Great for an overnight stay before flying. Dinner and breakfast were great. Very basic and functional gym, and sauna was good to fill in some time . Friendly and helpful staff

Probably the lobby area. It really made the first impression of a very nicely kept hotel.

The smell of the corridor where room 333 is? I can’t even begin to describe but definitely nauseating. The mirror in our bathroom was, for some weird reason, hot, literally anything (hooks, mirror, etc) fixed on the bathroom wall was hanging on by a thread, the shower curtain was yellow/brown at the bottom.

There is nothing particularly noteworthy.

The front desk staff were totally indifferent. I called to ask for a shuttle bus, and they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called to ask again, and they gave the same answer: 5 minutes. After a while, I got a cab to go to the hotel. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, the only answer was, 'We are sorry.' we don't know what happened... I used to stay in Tribe Malpensa, I totally regret my decision to pick Crown plaza this time.

Tuba oli kena ja puhas, hea dušš ja vann, vajaminevad asjad. Suvel väga vajalik konditsioneer olemas. Isegi väike nö kööginurgake veekeedukannu, kohvi ja teega, pluss kohvikoor. Hea valikuga rootsi laud hommikusöögiks. Restorani oleksin tahtnud külastada, ent olin vaid ühe öö. Veidi pikema jalutuskäigu kaugusel Case Nuove bussipeatusest, ent hotellil on ka shuttle. Sain päevaks pagasi hotelli jätta, mis oli suurepärane.

Minu jaoks oli natuke liiga kõrge padi.

Hotel is OK for an overnight stay near Malpensa airport. Anything longer, look elsewhere. Room was OK and clean. Breakfast and restaurant for dinner were very good. Airport shuttle was very fast.

The bathroom was difficult. I have traveled throughout Italy and this was one of the worst bathrooms. To begin with there was no bottle of soap by the sink only shampoo and hand cream. In the shower there were not bottles of shampoo only two bottles of soap. It wouldn't have been a big deal if you could move the bottles but they are locked in. Then there was the issue of toilet tissue. For two nights the maid put no toilet paper in the bathroom. Finally the shower-- It took me 15 minutes to figure out how the water controls worked and I still ended up taking a mostly cold shower. In addition it had only a small glass wall in the shower to block water which proved inadequate. I was surprised that IHG would have a bathroom this antiquated in one of their hotels.

Not so good food. We also left souvenir foods I n our room’s fridge by mistake but even though we were at the hotel most of the day after checking out, no one returned our food to us.

Room too cold for us, and despite turning the air conditioner up it would not warm up. Seemed like th air-conditioning control was faulty.

It had an airport shuttle bus and the food was available from a very early hour

The property wasn’t in a very nice area

The staff was very patient and explained everything in great detail to us at check-in, especially considering it was 1:00 am. The room itself was better quality than it looks in the pictures, featuring nice quality bedding and a marble sink countertop. We were especially impressed with the breakfast; there were a lot of choices, and everything was tasty. In fact, it was the best breakfast we've had on this holiday. The shuttle bus service worked perfectly, and it showed up really quickly after we called the hotel to book it after midnight. Overall, it was a great stay and we will stay there again next time we need to stay close to the airport.

The room was a bit small compared to the other hotels we stayed on this trip, but I guess that is standard for hotels near the airport.

La struttura è comoda ed accogliente, il personale cortese e preparato. Le camere confortevoli ed il bagno sufficientemente grande. Il servizio navetta per l'aeroporto è una buona cosa. La camera dotata di bollitore e ferro da stiro.

Avrei gradito delle ciabatte usa e getta in camera.

Localização excelente para quem vai pegar um vôo no outro dia! O hotel é bom, com excelente restaurante e transfer rápido e eficiente.

Foi a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel e notamos que necessitará de reformas em futuro próximo se quiser manter o padrão, o carpete dos halls já se desgastando e guardando cheiro!!!

Convenient location for an overnight stay 5 minutes from airport. It had a fitness center and easy parking.

Rooms are a little worn and could use a refresh.

