Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Clean, convenient location, kind staff. Airport shuttle to Malpensa. Handy elevator, which was not expected. In room check it was great. Cute goat and sheep. Handy heated towel rack in bathroom. Extra toilet paper, bar soap and shampoo packets. Lovely people. Overall safe area. Good communication by staff.
Kitchen is great but is empty. No dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, dish soap, anything. Would be useful if at least a few supplies were available. Also, guard dogs present do their job but make time outside a little unpleasant every now and then as they bark and run around a lot. Aggressively bark at people driving by, walking on balconies, in the parking lot, walking dogs, etc… Makes check in difficult in that hard to hear when you call to let staff know that you are there. Lovely looking dogs, though and take their job seriously. Good pups! Lawn completely overgrown. Could also use some trash cans near lawn so people can drop dog poop bags in them- too many guests do not walk them to dumpster and leave in grass or lot. We still took our bags to dumpsters but many did not. A little rundown but not a bad place. Really not. Would consider staying again. Washing machine does not work well. Wall mounted cabinet and shelves a little low by the couch and could bump your head. Watch little ones or tall people. Some loose trash on balconies and on grounds- nothing serious. Still a nice place and would stay again. Just needs a little work and some modernization. Staff is excellent though and really like them. Just some mild suggestions. Great stay.

This host completely violates Booking.com policies. Right after payment, they called directly demanding extra fees. They charge €20 per hour for check-in after midnight, which is nowhere to be found in the property rules. When I requested a free cancellation due to these hidden terms, the host literally blackmailed me, saying they would only process the cancellation after I paid them via a third-party link. They move all communication outside the platform and demand an unmentioned deposit. They refused to leave the keys in a lockbox, and nobody came to let us in.
