We loved this beautiful place, such a friendly and helpful welcome from Gaetane. Milan also such a kind gentleman. The accommodation is in a majestic location surrounded by mountains and beauty, so quiet. Very comfortable bed, amazing kitchen, good room for storage. Gaetane had made a lovely cake. We walked to the jetty and went on the gondola long boat to Hallstatt. They ask for cash only on the ferry. Wish we had stayed longer.

When we got off the train in Obertraun, we were warmly greeted by Gaetane, who picked us up and drove us to the property—something we certainly weren’t expecting, but truly appreciated. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and the location was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. Gaetane made us feel at home almost immediately. The common areas were wonderful, and our room looked exactly like the pictures—if not even better in person. Both Gaetane and Milam are absolutely wonderful people who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. From picking us up at the train station, to the homemade poppy seed cake, the sumptuous breakfasts, and all the thoughtful little touches and comforts they have considered, everything was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay so much that we actually extended our time in Obertraun. We would highly recommend this property to anyone who values authenticity, genuine hospitality, and traveling at a slower pace like we do. Thank you, Gaetane and Milam, for making our stay so memorable. We plan to be back!

Gazdele sunt foarte drăguțe si amabile, ne au asteptat cu prajuturele. Am putut servi la orice ora cafea si ceai gratuit. Totul foarte curat; si in camera si afara. Curtea? O placere sa o privești. Împrejurimile; de vis. Un loc perfect sa ti încarci bateriile.

Kedves személyzet, minden rendben volt és tisztaság volt mindenhol.

Gyönyörű helyszínen, tökéletes házban, mindennel szépen felszerelt apartmanban, kedves, barátságos és profi vendéglátókkal találkoztunk. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Köszönjük szépen.

Zelo prijazna, prisrčna gostitelja. Prijetno bivanje, prijazno, pozitivno vzdušje, dobro ohlajena hiša, odlična lokacija. Gostitelja sta brezplačno ponudila kolesa, nam svetovala ogled zanimivih prireditev.

Csendes, tiszta környezet, pazar kilátással. A vendéglátóval gyakorlatilag be- és kijelentkezéskor találkoztam, maximálisan tiszteletben tartotta a vendégek pihenését.

The hosts! Gaetan and Milan. They were so accommodating. They allowed us to use their garage to store our motorbike and Gaetan made me a quiche after I mistook her apricot tart for one! I felt terrible! Bless her heart. Such a lovely welcoming couple.

Co se nám líbilo? Úplně všechno. Tomuto ubytování nelze nic vytknout. Perfektní lokalita, nadstandardní vybavení a snad nejlepší hostitelé, které jsem kdy potkala. Všude čisto, prostorné pokoje, ve kterých bylo i během veder příjemně, posezení na zahradě... Velkou výhodou je možnost půjčit si zadarmo kola - super pro vyjížďku do Hallstatu. V jídelně byla možnost si udělat kávu / čaj / kakao po celý den (koláč od paní hostitelky byl pokaždé odměnou po celodenním výletu). Perfektní snídaně. Na tohle ubytování budu dlouho vzpomínat a určitě se chci někdy vrátit. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme :)

Literally every thing! Gaston and Milan are such sweet and hardworking hosts. To meet our travel schedule, Gaston prepared a full breakfast before 7 am. She is so accommodating! The breakfast portion is huge! The room and bath are speckless, soooo clean! The only comparison would be the hotels in Japan. The house sits in the green land at the bottom of the Dachstein Mountains. Beautiful setting! It also makes easy access to nearby scenic areas such as Hallstatt and Gosau…

After a busy day in Hallstatt to comeback to the quiet serenity of Landhaus Lilly was such a pleasure. Gaeton is such personable and gracious host. She really cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of. The room and facilities are super clean and comfortable. The bed and linens are so comfy. The breakfast was amazing, we were set for the day. It was really hard to leave this place, we can’t wait to go back.

The hospitality is similar to what one can feel homely about! The location is great as one can sit near the river that is 5-10 min walk. You can gaze stars when it is dark and you have a great view from the mountains.

La atención de Gaetane y Milan, la ubicación única del alojamiento cerca del río, en aquel entorno tranquilo, la comodidad y limpieza de la habitación. Nos sentimos como en casa .No es la primera vez que vamos a Hallstatt, y sin dudas, es el mejor sitio en el que hemos estado y esperamos repetir.

Bardzo mili gospodarze, wszystko wytłumaczyli podczas przyjazdu. Apartament bardzo duży, czysty z przepięknym widokiem, oraz świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Rewelacyjne miejsce i na pewno tu wrócimy!

Ottima colazione, con marmellate e torte handmade; un piccolo buffet a disposizione degli ospiti per tutto il giorno; camere confortevoli e paesaggio intorno rilassante; grande silenzio e riservatezza. Gli host, Gaetane e Milan, sono persone presenti, socievoli e gentili.