The room is clean and tidy. It is also relaxing after a tiresome day. The location is perfect as it is close to the airport and there is a shuttle service 24/7 that could take you to/from airport

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. One of the ladies at reception explained in detail how to get to the city centre by metro and also explained how the shuttle bus worked. The shuttle bus was excellent and very convenient. I needed to take it at 4:00 in the morning, and everything went smoothly. During the day, the shuttle bus took me to the airport so I could catch the train to the city centre. When I returned, I simply called the hotel and the shuttle came to pick me up and take me back to the hotel. The room was comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Dicono che la navetta è gratuita, ma solo durante l’alloggio. Se prendi un aereo e lasci la macchina lì, costa tipo 10 euro al giorno, che non è propriamente la stessa cosa dell’essere gratuito. C’è comunque una navetta che ti prende e ti porta e oggettivamente è molto comoda (questa davvero gratuita). Semmai però specificate questa cosa

La posizione è molto comoda, soprattutto per chi deve raggiungere l’aeroporto di MXP. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, ma purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato alcune pecche nella stanza che, per un hotel 4 stelle, non ci aspettavamo.

Il bagno era stato recentemente ristrutturato, ma non era presente nemmeno una presa per poter utilizzare il phon. Ho chiamato la reception e mi è stato spiegato che, nonostante il bagno fosse stato rifatto, le prese non erano ancora state installate. Capisco che possano esserci dei lavori in corso, ma personalmente non ritengo accettabile pagare il prezzo pieno di un 4 stelle e non poter utilizzare il phon comodamente in bagno per asciugarsi i capelli. Inoltre, sul soffitto c’era un pezzo di stucco che si stava sgretolando e sembrava sul punto di cadere. Nel frigorifero abbiamo trovato anche una vaschetta con del cibo, probabilmente lasciata da un precedente ospite e non rimossa durante la pulizia. Sono piccoli dettagli, presi singolarmente, ma nel complesso fanno la differenza e finiscono per rendere il soggiorno meno confortevole di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura a 4 stelle.

O motorista do shuttle (serviço pago ao hotel) que leva do aeroporto ao hotel não demonstra muita satisfação em fazer atendimento no meio da madrugada. Como é a primeira impressão que se tem do hotel, prejudica a imagem.

La navetta.. un’andata aspettato circa 50 minuti,, avevo anche pagato x il giorno dopo c ritorno in aeroporto orario stabilito 10.30stsvo c scendere alle 10.25 suona il telefono se scendiamo arrivati giù la navetta era partita erano le 10.28avevo già pagato il giorno prima così nessun rimborso anche se io ero in orario sono loro partiti prima..alla fine ho dovuto chiamare un taxi..

The staff were really sweet and the room was clean anf comfortable. The hotel decoration is quite old, it wasn't so comfortable to sit at the lobby. Breakfast was reach but the food was not tasty enough. I needed some stuff for the baby and the only pkace to buy was driving distance. I think the hotel could sell basic stuff.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because everything was perfect!!! The cleaning lady from Ghana was very very nice and helpful. This place makes you feel so good and not forgetting the shuttle driver oh my goodness he was very nice and so helpful 😊. All I can say is I'm coming back next time...

Bed too firm, we were quite sore the next day. The shower taps were confusing. Room service was expensive and their kitchen wasn’t open until 7pm.

Perfect for a quick stay near the airport. The staff were great, once you get to the hotel the shuttles buses are frequent and easy. Buffet breaky is good and although we didn’t use it there are Turkish baths that sounds good.

Bit of a dangerous walk along the road from the airport. It wasn’t super clear where/how to get a shuttle from the airport when we first got there.

When we arrived at the airport we tried contacting the hotel to ask the valet to pick us up. Our number didn’t work. I tried contacting them through booking. Com but got no answer. It was 11pm, taxis wouldn’t take us because the place was too close for them. We wanted 20 minutes looking for a bus stop which dropped us off 700m away. We ended up walking through these dark alleys with heavy luggage at 12pm and honestly I felt very unsafe. Not sure how much of this was the hotels problem but it was hard to get to and it was a very unpleasant experience after a long trip We wished we could have just booked one in advanced like we had already asked.

The hotel was excellent.

A shuttle service to the airport would improve the stay markedly. The hotel is a good walk from the bus stop. Furthermore the bus can be late or too full, which in the heat can make for a stressful journey to airport.

Not all receptionists were friendly, or smiling. Giving short answers, especially if you addressed to them in English

The room was very clean and comfortable, very close to the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming and altogether the experience was smooth and pleasant.

