городе, много достопримечательностей в шаговой доступности. Рядом много еды, сувениров и прочей торговли. Кровати удобные, белье пастельное и полотенца качественные.
Для путешественников на машине этот отель плохо подходит, т.к. расположен он в старом городе, где улицы очень узкие и полны пешеходов. Парковка в 600 метрах от отеля, заявлено, что её цена 4 евро, а на самом деле 10 евро + парковщику. Отель старенький, двери и окна закрываются на щеколду, как в старых туалетах. В номере темно, лампа еле светит. Смеситель на раковине не рабочий.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026Great location, short walk to the main square. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was nice and filling.
Issues with the front door. It didn't close fully, although it may have looked closed, you had to really slam it. I came back a few times incl. at night to the door being ajar. I also had to get out of bed to close the door properly a few times, after people arrived back at night. The street was quite busy and I did have to stop someone who clearly wasn't a guest from entering. Felt a bit unsafe being the only room on the bottom floor and with the bathroom being in the hall beside the front door, which I wasn't a fan of anyway, I felt like I could have bumped into anyone that had just wandered in off the street. However, when the door was closed properly, it jammed and I had to go out a few times to help people get in.

The Riyad itself not in a good standard. We saw cockroaches on the stairs, the door of our room hardly closed and open, the AC hardly to switch on and off we must use long stick to switch it on and off, when we asked the man who dealt with us about the broken things (I think his name was Mohammed ) he said the customer before came and broke, but that was not a reason he supposed to fix things up before other customers came in.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Calidad-precio está súper bien. Si realmente para lo único que lo quieres es para dormir pues está genial, ya que al final uno va para conocer y no para estar ahí solo. Para mí ha sido genial, Mohamed es súper simpático y amable, nos ayudó en todo momento. El desayuno genial, incluso uno de los días nos fuimos de excursión súper temprano y él lo puso para llevar, también nos ayudó con lo de la tarjeta de embarque para imprimirla .. la verdad que si volviera sería uno de los Riad que volvería a coger. La ubicación también está súper bien, no usábamos ni el GPS para regresar porque apenas eran 10 minutos a la plaza y no tenía pérdida. Y la calle en la que está es súper tranquila.

Zimmer ist sauber und überall Flecken am Bett am Vorhang am Sofa …..etc

Reviewed Jan 16, 2026Mohamed, ein sehr netter, zuvorkommender Angestellter. Die Lage in der Medina schön zentral.
Leider war die Heizung defekt, es gab einen Elektroheizer, den man die ganze Nacht laufen lassen musste, nicht gerade besonders sicher. Aus der Dusche kam kein Wasser, nur aus dem Hahn, duschen im "Privatbad" war so nicht möglich. Das Preis-Leistung- Verhältnis daher wirklich zu teuer.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Riad Yenna was easy to find using Google Maps. The manager, Mohammed, was welcoming and so helpful with information and assistance. The rooms were comfortable with great heaters, as it was quite cold in the riad at this time of year. We stayed here twice during our stay in Marrakech because it was so affordable and we loved Mohammed.
The breakfast includes so much bread. I would have preferred to have yogurt and/or fruit included and less bread.

El deterioro del establecimiento, es decadente y el desayuno es pésimo. Es un lugar lúgubre. En el baño apenas llegaba agua, de las toallas mejor no hablar. Pasamos mucho frío porque en la habitación no funcionaba el aire caliente.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025The locations is super convenient. Right in the old Medina . Within 5 mins walk to Jame el fina . One of the best options in budget within central vicinity.
The shower drainage was a total chaos .a few drops of shower water and the water pooled up in shower area . our train for Fes was early . So we had to check out about 6:30 . I know it was earlier than the usual breakfast starting timing , however I would expect a little “ early bird “ breakfast even with a fewer options like many other places do in exceptional cases . However no such effort was made which showed lack of care . Apart from that that team were very helpful throughout our stay .

Siamo stati indirizzati ad un altro Riad per un guasto ad un bagno in una delle 2 camere prenotate, ma lì abbiamo fatto solo il check in e siamo stati spostati in un appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi. L'appartamento era carino, ma era presente una telecamera, che abbiamo dovuto oscurare con un lenzuolo, puntata direttamente sulla porta del bagno ed entravano ed uscivano persone per la manutenzione anche con noi presenti in casa. Che dire, delusa perché volevo alloggiare in un tipico Riad e non ci sono riuscita

La única pega el baño, ya que se encontraba fuera de la habitación y aún que teóricamente era de uso personal, lo usaban más personas a parte de nosotros. Era bastante pequeño y una persona alta no entraba cómodamente en el, a parte de que olían bastante mal las tuberías del baño. La cisterna el último día también se nos acabó rompiendo.

Achei pouco confortável, ouve bastante os outros hóspedes, como a água a correr de de outros quartos. Devo dizer que senti comichão de noite devido aos colchões ou lençóis.

Els banys son molt vells i durant la nit vem sentir molta pudor de Clavaguera. Les habitacions que donen directament al carrer son molt sorolloses, no paren de passar motos sense parar i el soroll es fica dins sense filtre. Mal descans. La il·luminació de l’habitació es freda.

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025Mohamed nagyon rendes és segítőkész volt. Mindenben lehetett rá számítani. Maga a szoba úgy rendben volt. A szállás elhelyezkedése is jó volt. Közel volt a főtérhez.
A szoba kialakítása nem volt a legkényelmesebb. Illetve nyitott ablaknál nagyon zajos a rengeteg robogó miatt (de ez nem a szállás hibája, Marrakeshben mindenhol ezt tapasztaltuk.). A legrosszabb a fürdőszobából feljövő csatornaszag volt.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2025Nada, sólo vimos la entrada. Lo escogimos por la ubicación, comentarios y precio, pero no llegamos a alojarnos allí, ya que una vez hecho el check in en el dentro del Riad, se nos explica (no previamente) que no tienen habitación para nosotros, y nos llevan a otro lugar.
Me hubiera gustado que se nos hubiese explicado previo check in el problema que hayan podido tener, que según nos ha dicho el anfitrión fue que Booking no había bloqueado nuestra habitación, lo que obviamente no me resulta convincente. Tras el check in y explicarnos esto, nos dice que nos lleva a otro lugar a 5 min, en las mismas condiciones (habitación privada con baño propio y desayuno). Vamos con el afitrión con la mosca detrás de la oreja, ya que a decir que no estabamos a tiempo, pero la verdad es que llegamos al lugar y es estupendo, se llama "Hostel be 20", bonito, con terraza en la azotea, con desayuno estupendo, por lo que, os recomiendo reservar directamente con ellos. Pese a que salió bien, el mal trago se pasa igualmente.