Solo una cosa: l'impianto di aerazione del bagno è leggermente rumoroso

+ great location (2km by car or walk to the Dachstein cable car, 4km by car/bike or by boat to Halstat) + great breakfast + amazing hosts (speaking Czech, English, French) ready to support and help with anything + not that crowded or as big as other villages around which makes it perfect relaxing place

The place is exceptional. The owners are the most welcoming people I ever met in my life, in any country. The apartment was spacious, very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to live even for months: microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, coffeemaker, all possible utensils. You will pretty much feel like at home. There is a parking place right next to the building

We had an amazing stay at Landhaus Lilly! Despite arriving late around 10:30 PM, the hosts made sure we were checked in smoothly. Gaeton prepared a delicious breakfast each morning - carefully made with love - and it was truly the highlight of our days. The location is perfect- just a 10-minute drive to Hallstatt and 5 minutes to Dachstein Krippenstein. While most attractions were closed during our visit, the beautiful surroundings more than made up for it. Our room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. The landlord and landlady were warm, welcoming, and made us feel completely at home. We definitely recommend Landhaus Lilly and hope to return soon!

This home is in one of the most beautiful locations I have ever stayed! The apartment that we stayed in had 270 degree views of the mountains. The bedding was amazing and felt like we were sleeping in a cloud! The couple who run the Inn were incredibly sweet, and so accommodating. Milan (husband) picked us up from the train, and even dropped us to the bottom of Krippenstein so we could take the gondola up the mountain. Gaeton (wife) made us a delicious breakfast each morning. It was well worth the small cost. Additionally, if you don’t feel like venturing out, you can purchase wine or beer right from them, and enjoy the spectacular view.

Our stay was fantastic. The room was enormous with an amazing view from the patio, and everything was immaculately clean. And our hosts were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Wouldn’t imagine staying anywhere else

객실부터 조식까지 사장님들의 정성이 안 느껴지는 곳이 없을 정도로 섬세하고 사랑스러운 공간입니다. 2박 동안 애정으로 차려주신 조식도 든든하게 먹고, 빌려주신 자전거도 열심히 타고, 밤에는 공용공간 맥주(유료지만 매우 저렴한 가격)를 마시면서 하루를 마무리했어요!! 오버트라운의 멋진 자연을 생각할 때 항상 란트하우스 릴리가 함께할것 같습니다. 행복한 여행의 기억을 만들어주셔서 너무 감사합니다. 😊

Naprosto úžasné ubytování s naprosto úžasnými, přátelskými a ochotnými majiteli. Ubytování krásné, čisté, prostorné a skvěle vybavené, super společenský prostor. Krásné výhledy na hory. Snídaně byla skvělá, velký výběr a hodně domácích produktů. Velmi se nám líbilo, celou dobu jsme měli velmi pozitivní nadšení.

Landhaus Lilly is in the most amazing location, and we had a wonderful time there. When our bag was lost on the train, we found it very difficult to communicate at the station. Gaetane and Milan were incredibly helpful in contacting the right people, and I have no words to describe their kindness and support. We would definitely recommend Landhaus Lilly to anyone visiting Obertraun, it’s truly a highly recommended place to stay.

Die Lage ist traumhaft um den Hallstatt See. Man kommt mit dem kostenlosen Fahrrad sehr gut in die Stadt und an Badeplätze. Die Aussicht vom Five Fingers das atemberaubend und die Inhaber vom Landhaus. Lilly sind überaus freundlich. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Un accueil aux petits soins.Gaëtane est très chaleureuse et une mine d’informations sur les lieux à visiter ^_^

Exceptionally welcoming hosts, good room and breakfast, calm and convenient location

We loved the apartment in Landhouse Lilly, it was very cozy, lots of space in the room, bathroom and kitchen. The area obviously was stunning. The Landlord and Landlady were super nice, helpful and friendly. We used their bikes, which were very useful. The breakfast was also excellent, there were a lot of choices, and there were fresh homemade cakes almost every day. We had quite a rainy weather, but still were able to do some hiking, biking, we travelled by boat, train and bus. Hallstatt is super close with boat, but you can go by bike or use the bus as well. Next to Landhouse Lilly there is a beautiful little river with nice relaxing hiking paths.

Gaetane and Milan were so friendly and welcoming, they really made the B&B feel like a home away from home. The location is beautiful and not far from Hallstaat, getting to use the bikes was a nice surprise and spared us having to find parking in the tourist area. The town and the B&B were very quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious and impeccably clean.

The town doesn't have a lot of food options, but that's fine for a short stay.

Location was excellent! The view was beautiful no matter where you looked. The yard was exceptionally maintained. The rooms were very clean and had everything you need. We chose to have breakfast there every morning, and met some lovely people. If you are searching for peace and quiet, this is the perfect spot!