The bathroom was quite old especially the shower was not really practical to use

The indications for the shuttle at the airports are not great. I would add a google map with the pin positions to facilitate guests finding the shuttle bust stop.

Nel corridoio a piano terra, per raggiungere la camera, l'odore non era piacevole forse per la mancanza di punti di aerazione.

Quartos amplos. Com possibilidade de quartos com acesso entre eles para familia. Tem transfer a cada 30 mim até o aeroporto que demora uns 15 mim. Com tábua e ferro de passar roupas o que facilita muito.

Giulia nous a gentiment accueillies, notre chambre était tout de suite à disposition au calme. Un petit plateau thé café était à disposition dans la chambre. Un service de navette dès 4h30 du matin nous a emmené à l'aéroport pour 10 euros par personne. Il y a un bar et un restaurant dans l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique car l'hôtel se situe loin de tout, dans la campagne. A notre départ nous avons rencontré David d'origine française, c'était agréable d'échanger en français au cœur de l'Italie.

La nourriture au restaurant était correcte mais en petite quantité. Le prix était raisonnable ( 38 euros pour 2 plats et une bouteille d'eau). Globalement le séjour était agréable.

• The shower has 3 temperatures: melt your skin off, lukewarm dish water or ice bucket challenge. Good luck picking which one you want to suffer through! • If you are getting the airport shuttle bus, you have to trudge through the outback for around 10 minutes to get from the nearest stop to the hotel. • They catfish you by making the rooms look more modern online, in reality they might have been modern 10-15 years ago! The whole hotel is very aged. I think the Holiday Inn round the corner would be on par with it. • The food in the restaurant is very mid. You would expect it to be a better standard for an IHG hotel. We asked if there was a vending machine and were sent to an ancient coffee machine instead. Since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, there is literally no other option for food. • The aircon is very weak and crap, we set it as low as it could go and still woke up in the night due to how hot the room was.

The room restaurant and bar were excellent along with the buffet breakfast.you can sit outside and watch the planes fly over.hotel has a shuttle bus. You just call the hotel when you arrive at airport and they will guide you to pick up point outside.

Hotel wasn't near any shops. I don't know why we are charged when we use shuttle bus to take us back to airport!

I think the spa should be open earlier as I had to leave for 9am for work trip. Would have been nice to attend. As I arrived late evening. Middle of nowhere. Would be nice for it to be somewhere where you can walk around and have more options for shops and food.

Zimmer sehr unsauber. Überall Staub auf den Möbel und in den Ecken. Generell ziemlich heruntergekommen bzw. verlebt.

L'hotel è in posizione comoda per chi deve trovare una soluzione nei pressi dell'aeroporto di Malpensa. Ha un ampio parcheggio per i clienti e un servizio navetta su prenotazione. La stanza era ampia e aveva un letto molto comodo! Nel prezzo inoltre si può usufruire della palestra e della sauna. Al piano terra c'è un ristorante con piatti di qualità, non proprio economici ma adeguati all'offerta. Consigliato!

L'unico difetto è che il sistema di ricircolo aria nella stanza ogni tanto durante la notte fa degli scatti, un rumore che si sente se uno non è in fase di sonno profondo.

It's a little away from airport so you do need to catch a shuttle which you just call hotel and let them know and they will guide you to the pick up point outside terminal 1.hotel is not near any shops but you can get meals here from bar or restaurant.we couldn't get English language on tv!

The bathtub was great. Staff was very helpful.

The only thing that made my stay less than perfect was the blue light associated with the card reader, located just inside the doorway. It blinked a blue light overnight that was quite annoying and kept me awake. I had to hang a shirt over the picture above it in order to cover it up. Please ask the hotel design team to modify this light in production by switching it to a yellow light. Blue light is a known interference to sleep. I had just a few hours available for sleep and I spent the first hour trouble shooting this problem.

I didn't want the breakfast, so I didn't go for that. I really appreciated how helpful and nice and kind the staff was. The man who drove the airport shuttle was so nice and kind and helpful with helping my short body get on the bus and helpful with my baggage. I have NO complaints with my room. It was great. Loved it. I had a meal in the restaurant the night I arrived---DELICIOUS!! The staff helped me with getting online and with my airline ticket for the next day. Very helpful!
