Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Location and shuttle to airport
When we checked in after a long travel day, the air conditioning in our room wasn't working. The older male staff member on duty was quite rude and unhelpful, repeatedly dismissing our concerns and telling us to just wait 5 to 10 minutes for the system to reboot while we sat there exhausted. It took nearly an hour for the AC to finally start working. Thankfully, a younger male staff member stepped in, personally came up to check on our room, and made sure everything was functioning properly. We appreciated his attentive service, but the initial lack of help and poor attitude from the first staff member was very disappointing.

I booked the hotel because of the location and because it had a restaurant to find during my stay the restaurant was closed for the holidays. Honestly i would not have minded had the hotel notified me before the stay but to find out after i checked is not acceptable. I had to order delic=very and it was terrible. When i tried to provide feedback about how it would have been better to be notified before my stay i was told to put my feedback here .. so here it is for aeveryone to see. Next time I will be booking another hotel, there are many in the area.
