Some places in the yard were not clean,the shower in our room was dirty,the extra blanket was smelly,the kitchen utensils were dirty. Issue of the security at the gate to open for us

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026It’s right by the highway, which was convenient for me because I was there just to sleep and get back on the road the next morning. I liked that I was accommodated as I only checked in just before midnight and checked out before they opened.
The bathroom was not completely clean. There were skid marks in the toilet, which as you can imagine, was off putting.

There was no microwave to warm the food, the toilet flushing point would get stuck- having to be pressed time and again to release it. I was not asked about whether I eat brown or white bread and they prepared white bread. No air conditioner and the TV is small.

Everything. The room they gave us was very cold, its winter and they didn’t even have air conditioning/heater or at least electric blanket, that time ther bed was close to the door that is leading to the outside. Their breakfast was horrible because they buy ingredients of less quality and we got that for two consecutive days, their gate intercom is not working so you’ll spend time waiting at the gate for them to open. The place it’s more like a brothel and the first time getting there we had to be seeing such things .

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026The place is clean, but please always check your curtain rail the curtainrail is not blocked and the curtain always fall when you open it. Your towels are not white bright they need to be whittend.
The staff are always wearing thier smile and easily approched, also helpful, thank you ladoes and gentleman you are phenomenal.

The cold water in the shower didn't work at first, not sure if it was a problem with the mixer or plumbing but the unit next door had the same problem. So showers were scalding hot. Did eventually get it working with some fiddling. Also felt a light buzz through the shower mixer, there may be an earth fault somewhere in the electrics. Didn't appreciate the person sweeping outside my room at 6h30.

Maybe I should have googled more about the place before booking. Being next to free way, means you will hear trucks passing by as you are sleeping. Then couple next door , were busy with their bedroom activity, and soo much noise and sounds audible. Is this a Truck stop?? Then as early as 4am, 2 people were up and ready to go. The noise, cahtting, laughing out loud, disregarding the other people. Thus, it was not a restful night for a person that will be driving back to JHB after my work appointments. Breakfast was ok, cold coffee and all, but I could eat and be ready to start my day.

The location was great and not far from Parkrun and town to get takeaways The garden's were a pleasure to sit and have a sundowner and eat my pizza. After Parkwalk there was time to come back and have a cold breakfast, meaning cereal, yoghurt, fruit and I could make my own toast, coffee and juice were available. Breakfast was served until 9. I am quite sure I would have been able to get a cooked breakfast had I asked Shower and check out Ideal for my requirements

My stay was great it was not cold but in winter I would have needed a heater. Thank you. Oh and directions...GPS doesn't pick it up properly I did a few rounds until I got to Sasol where they showed me. Maybe alert guests that it's next to Sasol garage.
Can you please look at the shower head in unit 2. Move it towards the centre. So that a person doesn't have to be in the corner to get the angle of the water. Thank you

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026There's a lot of parking space,the overall outside space was clean and also the inside. I loved their bathrooms,they are big enough including the shower. The stuff is friendly and very accommodating. The pressure of water was on point and there's breakfast included in their package.
The blankets kept in the wardrobe were not washed they had a bad smell. In the morning you hear the noise of the cleaning ladies of which was a new experience for me but not bad.
